Gopaylater service is far away from satisfied, I've got my gopaylater active. Surely I could and would use it for Go-Jek services such as Gocar Go-Jek etc. but without any reason why it's blocked and I can't use it for payment method. And customer care more like don't care about my issue

1 star. Dont use this app, unless you want to contact their bad Customer Service. I used to transfer to bank using BRIVA, with 3.7 million Rupiah and the BRIVA payment succeeded. But the transaction failed in Gopay side (based on BRI CS and estatement). It is already 6 days and gopay CS said the balance will be refunded to my BRI account. And they closed the ticket in app, but the money has not yet refunded. Too bad service for this kind of Gojek brand. I feel like I was scammed.

Just got download the application, and suddenly my gopaylater got BLOCKED. I paid my bills even before dues. Worst help centre EVER .... the application getting Worst. Cant speak with the cust service, because its ROBOT. No problem solving.

It connects to other tokopedia accounts by android or chrome. And from there they can build shared food/transport/delivery usage including play games and tv paid by our personal account, even business account using facebook page or instagram. So very unsafe.

When i tried using e-money fiture to check or update mandiri e-money saldo, the app always force close. I tried logout and login again, turn on all permission, and even uninstall and install it again and still have the error (app crashed)

I never late to pay the bill, but today I cannot use my gopay later anymore. The option to choose gopay later as payment just disapeared from my tokopedia account even though there's still limit available on my account.

They're basically forcing you to upgrade to gopay plus. I just wanted to transfer money back to the bank acc but it wouldnt let me. Everytime i click the transfer button, a pop up "see benefits of upgrading to gopay plus" which im not interested in, and closed the window but again i cannot proceed to transfer the money. Everytime i click transfer, the upgrade pop out will come out. They told me the only way to "get money out" without upgrade is using gojek, buy items from tokped. Ridiculous!

Can't add money if you don't have Indonesian bank, I have visa and master card and also Saudi debit card but can't add, this app is like any other bank, nothing special

Just be careful to use, sometime it could be difficult to claim our money when problems occurs that not our mistake (mine and other customer experienced that didn't got our money back). They also do not have online customer service that can discuss with us directly after our problem..

My gopaylater got blocked 2 times. After I put the pin and suddenly got blocked. I report that on application, seems like CS not receive any my email. I manualy sent through my gmail and chat dm gopay instagram. And the CS tell me through instagram, that my report can not have validation or my score credit is bad. How could you tell me that, WHEN I ALWAYS PAY BEFORE THE DUE DATE COME?! I only miss 1, that is because I've been in overseas and the app can not be used. So I can not pay the bill

My balance was deducted automatically even though there were no transactions. I've tried contacting customer support but the report is always closed. Trash application, trash customer support

overall okay, sucks that trx to some ewallet has dowb time, and you need to improve on your QR Scan algorithm, had to kill app several time/close-show my camera, sometimes if all fail, i would take a picture & upload to the app. learn from DANA, do a test scan with multi device (with low to super high camera/spec) and with low battery (5%).always assume the worst, please.

Awesome app with amazing features, but the promo/discount notifications ruin it. But if I turned it off, I can't get notifications about money tranfers or such. Hopefully there will be an option to.

Can you make an option in the settings to turn off the notification? because it's so annoying sometimes and got my phones lagged, yet no option to turn off the notification. Mind you, this notification they're showing are useless promo, ads, and their words are cringe. If I need money I work harder, not activating your paylater. Unless it's about my transaction, PLEASE: TURN IT OFF. DO NOT DISTURB ME.

The service isn't too bad, however it is also slightly misleading. The top-up options are very limited, you cannot top-up directly using an unlisted (e.g European or American) credit or debit cards, even if it does recognise those for a limited selection of payments. Nor are there options using Googlepay or PayPal. Without gopay plus you cannot transfer money to other gopay accounts. Although the website says otherwise, upgrading with a passport no longer seems to be an option.

The UI is ugly. Really hurts my eyes. Should've used flat style for UI instead. The part where it shows my Gopay balance, is hurting my eyes. Should've make it simpler with a simple background and simple buttons, instead of colored background with patterns and some transparent buttons. The bottom part of the UI which houses the QRIS is also ugly. Doesn't match the rest of the UI which used flat style. Overall the UI is inconsistent and put strain to the eye, make it simpler and easy to look at
