The app is terrible, I've been trying to register but it doesn't allow me to do so. It delays sending otp than once it does, it tells me that a temporary password will be sent in both email and sms but that never happens.

Can't log into my account. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. But the problem persists. I have been repeatedly told on the app that a sms and email will be sent. I am STILL waiting after NUMEROUS tries. What is the point of having this app if it cannot serve the purpose it was designed for. FIX IT, PLEASE!

I cannot get into my app. I've emailed to have it rectified. I have tried every avenue as suggested by the responses and to no avail. It does not give me the option to log in so I tried to reset password now it won't allow me at all. I cannot even download it. Been battling to get assistance for 2 weeks now.

I cant rate it because there is not a score low enough. I cannot even register to login. I type in my id, and select forgotten password. Then they send me an otp number. After entering the number, it confirms and informs me a temporary password will be sent to me via sms or email. It does not happen. By the time the temporary password comes the otp has expired.

Very acticipated portal but sadly lots of teething problems. Update functionality losses data once confirmed after OTP. Example includes beneficiaries % must add up to 100% prior to update and after update only the 1st beneficiary appears at a % lower than the 100%. Drop down menu for relationship does not show the selection but captures correctly when updated. Great potential but interface frustrating at the moment and incorrect results create doubt as to whether the record is indeed updated.

I regret downloading this app. Registration was fine. Now, a week later, it does not log in. I cannot wait an hour for an app to respond. When I downloaded it, it would not change my address. Kept getting an error message for the suburb. The cursur seems to be 2 places from where it should start when you click in the suburb box. I could also not update my beneficiary, which I nominated years ago already. According to the app, I have no beneficiary. Please fix the issues with the app.

Heard great things about app until I tried to register. First I can't register, it says that info provided doesn't match records. Tried to login in, it says invalid user credentials. Send an email to GEPF and was promised feedback within 7 working days. No feedback received. So I can't use app, I dont get feedback. Unhappy and actually disappointed!!

Do not give it even one star. Forever "Experiencing Technical Errors"!! Can see some information but never the benefit statement. It also seems the Call back function is not working as you never receive back any calls

Useless. I cannot register, all it does is to spin a wheel on the screen. Admittedly it is a rather attractive wheel, but nonetheless useless. EDIT: 3 years later and apparently the whole system has gone to the birds. You tell us that you have loads of money, why not use some to fix this problem? If you work for the state, breaks are precious and not for calling someone you could have emailed or just found all the relevant information on on the app.

One should be forgiven for believing this thing was concocted by a deaf, blind greek using chinese software developed by a myopic arab. IT IS BROKEN. Impossible to access using your SAVED credentials. The first time after registration one can access it but the next time it only gives you a message that your id no and password do not work. Uninstall and reinstall only work once and then you have to do it ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Good day. I downloaded the app and it keeps on telling me that my information is incorrect. I tried the process on the websit and received same message. I tried to register on the website but it stuck at the questionnaire. I send email requesting assistance and receive sms that all is sorted. Still experiencing the same issue. Good day. As, requested i mailed the print screens and information required on 2021.03.11. Till date i cannot register and awaits feedback. Regards

I have been trying to log in since september,will get Otp but wont get temporary password,even went to Gepf office only to be told to keep on trying, I even tried more than 10 times in a row but it keeps on saying will sent temporary password ,i am just asking myself will i ever be able to get help or not .!!! Its so frustrating,Oh it also repeats otps more than 5 times but not consecutively .

Initially I had no problems with the app. Since it became operational again, I have tried numerous times to log in but I have failed. It says incorrect password. When I change my password and ask for the otp to be smsed, firstly, the otp takes long to arrive, secondly, I gave to log in again. So I cannot use the password. When I requested an email, the opt was emailed the following day

If there were an option for a zero rating; this App would really be on top of that list. Who got the tender to develop such a Useless App? Can't track progress of my retirement status or check my benefit statement. Utter waste of memory space on my phone.

Failed to register. The rotating icon kept rotating but that was all. Months later. Managed to register. Cannot update most details including phone number. When you do seem to have updated something such as postal address and even received confirmatory sms PIN, you check update but everything is just the same as before. A half developed app.

The app remains utterly useless, despite the fanfare about recent updates. I STILL can't log in: tried the password reset, but after logging in with each temporary password I received (I went through all of this several times) NONE of my attempts to create a new password were accepted & I was again confronted with that ridiculous "We seem to be having technical problems" message. You think??? So I'm back to square one, but am NOT going to waste more of my time by calling you. This app is a joke.

Very poor app. Some features not accessible. Not user friendly. GEPF please put together a better app. I spent 33 minutes on the phone with GEPF, half the time waiting in line for my call to be answered just to be told that I need to use the app for the services I was requesting. Very poor customer services.

The app is always kicking me out when i add my beneficiaries. it can captures information for one person then when i want to capture the 2nd one it says i must log in again. and when i do the information i had captured is gone not updated. The app is useless when you want to capture important information like adding beneficiaries.

Useless app if you go to forgot password it is suppose to send you an otp to your email but you will never receive that email. And dont bother calling they never answer. You cant register ypur bebeficiarys on the app it takes 5 to 6 times before it sents an otp and when you put in otp it tells you we are experiencing technical difficulties this app is not good at all.

Since July 2024 i am unable to log into this app. Que inline on the callcentre telephone lines for long periods until my airtime runs out. If by luck i do get through the agent sent me a form to correct information and also a reset pin never works. In the last few months i have tried numerous times to reset the password on the app, every time a temp password and pin is sent to me and evertytime it fails to open the app .Is this the best it can do for pensioners?
