Worst customer support ever. They don't even behave well. I couldn't pay my WZPDCL prepaid bill and the on app chat customer service manager couldn't help me either. I called their customer care and they had no idea how to solve it.

Please remove last amount checking field mandatory. It happens customer has forgotten last amount. For that reason shall u stop login? Think another customer common mandatory fields like nid, passport number like wise as mandatory fields. I could not login due to forgotten last amount. Please double think about last amount checking. First analysis customer experience inputs and then better to impose

This app is having a lot of problems. Repeatedly Gpay app is closed automatically. "Unfortunately Gpay has stopped" showing this problem again and again. Request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

without authorization payment was done for goole apps, very bad. it is not useful for common people. if we use this app, your money will on tass. with out my knowledge amount is getting auto debit, if u dont see u payment u will be gone. very very bad and poor security in Google pay app. please don't use if u r common man. this not useful for us. Not able to post with bad rating. here they are blocking to give bad rating.

While making an id, i gave my pin. Then after trying to login it kept saying invalid pin. Had to change the pin then logged in. Wanted to pay electric bill through this app. Although I put the correct account number and other info, it kept saying invalid account. number. Worst experience honestly

How about be more direct on profile creation and instead of making things complicated like "pin confirmation after just creating account" and having limited wallet recharge options like "being rocket exclusive". When wallet recharge should be convenient and open to all (bkash, rocket etc.) you are giving us rocket as one and only way to recharge. How are you even running this thing? Also your chat service never works

Whenever i go to book a train ticket it always says 'invalid class specified'. Please fix this problem otherwise we cannot purchase train tickets. However, the app design is wonderful and the in-app customer care responded instantly

It is a stupid app. I even not started to use it. To load my account.. AB bank account/ Mcash/ rocket is needed. What the hell.. this options are very limited.. not available in most of the location. Most popur and flexible is bkas.. available.. in each and every corner of the country.

Please don't force customer to buy package of your choice in stead of recharging amount,whenever I recharge 10 tk through GPAY, no balance is added to my account rather 18 minutes is bought automatically for 12 hours only! please stop such forcefully package selling! we can recharge from bKash,Rocket etc. also. Then why should we use GPAY if it causes us loss? So please let us recharge 10 Tk and have the balance in our account balance,hope you will solve this in next UPDATE! Thank You :-)

I am regularly paid my DPDC postpaid electricity bill on this GPAY apps.Never been faced any problem at all on previous version.When updated this apps recently , I can't pay DPDC postpaid electricity bill on this update version. Actually my current month's DPDC postpaid electricity bill not been added on this version. Every time it shows previous bill due which I already paid in time. I don't know no why this happen every time. I refilled lots of money for pay this bill. How can I get back that money. Please help to get rid of this problem.

Worst app. Shows paid bills unpaid and takes double payment for the same bill. Charges too high for services. Not a safe app. Takes no confirmation before payment. Not synchronized with the database of the utility authorities.

The app is good, and it's interface also good. But it has few bugs, like profile information is not able to be correction and which entering in profile tab then after immediately logged out.

Update gpay apps more smooth and fast. But need some features which is more useful the app such as i. gpay live chat service except skiito, gp live chat services, ii. add money from rocket, bKash, nagad etc. direct throw apps not pressing dialing menu, iii. UI comparatively better but it’s may be more customer friendly, iv. payment throw gpay etc.

When I opened it, it was a white screen, then a black screen, then crashed. Tried several times. Desperately needed to be able to use this as I needed feminine products on my way to work and I was relying on it to make the purchase.

This is very useful app to pay utility bills, purchase train tickets. But it shows problem to recharge other mobile operators sim and it would be better if you have cash out opportunity. I will give you five stars if you fix these two issues.

Worst experience ever !! I wonder who designed this unnecessary complex system. It took almost an hour to complete the registration. First i registered for wallet account. Later on "pin confirmation after creation account", it does not accept my PIN. I had to live Chat multiple times with customer service to reset the PIN. When i tried to change the PIN with a temporary PIN provided from Customer Service, i got "User is blacklisted". Had to talk with customer service again to solve this issue. Almost took 1 hour to just create an account. Absolutely hated the system. No wonder why people advise not to use it. ** Chat service is full of "Bug".

I can't figure out anything. The UI was much much better and intuitive before. There's no tutorial available. I can't add any account to pay or check my DPDC electricity bills. Now, it's showing that there are no pending bills. This was working fine before the update. I don't understand why did you guys make these unnecessary changes and made it complicated. Please fix it and i will change my rating.
