I love this app and service, for the most part. Almost always accurate on times, I've never had them once mess up my order(and I order about 2-3 times a month), and on the rare occasions something did go wrong, I got compensated for the inconvenience. My only complaint is the new style of tracking map you use. That black and blue layout is so ugly and harder to follow and read! I wish you'd just stuck with the old one.

The convenience and selection in gopuff are great, particularly now that they deliver alcohol. HOWEVER, almost half of my orders these days are delivered with incorrect or missing items. If there's no quality control on delivery, and I have to call and wait on a line to correct an order that frequently, the convenience becomes questionable. I've cancelled my > 1 yr subscription to the service until this changes. :(

Good service, but I hate the app. Their notifications aren't divided in any way, so if you want to get order update notifications (basically necessary if you want to know when your order arrives) then you have to allow them to send you promotional notifications too. They are not shy about it either, I've gotten four in the last two days. If they structured their notifications the way responsible developers do, this would get another star, but today it's just getting uninstalled again.

Made an order like usual. It said I could add more to the same order with a certain amount of time. I ended up adding one more item and it prompted me through the purchase but made it a separate transaction without letting me know before hand. When I found out and asked customer service for help they blew me off and told me I messed up even though I followed their prompt. I'll never use them again. Terrible customer service.

The ETA is never correct. I waited for an order for over an hour, which included frozen and cold items. The fact I couldn't cancel and was forced to just sit and wait is ridiculous. The fact that you have no support that I could get into contact with because "well, it's only been about an hour" is ridiculous. I haven't used this app for months, and now I remember why I stopped. If you don't have the drivers, say so, and don't waste customer time pretending to be convenient.

I've had this app put double orders, miss items, and overcharge at least seven separate times. The most recent thing that happened wouldnt let me place my order at all. I am very frustrated with this app, and I'm going to drive to Total Wine next time i need something instead. I've found that Total Wine has better prices and a wider variety of drinks in stock 90% of the time.

It is next to impossible to contact customer service for any reason. I was trying to cancel my FAM membership, and upon finally finding a way to contact 'customer support' I submitted my cancelation request. I got a response telling me that my FAM membership had been canceled. A few hours later, I got a notification from my bank that I had been charged $7.99 for the FAM membership fee. I tried to respond to the email, it was sent from a no-reply address. I've tried 3 more times, still nothing.

This WAS a great app. I changed my mind when I used my credit from referring others and my code and my order was stuck on "waiting" for hours. When I was refunded it was in credits that I had to spend an additional $30 something dollars to use MY refunded credit. I stopped referring others as well as using the app all together. Online customer service is very poor.

While I appreciate the concept , the prices are astronomically high. If your order is under 15 dollars, it's considered a small order and you have to add items or pay the small order fee. While I understand, the fees are way to high. For instance I had two bags of chips in my cart and when I went to checkout, it's a 3.45 dollar small order fee on top of the delivery fee which is also 3.45. Not to mention tip and taxes. My total came out to 25 dollars for TWO BAGS of regular sized chips. Insane.

I would not use this app unless it was the ABSOLUTE last resort! It not only takes HOURS for delivery but they are not transparent with the delivery time nor order date! To cancel your order, it's like pulling teeth! Not a simple cancel button... you actually have to go through the motion to connect customer service and get through the auto questions to get to an actual person to physically cancel your order! If you can wait HOURS or til the NEXT day... go for it! But like I said... if need be

EDIT: still a great app, but since they did away with the points, i went from ordering 2 - 3 times a week to... once since they got rid of it. Bad move imo. I guess I just dont have a reason to open the app everyday anymore or use my deals - - - - The best app for delivery. They always show up within the hour, they never mess up the orders, and if they're out of something they call you immediately

This was the worst experience I had with a delivery service. I ordered, thinking they would leave the order at my hotel front desk to pick up later. Instead, there was a requirement to scan my ID and texting photos wasn't enough. By the time I tried to reorder, it was sold out and closed everywhere. The ID requirement should be IN THE APP. Now, I literally wasted both time and money.

They are theives. Do not use this app. I was a preimum member and made a bunch of orders. Many times I was missing items I was charged for and was sent rotten produce. They have massive waits on their terrible help platform to get refunds when they mess up. Yesterday was my final order. I didn't notice until I needed it that I was missing an item. They refused to refund me and said it was my fault since it was not within 2 hours. Terrible customer service. This is literal theft. Be warned.

Customer support will not work with you (like Amazon would). I had this buy one get one free bottles and thought clicking adds both but got only one. They wouldn't refund the money or allow me to put another order to fix it. I wonder how many folks get caught on this - it's clearly never the intent to get only one of these and should be a simple UI fix.

Edited Review. I used to order at least 5 days a week & I loved it. I got points on my purchases, earned free/discounted stuff, and it was delivered so FAST! In 30 minutes during the peak time! Now, there is no more point system, and it takes 45 minutes to an hour for deliveries in the middle of the day unless you want to pay for expedited delivery. I'm already a FAM member, but I have to pay more to not wait an hour for soda 😒.

I love this app! The FAM Membership is absolutely worth it if you use the app more than twice a month. I only wish it was available in more cities. I ALSO have a serious bone to pick about discontinuing the hot "fresh made" items. THAT PIZZA WAS BOMB. the boneless wings.... BOMB. but, I digress. It doesn't change my review, it just makes me sad I crave that pizza and can't get it anymore.

I love the reward point system. I racked up 40000+ points and use them for discount, & free items... ect. I like the challenges they have to get more points since I order often I get more points on top of points which means more discounts on top of them having deals ! I love this app Update: there isn't a reward point system anymore, but the deals are weekly and more affordable items go on sale daily !. Still love it, but I do miss the points and challenges they had.

They make canceling and dealing with support FOR anything, including a refund, an absolute nightmare! They claim no hidden fees for subscribers, but there is. They sneak price hikes in and will says 20min delivery is included with $7.99, but it's not. You'll get 50% off the price of that perk 🤔. This strategy is baked throughout. You'll have a cart of $40, but a total of $56, oh and not including tipping. Use it when you NEED it, it's not too bad for one offs, BUT SUBSCRIBERS BEWARE.

I really want to enjoy this service but tks so awful. Firstly they never seem to update their inventory, things are on the app but when I order them I never receive the item. I've had, and no joke, ordered 7 items and only 2 showed up and they had the nerve to charge me a small order fee. They never called or texted or message me when things like this happen, I'd rather cancel the order. I have a fam membership by the way. I wish I could say more but I reached the limit. Don't recommend.

I'm not a fan after this most recent experience. I miss Drizly! I ordered a 2-pack of Luxardo Cherries. It was out of stock. The app contacts me with 4 replacement options. One is the giant jar that costs $134, and the other 3 options were not even cherries! So I contact customer support. That person was the most unhelpful, unsupportive person I've EVER dealt with. I asked why I couldn't get the single, smaller jar as a replacement. The app canceled the item while I waited. My cocktail is ruined
