Clear voice, uses words like , "Bear Right"and gives ample time before approaching lane change or turning. Not Reliable For All things,a tool ,Mostly City. Get A paper map.

This app freezes up all the time I can't get it to do what I wanted to do. Anytime I turn my phone off and turn it back on it tries to get me to reinstall I don't know why the regular maps is a whole lot better

I like this app, but either due to some current problems with my phone , I'm having trouble keeping the app running on a steady basis. I'm going to give it a few more days before I can truly assess it's performance.

It did nothing! All it showed was a map, no directions. I'm deleting this app! It's worthless, and the ads! You can't even get to the navigation part without being asked to sign up for Facebook. This is absolutely ridiculous!

If I have to go out of town, it's maps first. Then I have a better chance of getting there on time. I hate that they have the right to pass on our local info to anyplace they want. Why don't you word it within the USA. Because I just cleared my phone of radio, & TV Stations on my friends driving to vacation and contacting me. Is there any phone that needs this. Stop TV, Newpapper, and Radio from the point where anyone is! Please stop it took two days to find it all and to delete it. NO MORE! ■

This is a fairly good app in some aspects, but the ads in the free version make it impossible to use & pose a distraction while driving. I am paying a monthly fee to go ad free, but despite paying, I still get ads that disrupt the functioning of the app. I actually had to pull over to fix this issue! If I pay for ad free, I expect ad free! Thinking of cancelling my subscription & uninstalling!

They really need to update the new roads. When I first moved here, the app would take me in circles, dirt roads or ending at the wrong place. Sometimes I'd copy instructions from computer. Not easy to submit the error. It takes you out of your way to make a u-turn and go back, when there's an actual street to turn on. I silence the repetitive driving instructions. When I put a unhappy face, they should see the route I took, then make the appropriate changes. Needs a lot of work.

This $8.99 dollar app is very confusing looks nothing like advertised after downloading the app, it tells you point your finger to find your destination , why would I do that if I don't know where the destination is. I want to be able to just put the address and go. The developer will not answer my emails so don't waste your time. That's just my opinion use your own judgement.

So my issue here is OK 1st it looks great and it's so fancy however the ADS are so frequent if I'm using this map while I'm driving the ADS pop up every 5 seconds that it's so risky while I'm trying to drive and annoying because when I'm trying to see the map *Boom* there is an ad that pops up full screen that I have to exit out of very, very irritating. Then to find that if I want to get rid of the ads I have to pay monthly instead of a flat fee of Maybe of Maybe 10 to $15 Max Is very trash

Tells the distance between streets in meters + doesn't show or tell you the actual address of your final destination once you're close and once your at your destination has no way to either reverse directions so that your can return to your original destination or enter another address. EXTREMELY UNUSEFUL!!! Additionally, not only do ads pop up with every entry you make, they block the lower part of the screen so that you can't see the map!!!

Not straightforward at all. Demands access to all your info, not just location. Forces you to use or create a Facebook account. Why? I don't know; it isn't explained. Then it bombards you with ads. Imagine that happening in an emergency. Devs: all we want is an app that looks up an address, finds your location, and guides you there!

So far my experience has been really positive, her voice is clear. She repeats instructions when necessary and on time (I don't know spatial distance well (for ex. 900ft, I just know that is soon, so I need the voice to tell me when to turn if I'm unfamiliar with an area). I have gotten where I need to go when I use Maps. I'm a Google fan.

So the app has no problem finding my current location. I live in the North East in the US. Regardless of the address I put in, it always looks in Australia first as opposed to areas in the vicinity of the current location. You have to put in the whole address,. Street, city, etc. Would be nice if there was a default that let's you specify a starting search location. ie. Country, state, etc. That & the ads is forcing me to uninstall it.

This app just STOLED $9.99 from me and doesn't even work. STAY AWAY!!!! This app is full of ads, watching an ad for every single feature. Then after buying the app for 9.99 the app doesn't work. No navigating or directions. It works like an atlas book with a search option. That's about it. I want a full refund. Oh and the "do you want to remove ads and buy" keeps popping up. So yeah #Trash

Use maps on a regular basis. I love having navigation and maps has all kinds of extras. Doesn't matter if your driving, walking, or on a bike, it gives you results for how ever your traveling. It also works without wifi or phone service as long as u do your search on wifi before you leave for your destination. Love this app and highly recommend to everybody.

I have been using Google Maps from day one and always thought they were the best. Was forced to download this version and l have gone 180 on it. Absolutely the worst experience I've had. For someone who uses it every day and relies on speed these advertisements are a total time killer and distraction l don't need. I also am a local guide, a very honest one and mean what l always say. Google: "NOT EVERYONE CAN AFFORD TO BUY YOUR UPGRADES AND ELIMINATE ADVERTISING. ESPECIALLY NOW!

It does everything my Garmin did and a little bit more. If you have a decent internet it's really good, every so often you'll get directions a tad off, otherwise it's very good. There's not much in the way of configuration, you can't adjust or change the voice and the default is robotic and un-inventive, TBH I have had passengers whom have asked me to turn the app off just because of the voice. You do have a handful of configuration options, Public Transit, Walk, Auto... Tolls, etc.

It asks permission to my pictures, apps, calendar, contacts, and so many other private locations and since I denied it 3 times, the app has frozen where I can't use it...at all! Google maps and other maps and GPS apps don't ask that many permissions. There were more to list but since I was cut off. I was unable to go back in to see them. Until this is fixed, no thank you!

The maps are okay, but there are no settings. The biggest issue is that there's no way to change the units to imperial. It touts itself as USA friendly but makes us use the metric system. It would be nice to change other things like canging the screen to night mode. It would be nice to use other voice sounds. There's no ability to add a home or work address. I paid for one month to give it a try. I doubt I'll be renewing.

Once I was able to get past all the ads I discovered that it really doesn't offer as much as Google Maps and the navigation routing is not as accurate. Might be useful to someone without Google Maps on their phone but still, the ads make it unuseable for someone who is busy driving or trying to plan a trip.
