I'm part of grab team. Grab app is useful and I can earn good income from this app. Grab fare in some areas are way is too low but some area very reasonable and higher. Please review the fare and make it all a bit higher and reasonable. Please also review Grab Mart and Grab Food fares specially if the pickup and customer location are too far and please put some additional fare for the waiting time for the Grab Food. Thank you

worst driver app and app overall, navigation system does not work well, is laggy, does not know where am I and often brings me to wrong places. Utter garbage. Edit: now even worse. Every morning keeps logging me out of the app.

I will rate this app ZERO STAR. This Grab driver's app is an app that charged more than 20% commission from the passenger's fare. The highest in this industrial. The further you go and pick-up the passenger the higher the commission is gonna be. When the passengers complain on drivers regards of any feedback/complaints, driver will be penalised and Grab will not respond to the drivers on their feedback, infact U cannot reached them. It is truly unfair treatment to the driver.

App is very inefficient. You'll need to refresh your data from time to time to make sure you're online. Used multiple devices and sim card and still experienced the same issue so it's definitely an app issue.

The GPS tend to be unstable in pinpointing the exact position of my car especially when I am making a U Turn or when I am entering an unknown street. Response time and accuracy is important as it can mislead driver's to the exact pickup point. Traffic heat register is often outdated.

(1)-Navigation not practical as waze , but keep ask u to use grab navigation .( 2 ) I tap offline for last customer ,but system auto online for me again ( 3 ) should be more easier to reach grab support team ( 4 )battery draining ,running even not in use . ( 5 ) MOST important is history should be more detail , time get job - arrived - pick up - driving - drop off and route map to click in .

Far away pick-up points. Fare not compensated for traffic/time. Extremely low fare! No compensations for Cancellations of bookings. Auto-Accept is ridiculous!! Incorrect pickup/drop-off locations. 5mins waiting time is not justified. No phone communications to confirm details with passengers. Helpdesk is unsatisfactory. Poor treatment to Driver "PARTNERS"!

Grab making 20% out of every passenger fare with out any obligation as the drivers need to pay for everything patrol, rental, carpark, self income. The problems his grab is making more income than the drivers. Grab never included $3 on 3km pick up point so the drivers need to pay own pocket money on every extra km for patrol top-up. The more problem know grab is controlling over the drivers navigation system. Grab navigation system is really suck...!!!

I reserved a shift in the South from 4pm onwards and at 3.30pm, I was assigned a job to Woodlands Industrial Park. Had to travel down to the South in a empty car just to fulfill the shift. This is the 2nd time it happened and previously when I cancelled the job to Bedok Reservoir, I was penalised on my acceptance rate. You guys need to do better than this.

2nd safety warning?! 3rd and then suspension?! What is this? Your gps is not accurate!! And roads must follow traffic flow! It's dangerous to follow app! Those who work nightshift have no support after 10pm. Compensation is harder to get via help centre . After 2 the times the app doesn't allow you to get any more compensationz it is stuck in chat after asking for compensation after the 2nd time.In the help centre search bar the icon label for "restaurant waiting time is too long" is gone.

Far pick up and low far With the new fare structure, how to determine that a far pick up which previously transparent $3 and now it doesn't show anymore. Fares received from job $6+ and journey was about 5km. But pick up was far 3,5km. How was this justified? In total fare was $6+ (for 8.5km pick up and journey drop off)?? Grab should be more transparent on fares to driver. Please put back the actual $3 fare for far pick.

Totally frustrating experience with Shop Now Pay Later side of the apps. Definitely won't recommend it for any drivers to use. When it works it is ok but when things go wrong you are in deep trouble all on your own without much help from grab to solve the situation. You are stuck paying for the vouchers but you can't use it.

Grab driver app is very useful, but as of the latest Grab app map, there are some delays and confusing mapping. I hope in the future it should be fixed correctly without any confusing details and re routing. In addition, I hope there will be an additional way to secure the wellness and protection of the driver partner, Grab on!

Distance can be ridiculous at times. Not only is it extremely far, it is also baffling for it to be considered a walkable distance (I've had orders upwards of 2km). And then we are punished for the cancellation rate because of this...

The price for advanced booking is faulty. Everywhere be it faq on web or in all pointing to a range of fare dependent on the surge. But now every advanced booking is only a fixed fare. The fare is lower than before and the calculation doesn't include surge fare. The booking fee is not included in the calculation screen. If grab continues to hide all fees and calculations, there will be lesser drivers for grab.

ERP Toll charge not auto add during drop off. Have to remember and add in manually. Map very super slag, always give wrong direction, especially during pick up and the map lost it location and direction. When i move off l, then it start pointing opposite direction. And the map always make me missed the turn. Already passed the junction then start saying turn, end up make a big round. No driver hotline to call, have to use faq or email....

This App needs improvement in detecting locations.. Sometimes its too slow in showing location.. For example when the blue location line shows to left, the location voice say turn to right.. This is so dangerous for the grab drivers n the customers in, cos accident might happen..please improve it!! So many grab drivers facing this navigation problem..

The app is fine and the shift booking, auto job acceptance and delivery functions are all fine. However, Grab navigation is absolutely terrible. Extremely high latency, completely inaccurate and gives the worse route possible. The only saving grace is the fact that I can opt to use Google maps instead. Other then that the app is fine.

The Navigation Voice Guide is so annoying. 1. Every Traffic light keeps repeating, keep straight and continue at the Traffic Light. 2. Continue at PIE ETC non-Stop Every 2KM. The Map Navigation part is better now. The Voice Navigation they have to do something about it. I feel wake Voice Navigation is one of the better ones. 3. Worst Customer Service and Help line. 4. Rates are getting lower and lower. Premium rates are almost the same as Just Grab and Grab Car.

1. When you turn on the app, there's a message in red banner saying you're not connected to the Internet and is always on and upon checking it's not true. 2. The navigator first gives the logical route upon accepting the job then when navigating through and at traffic light junction suddenly asks you to turn left and use a newer route that's overloaded with traffic light junctions. Why? I don't see the logic in it!! 3. The map/navigator always disconnects from Internet, upon check phone is fine
