The content is great and the multi-media capabilities is welcomed. Also, the tagging marking and linking with notes etc is great. HOWEVER, don't try to use this for any kind of study where a search is involved. It is useless! Search results are unintelligible, are seemingly random, and does not actually produce results of specific search terms! Can we please go back to previous versions? The search is simply horrible. It is worse than useless as it wastes valuable time and only frustrates!.

Been a user for 8+ years. I used to love the search feature, but it's completely useless now. The results used to be concise, applicable, and well-sorted. Now I get hundreds and hundreds of pages of results, with no identifiable sorting or order. It's almost impossible to find a scripture I'm looking for. Also, the footnotes are harder to navigate now because it scrolls to the top of them when you tap display all. Not happy with the changes to this app. Almost not even worth using anymore.

I absolutely love the app and the content in it. However there are a few things that bug me from the last few updates. It's very obnoxious that when you switch between screens (tabs), that it opens a new "open app" on your phone. There used to be a function to turn this off, but since the last big update they removed it. It is also very frustrating when you hit the back arrow it takes me all the way back to the home screen or just closes the tab altogether sometimes.

The material in this app is edifying, riveting, marvelous, entertaining, and true. If you want to become closer to the Lord Jesus Christ, going through the material on this app is the way to do it. I know the things that are taught in it are true! Suggestion: It would be great if we were given the option to have the text following along with the audio. To have it scroll and highlight the words as the recorded reader reads the content.

This is the best app you ever download. It has everything. Inspiring music, scriptures, inspiring magazines, activities for children, inspiring videos, suggestions to make your scripture study better (like come follow me), interesting pioneer stories (like Saints), and study plans are only a small handful of the many things on here. If you download everything on the app it will take up more than twice your entire phone space. Don't do that because you'll want to due to how great the app is.😂

Unfortunately I too have to bring down my rating of this app. I've used it for years and loved it, but ever since the redesign, it's been awful. Crashes, bugs, lag, the list goes on. Some of the new features are good, but they don't make up for all the issues this update as brought on. Please fix these problems guys and bring back the stability of the old version. **8/5/18 update** App works well now after a few updates. One thing I would love to see though is Android Auto compatibility!

Such an awesome app. You have so much doctrine, teachings, books, magazines, videos, music, etc all centered around Christ all in one app. Admittedly all that can be overwhelming to someone who is not familiar with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints but for a member it's amazing. Now this app may be too much for your phone but it does depend on how much you download within that library. The app tends to glitch a little bit too but the pros far out way the cons.

Great but a built in dictionary for Android users would be appreciated. Something say that I don't have to go out to Google for a where I don't know. Organization of tabs and windows could be better mapped out, it gets cumbersome. The back button doesn't work right. If I go from the gospel topics page, for example, to one of the links in that page, then hit the back arrow in the app, it takes me to the app's home screen!

There is a glitch in the notes sections. It keeps adding empty lines and moving the screen down, even while I'm typing my notes. As I type, the screen flips to the bottom of these empty lines at the bottom. I try to bold something and it doesn't save it as bold. All of this has become a nuisance and interrupts what I'm learning. It has been this way from about Aug 2022 - today (Dec 30, 2022). I've been waiting for an update to the app for it to be fixed, but nothing so far. Please fix this!!

Great app for the scriptures and other church literature. A few years ago, there used to be a series of directional arrow taps I could make on my bluetooth keyboard that would allow my bluetooth keyboard space board or arrow keys to scroll the screen (instead of my finger to swipe on the screen). With an update in recent years, that is gone. I can get my keyboard scrolling ability randomly with arrow key taps, but I can't find any pattern that is repeatable. Please return that feature.

Having an issue with the D&C stories. Every chapter has the Ch.1's video at the top. Really don't like the footnotes opening up on the side, covering the content. I liked it better when I could have it open on the bottom and scroll along with the content. And please fix the highlight colors in the night theme. They are really unpleasant colors, almost too dark to see and too similar to each other. In an older version of the app the highlight colors were lovely and bright in night mode.

I used this 7 years ago or so, but I preferred it when it had the retro theme, tan and brown, I used it until I updated it, and then it wasn't the same, far too pop theme friendly and doesn't have the same spiritual feel, it turned from a useful scholastic esource into a media outreach news page, and I just did not that that. However as it is the only option for centralized resources, I am forced to utilize it. I much prefer paper copies, but do not own them all.

It is a great app with all the material I could ever dream of. The one thing I wish that would be fixed is adding someway to delete highlighted sections. Sometimes, I accidentally highlight a random word or something, and I can't take it off. It is also kind of annoying that you have to highlight twice to have it be a darker color. It's still a great app for Latter-Day Saints!

Great program, but in recent versions it works for a day or so, then crashes until reinstall, as others have noted. I have to basically install it when I need it, which leads me to use it less. Got in touch with support, but resolution was to wait for an Android update to fix the problem. Phone has had two android updates since this started and still doesn't work. Hoping they'll work this out some day.

Audio reading on this app no longer works. In past, I tapped on icon of earphones or tapped on "play audio" in settings or touched the "play"arrow icon on the player. None works! Hard for me to see. Being read too is better. I liked that each scripture showed how long it took for the reader to read chapter. No longer available. The bookmark function does not work right. The latest update really messed up the player. Trying to listen to the reading always takes a ridiculous amount of effort to get it to play and even then, I eventually give up because no matter what I do, it won't play. I try downloading the chapter in trying to listen to, still doesn't work. Very frustrating because I didn't have any problems before the update. The old player was much better, I didn't have to open it up to see how long the chapter time was.

A marvelous app for reading Bible and the scriptures with ease! I love the easy connected cross-references, and that I can make custom ones! I recommend this app–Bible reading and personal search of purpose. There is access to all kinds of content, but the quality of the content is so high and the talks about how to get closer to God are so good - I love listening to them while driving or on walks, etc. The menu is really simple to understand! Great app with easy access and very unique features.
