If you register a number, make sure you don't lose it because they don't have the option to replace that number. So in my care, nadukot Yong corporate phone and number Ko then I would have to wait for its replacement to arrive. Worse, when I resign from my current work, I will not have an option to apply for another account. Talino lang no? 🙄

Well what can I say?! GoTyme keeps on outshining itself with every single updates that they release. Maybe just some critique that I have is first that they must allow foreign nationals to open an account as long as they have a valid unexpired passport & visa. My partner wants to open an account here but she couldn't since GoTyme won't allow foreign nationals yet to open an account. But I hope they can consider that the soonest. Also having the ability to update contact info thru phone CS reps.

So far so good. Use it for my purchases and the CS is easy to reach out (they're not very nice though) The only problem is that I have quite a few cases of refunds not clearing right away. And I need to reach out to CS to clear that out, which is a hassle and frustrating specially when the amount involve is relatively high. Besides that downside, everything else is ideal.

Add more free transfers for instapay, and pesonet must be always free. Add dark mode for phones with Amoled display. Instapay is not instant when transferring money to other banks. Instapay is always unavailable during the time of need. Can't redeem Go rewards.

This is a good digital bank, a few more tweaks and additional services, this bank will take over other digital banks. Would be nice if the 3 free transfers can go back up to 5. I remember when GoTyme first started it didn't have a cap, it was helpful when I had to move some of my funds so I didn't have to pay for fees when withdrawing from other ATMs since GoTyme has no ATM/partner merchant anywhere near me (sadly). You guys should add more functions and services.

It's too hard to scan the id, It's a waste of time. The system can't detect the bar code. Even if I put it correctly on the frame, it is frustrating

I recomended GoTym to everyone before. But now I'm having some regrets because they can't even resolve a fradulent charge and I'm now questioning the security of the account. Imagine depositing 1k or 10k or even more to your Gotym account and you lose it because of a fraud charge or transaction. They'll just tell you that "they are investigating the matter and is close to a resolution but they can't guarantee that they can get your money back". Like how is it a resolution to the problem?

recent update breaks "compatibility" bec app maker wants to "secure" their apps. the problem with gcash gotyme and maya is that they dont have browser access frontend for users. locking access to apps only by default. and when your phone is unlucky enough to be in the incompatible list (whether your phone is vanilla or rooted is another thing)...f your money goodbye until you find a new phone to fool the app into working again. app makers stop making "security updates" bec it doesnt help!

It's been a year since I opened my account here and found all the features are great compared to other banks. Leaving 1 star for improvement and so I suggest the following: -Withdrawal fees in ATM's, please don't include it in the withdrawn amount and showing it as 0.00 fees charged. -Saving Favorites in Bills payments and transfer Recipients, please have an option for us to put & edit a name so we know who's billing account number we are paying. -Please show running balance in all transactions.

Application no longer works since the last update. Opens to a white page with the following text: "This app cannot run because the environment is not secure and your data may be at risk." Phone details: Asus Zenfone 9 Android 14 Security update: April 5, 2024 Google Play system update: April 1, 2024 I hope they fix this as soon as possible. It's the only banking app on my phone that's not working.

I wanted to use my GoTyme acc but it just kept saying "This app cannot run because the environment is not secure and your data may be at risk." I don't know what to do anymore I tried to reinstall it and I even tried clearing cache to fix it like Gcash, it's already been 2 months since this problem and I have been waiting patiently for it to be fixed.

No assistance from customer service & in-person from one of your kiosks. Can't even fix your issue with "Unsafe Environment" for Asus ROG phones even though the phone is not rooted and is brand new. Update: Apparently it is not available for Asus devices. Why change its availability? I have been using your app since last year. It is very unethical to just change its supported devices especially you are a financial institution.

For the nth time, ive been having trouble with your ID autoscan! Been trying it for a LOT of times but to no avail. Whoever thought of including that on the verification process should be fired. Will never use your services.

Seriously, so hard to get an account opened. What is wrong with your Facetec technology, can't they recognise a selfie? Asking me to move closer, back up, I mean, I took several attempts and it's not getting it. This has become past annoying.

Due to multiple attempts of inputting my wrong passcode it promptly says "account locked", but I tried to troubleshoot, like "reset passcode" but I can't use it tho. I immediately emailed the cx service about what happened for (4x) but no proper assistance from them. I can't even call your cx service landline, nor your chat cx service at all. Really gotyme? So disappointing😑 😕 👎

I can't transfer from my gosave accounts to my main wallet. It's not even to transfer funds. It's just to withdraw from Gotyme kiosk. I have repeatedly followed up and raised this issue but no response via email when customer service has promised initially a timeline of 7-10 days but still no updates as of now. Do not try opening a bank account. It's a scam and it's not accessible. This has caused a huge inconvenience to me and the accessibility of my funds.

Rated only 2 stars for the reason that I cannot open the App on my Nokia phone (unsafe environment), but when you check on the Google Playstore it says that my phone is compatible with the app. I had already reported it to your customer service (email, chat, and phone call) but never got any actual help regarding this matter. Now I have to use someone else's mobile phone, which is much unsafer just to check on my account. Aside from this, I really enjoyed using my Gotyme esp. on trips abroad
