If the customer was near . Its imposible to chase the timelimit foodprep to.pick up.Please fix The APP Order receipt in certain thermal.printer .got been compatible and sudenly was not anymore

If possible could you add aditional button to adjust the quantity stock available for merchant. For example in my warung still left 2 portion of grilled prawn. So I just need to adjust the quantity on the menu instead to closed it to avoid costumers order but the item was not available. So don't need to worry if the item is sold out. Cause on the aplication will show that only two portion left. Once the customer order it, will automaticly closed by the aplication. Thanks. Nyoman

Support via email not effective. Agents that respond is either didn't even take time to read or understand your concern. Like a robot responding templated message. 👎👎👎

I don't have any problem with this app. It is just that we have created a lot of cashier accounts, but they can do what the store owner does on their account. There was no restriction that their account is for mainly accepting orders ONLY. They can update/edit the product and its prices, can create a promotion or a marketing. Basically, they can do whatever on their account.

I hope there's also a picture included when receiving the order, as some products may look alike, and only the product name is visible. Also, it would be helpful if the quantity is easily editable, like simply tapping on the quantity on the side of the product and adjusting it with plus and minus buttons. + can send a pic to customer + I messaged the customer, but i got new order, so I ended the chat. Cant longer chat with the customer because the chat ended

The most annoying thing about the app is notification system. Notification sound is rung through media channel, which is not make any sense. Users cannot manage their notification on your app. This is a big disturbance for me. Directly to the developers, you are misusing the system. Android is designed to have sound channels because the designer want users to manage their sound behavior for one's system, but you hacked it for no reason. Please be professional.

No notification sound no matter how much I tried to adjust the setting and my phone volume. However if there's second order came at that day, it rings. Sometimes the app closing order itself, it's quite a challenge beside there's less grabfood order in the city where I'm doing my business. Somehow, every month there's some staff from Jkt head office called and asked some commission from a transaction that never happened in past years when I just start my business. Always by different people

Shocking company, such a bad and slow application. The drivers are slow and don't come prepared too. You get bad reviews for the drivers part and they don't even remove the reviews when it's their part of the service which is poor. It's unreal working with this company.

I was told by help center that the sales limit set in my items is only for our reference and customers still able to order more than the quantity set! We sell in small batches and this will make us very busy to edit or cancel customer orders and calling customers prior that.

Lots of improvements done which I think is awesome. For the annoying notification sound that refused to stop, I just force stop it at App Info. Request to have a statement for Financing and a way to pay directly if we close for the day or don't have sales, so we dont have to get mysterious musical phone calls. update: Printer settings keep changing all the time! We don't need 2-3 stubs and such a waste.

Hi, I'm a grab mart merchant there's 3 things 1. When I receive order, there's no picture. Since some items have similar names, it's easy to be confused make mistake, plus if elderly who's taking care of the order, they get blur easily. 2. The numbering of received order was too small make it bigger please 3. I can't adjust my price. I sell alot veggies. Veggies price tend to fluctuate easily. If I can't adjust, I'd just delete it and readd. Same thing, but it's very troublesome. Thanks

How are we supposed to contact the customer if you change the entire system out of nowhere? We pay huge commissions for Grab Merchant yet you treat us like this. Outrageous app.

This App has a system bug, If you create a product or add an item it reflects then suddenly dissapear in your catalogue, Time consuming, and their Area Manager is not attentive to assist Merchant concern like this.

Apps cant stop notifications automatically after we open the order, manager account no problem, but cashier account non stop GRAB!!!! Annoying!

We got multiples reviews which gave us below than 4 stars without any comment. It is really disappointing for us as we cannot know the status for customers satisfaction and it will narrow our chances to make improvement in the future. Perhaps GrabFood will make some adjustment regarding this issue. This is to help vendors to analyse their status and plan for improvement We suggest GrabFood make the comment is compulsory when customers give the stars expecially 3 stars and below. Thank you.

Very unreliable app for food merchants as for most orders the app fails to notify potential delivery riders until sometimes 30mins after shop has already completed an order. Also rider pick up time indications for shops are useless as it can indicate 1min away and rider only shows up 10mins later!

Please do something on the feedback section. Customers can easily gave 1 star without any explanation that merchant unable to report it since no single words given on the feedback. How do we improve without know what was wrong. It could be not the merchant's fault, it could be the driver. It could be the customer is competitor that wants to bring us down. Your 'green' competitor is doing great on their rating section. The accumulated rating based on 30 days not from the very start.
