Not GOOD AT ALL!!! ON THE PHONE ALL DAY FOR HOURS, CANCELING TO ELITE SINGLES, AND A REFUND OF 167.40. CAN'T HELP BUT KNOWING I'M BEING USED, AND SCAMED THRU THIS SITE. ASKING FOR ALL OF MY EMAIL, BANK ENTRY CODES THAT ,MIKE BROWN IS COPING MY DATA,ON TO HIS COMPUTER.NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL. I WILL FACEBOOK THIS EXPERIENCE.IM VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR PROGRAM OF DELAYING MY REFUND.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD Another party can gain access to your device. Using this app there was an attempt to take a large amount from my bank account. They took over my phone and even replied a SMS from my bank!

Does not work. Full WiFi/4G always tells me to check internet connection after entering the support code. Samsung S10 running latest updates. Stock android.

PLEASE DON'T GET THIS APP!! My only solace is that I learned an extremely expensive and valuable lesson. TRUST NO ONE; ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE ASKED TO INSTALL THIS APP!

Also garbage. Using a Note 20 Ultra, app returns an error about internet and support key. Support key was correct. Obviously my internet is fine.....

It's s scam and they hurry you and encourage you to stay online. Got an email about a PayPal account I haven't used in more than 10 years. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!

This app works for those that are getting real help I got a phone call from someone saying my Apple account had suspicious activity So they convinced me to install this app They tried to get information for my Bank account, credit cards Walmart and Amazon accounts So don't iñstall-use this app unless you know who you are working with! I almost gave them to much information I am still trying to change things to protect myself from this app and those people who hacked me BE CAREFUL WHEN INSTALLING

Don't use! The other person has access to everything on your phone including PayPal and your banking. I needed help and ended up getting in even more hurt!

PLEASE READ! People (scam) is using this app. to get into your personal accounts. Do not download if a scammer calls you that someone is trying or is using your credit card or debit account or if it's linked to a shopping account such as Amazon. Confirm with your bank accounts etc. if there is any activity going on with your accounts.

I had rescue assist to help other for YEARS. Last week it stopped working and it is no longer available or supported? What happened? As a remote technician I have paid these people THOUSANDS of $$$$ over the years. WHAT THE HECK?

This app was installed on my phone by a hacker. They were able to connect to my bank account and got access to my private info. I had to change everything. This app should of never been made or available to anyone. Beware of this app.

This is fine, but please make a technician version of rescueassist like you have for gotoassist. I would like to be able to use Rescue assist from my android to help a client.

I couldn't access my Amazon prime video account and was given a number to call. They told me to download this app and enter personal information in it. They failed to get what they wanted from me. They then asked me to download "Zelle" and still didn't get what they wanted. Then they wanted me to purchase a $500 Amazon gift card from the nearest store so I could get my prime account back. (SCAM) Avoid this at all cost.

Received a call from "Amazon agent" about fraudulent purchase and to download this app. It wouldn't open fully and she spoke so quickly I begged her to slow down until l was yelling at her until she finally disconnected. I called Amazon they said they NEVER USE THIS OR ANY APP that this was a fraud! Businesses call claiming to be someone else, ask you to download THIS APP... I didn't get information typed out though they did have temporary phone access. Closed Amazon account immediately!

Well I for one fell for this, and yes it is a scam I had to close out my bank account and change my passwords because I was gullible and fell for it. Then I noticed they were in control of my phone that was scary when they can call and talk without you answering the phone. I have uninstalled app now I will be going to AT&T to have it cleaned of any viruses it may have left behind. This app should not be allowed in Google play.

After 7 years of good service and support, I needed support to fix an issue with my phone which is what I use to control my sonos/alexa/Amazon songs with. It always showed name of song artist and ability to skip forward or backwards in choosing a song to hear. That all went away so I called sonos support. Spent about an hour trying this that and the other till I couldn't spend anymore time trying in vain to rectify the problem. I'll have to try again when I have more time.

Terrible now Used to be able to provide a code to others and they would connect there PC. I still have that old app but they made it so a code can not be generated. And then removed the app all together as well. This forces me to have to use a computer to connect to others computers. When before I could use my phone in a pinch.
