My experience with this program is it's extremely flawed and poorly written. it has all kinds of problems. there are a number of assignments that I've done and went to submit and of course they don't go through and then I don't get paid for them. when I contact the company they blame it on customer impact. they say it's not their problem. they don't see anything on their side but I see not getting paid for assignments that I actually do on my side because they get deleted.

I'm not sure why we have to take a picture of the hose reels every visit and there is no where to chat with other merchandisers if we have a question.

I use this app for my merchandising jobs. It's very user-friendly. I haven't had any issues.

Quite functional. The only downside is lack of flexibility in taking photos in the app. I.e, lack of zoom in/ fisheye and exposure adjustment.

I can't move away from the app without it closing. I often need to do this to verify information that I'm trying to enter onto the app. this causes frustration and delay in my performance and it needs fixed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. it's a bug

Good app to use for auditing / merchandising to make sure you don't miss anything. Most important though, is that they have an amazing support team. Their hours are reasonable & I've never had trouble with them not understanding the reason I made contact, as has often happened elsewhere. They're polite and happy to help, offering a lot more than just tech support. Overall though, aside from a few glitchy bugs that need working out, this is a pretty decent app

Constantly crashes. Hard to use in areas with low service. Also, there's constant updates that keep me from using the app because when I go to hit the update button, when I'm in the field and don't have time to update it, it doesn't recognize the update and then I'm stuck with a useless app.

so far so good. no crashes or glitches (as long as you keep the app updated). only problem is that you can't upload a pic from your phone to the report, so don't take before\after pics with your camera, take em thru the app. if you do make this mistake you can just email the pics to your scheduler.

making this app was a waste of the creators time and money. I can't complete missions routinely, because it will not allow me to answer questions after starting the missions at complete random. restarting the app, the device, the missions, logging out and back in, deleting the app, nothing fixes this, it hits at complete random, and is detrimental to my position at work. too buggy to be of any use to anyone for any purpose. not worth even debugging whole app should just be deleted.

App was working fine until the last update. Now the app will drop photos out of the mission and I have to go retake photos in order to get credit and get paid for my work. Please understand that this app not working correctly is costing field representatives time and money every time it does this if they can't retake the photos. Also, when it's uploading to the activity, it's glitchy and it will make you re-answer the questions you already answered because it cleared the answers. Please fix this

App crashes all the time. It sometimes doesn't upload my missions. If it's lost, I don't get credit for it by the company I represent. I tried all sorts of work around and now my data is lost for that mission. It's happened in the past before. Storing and gathering info is good when it works. Wish had a map or a way I could route my stores.

This app works very well. I have never experienced problems with glitches. Even when I've taken a large amount of pictures I have no problems uploading. I've never had problems with information that disappears if I close the app and reopen. Definitely a professional well made app that works everytime for me.

Many of the questions are redundant. For example, one of the choices is "there is no Ty product at this store". After choosing this option, the app should intuitively NOT ask as the next question "Did you find a round display". Also, it would be more convenient if the input ount was at default zero rather than default blank. Many stores do not carry certain items and it is time consuming to have to click and enter zero each time. Finall ,"When did the store receive their last ship should be dele

Best mystery shop app! I can answer questions in any order. I can easily add pictures. I haven't had any issues logging back on when I clear apps off my phone. The verification at the store works great. I have never had to revisit a shop because the app couldn't complete a log in/log out session. The only problem, but it is a small one, is finding the questions I missed when trying to submit. I just scroll past it a couple of times before I find it.

When the WiFi is low in store, I have a rough time trying to do my missions. I have to try and restart or shut down which doesn't always work. I have at times , while on GSC, my missions take on a life of it's own. It will start bouncing around all over the place with me doing nothing. It pulls up numbers, different stores , different missions and I can't do anything to stop it. This can last for 4-5 minutes , many times throughout my day as I try to work. Extremely frustrating!

UPDATED REVIEW: The app has gotten worse. if I could rate it lower than one star, I'd give it a -10. The issues w uploading pictures, the app rendering the phone's camera completely inoperable, even across other apps, and requiring restarting the device upwards of 15 times a day? I spend AT LEAST an hour a day of my work day trying to get the app to function. I can't even go to my next store until uploads complete, which is insanity.
