Something seems to be wrong with your app after 31st May's update. It keeps saying, "update" but then it doesn't update and also not allowing to get into the app. Giving 1 star to draw your attention only. Generally yours is a 5 star app.

My experience with Gozayaan is super smooth and the members of Gozayaan are also so Cooperative like in my booking process, one of crucial information I put incorrectly, they literally double checked and corrected that information. I mean how can I express the gratitude, their managing system deserves 5 stars. This app also deserve 5 stars. Their deal, offers and management system all are top notch. Thank you Gozayaan.

It's the most efficient app for flight booking and Hotel search. This is simply the GOAT of flights in southern Asia. The app has a beautiful UI with easy to navigate options. Useful provides only the details that matters.

This app is really good for buying air ticket....I have been enjoying by using this app... But there is problem with my app account.. The great problem is changing accout contract number.. I myself is not able to change my contract number... This is great annoying mater to me.. If the authority does not set the system for changing the contract number then i will not use this app for buying my next air ticket

Please notice the glitch on latest (31MAY23) update. I just updated, and it still kept on saying to update and I'm redirected back to play store. Even tried clearing cache. In other words: I can't access the app. Needed to download an eTicket I already booked. 1 star only to draw your attention, otherwise you guys deserve max stars. Edit: you've fixed it. Thank you.

took me 1 month and 12 days to receive my refund. there is a lot of room for improvement in this regard. other features work quite well

Really disappointing service. Refurn takes more than 4 weeks. Agents don't have any clue on what they are working on. I asked multiple times to refund on my bank account, however, after multiple back and forth, they initiated refund on my credit card. Never going to book using GoZayaan. I strongly recommend against using it if you don't want any hassle.

Good for last minute/emergency/hassle free hotel/flight booking. but they aren’t offering the best prices in the market..For example, I booked for a hotel for 9500(after discount+ credit card promo) in GoZayaan..But when I called the hotel directly, they told me It's 9000...So, I think Gozayaan Isn't offering any discount at all, gimmick totally...

The app is very good but some important feature is mandatory. For example: You should introduce a "Cart System" to take the EMI and make it more helpful. Suppose my whole tour costs around 14000.. Bus/Air - 4000/= Hotel - 6000/= Return Bus/Air - 4000/= But I can only avail Hotel item on EMI since it exceeds 5000. But I want other items too on EMI, but it is not possible.If the total 14000 can be availed on EMI via a "Cart System", this problem just goes away.Hope u introduce this system soon.

Very poor service. They add different flights that are not available. During the confirmation of booking it shows failed. Verry disappointing. I even connect with their hot line. They suggest me to try after a time period. When i asked them when it will be normal..? They told they don’t know.

App is lightning fast. Services are good. The only problem I have faced is flight booking system does not hold/cache my previous search history which sometimes make me annoyed to type the same thing again and again. Everything else is excellent. 👍

I'm having touble booking through the app. Whenever I try to proceed to payment, the app takes me to the log-in page that apparently won't let me log in. Even after I've changed my password and somehow bypassed to the next stage, the app won't receive payment and the command window shows that transaction has failed. Please fix this!

I have been using this app for almost a month now, though the app has been mostly great, there are some problems. I was trying to book a flight from Chittagong to Dhaka and my payment failed due to insufficient balance on bkash. So I recharged my bkash account and opened the app to resume my booking. But the app doesn’t have mechanism for resuming the booking by continuing with the payment. With all due respect, that's a very basic feature absence of which is quite annoying. Please fix it.

Twice i used. First time in Coxsbazar. Though I have pre booked and paid all the money while pre booking through this app, yet while I was checking out the hotel management was asking for full payment mentioning that they did not receive any payment voucher from gozayyan. I hade to waste my time and it was an embarrassing situation to prove that I was not lying. Second time in Sylhet they compelled me manually to cancel my booking via app, though I have confirmed booking and payment via online.

The app is smooth and beautiful and the offering, competitive. I ran into issues in making payment through credit card. I could not pay through Google Pay and the credit card payment verification screen (where it says you want OTP through email or sms or both), there was no "Submit" or OK button under it and hence I was denied buying my first ticket on the platform. Please look into it and Godspeed.

I had a minor spelling issue of name in the ticket, and we called gozayaan 5 times in 4 consecutive days to communicate with the airlines. But they took no action except sending a formal email. Later on, I called the airlines directly and made this fixed. This app is good for nothing, and their customer service is worse.

Suggestions: give settings to change hour format from 24 to 12. I have to calculate in my head everytime what say something like 1400 is. Also, give comparison mode so I can figure out what date is cheaper to fly on. Some of us have flexibility and we choose the cheaper date. Right now I manually check each date. Addionally, If I bought two tickets separately for the same plane, help me merge them for convenience at airport. Lastly, save my card so I don't have to type it everytime.

Wheelchair options are not available when booking. I'd to email for it and yet to hear anything from them. A full day has passed. Oddly, rival apps that are similar to this one handle everything during the booking process. Not recommended at all. Never using it until this is fixed.
