GoPass is more solid than ever with this build. I haven't experienced a random app crash in quite a while. Purchasing tickets with it is a breeze, especially after storing your pay info. Bus route ETAs for their respective stops on weekdays are pretty accurate. If I had one complaint, it would be that weekend data for various routes are often either inaccurate, or unavailable altogether.

I 💜 the concept of this app. Being able to buy bus fare and not have to stand up with the bus moving to pay my fare is totally awesome and makes things easier. The thing I will like to request is that you make the tickets available on the🤳🏾 and not through data. Because when your data is not available, the ticket doesn't come up, forcing you to pay twice for your🎫. Also, the timing for the bus location is never accurate. Buses are never there at that time, making you wait or miss the 🚌.

App is horrible. Tried as a new signup, can't continue for past 4 hours due to needing a verification code via sms. Tried multiple times, reinstalled the app, and never get the text. App is dead in the water until that point. I then sign up on line, still no way to login on the app. Only text. Stupid design that does not even work.

This app SUCKS!!!!!! 90% of the time the app Won't even allow/give u the "Go Link" option. (Which is what I need/want) and it's a 50/50 chance that your ride will even come/on time when u "preschedule" a ride. So what's the point of RESCHEDULING and they don't come??😒🤔😖😫😤. But for the other transit options, you can use your phone's maps & get the same or BETTER info.

Be careful with this app. If for any reason you try to activate a pass over wifi, the system will expire the pass and you will not be able to use it. So if there is a cellular outage in your area, you are out of luck. Even worse, if you do everything right, there is no guarantee that the pass will activate. Even on a cellular network, it's a crapshoot. If you restart your phone then the pass may show as available to use. If it won't activate, restarting your phone may cause the pass to activate

You can't book rides more than a half hour before you need it. You can't set a pickup time. You can't change your booking. You can't use an active ticket for rides on the app, you have to show the driver. You can't book connecting rides. All of these problems are on the schedule on demand service for the micro transit. These all need fixed to improve the rating.

This app is has been wonderful to use. It not only allows you to get tickets local or regionally, it provides bus/train maps and allows you to select and save your favorite stops. The app shows time schedules also which gives you the opportunity to flexible and not confined to sitting or standing at the stop praying you got there in time. Lastly it links you to Lyft/Uber if your bus or train route doesn't get you close enough to your destination. I've really enjoyed using this app.

The app is very user friendly, the option to save a profile would be beneficial. Example: I had purchased a one month pass, so just spent $100 bucks. A few days later my phone was stolen. So I reinstalled the app, put in my phone number to "login", but my purchase of the month pass did not save. So I had to drop another $100. Good for DART, not for the customer. A profile using login credentials(email and a password)to create saved profiles would save riders in the situation a lot of grief.

Trying to buy tickets for the train today and the app is useless. Can't add payment form without going through the account setup (which is fine) except that when you put in your name and zip code there's no way way to proceed.... The only option it gives is "skip for now". So what's the point here!?!! One star is too good of a rating when you are prevented from using it at all.

They have correct the problem with pulling up my ticket. The app is great most of the time When the TRE or Dart are running late I use the app to determine an alternate route. I have earmarked the station most important to me and I can see what time the next train will be arriving to help me decide where I want to connect. The only challenges are when the schedules are not updated timely and sometimes the app will not show the closes train station.

Great app, my experience has been the following: Gave great advice to use this app to 2 other people. each person has come back and said it is well worth it. The app is free. paying with G-pay has had no issues. App keeps constant track of train arrivals and departures in real time. A map function to locate the surrounding; bus stops, train stations, or dart locations that are near by. This also connects to Google's Map service Google Maps. all in all, a good free (except the ticket fee) exp!

The app is better now than when I first started using it. Still plenty to improve on though. Filtering between bus/train schedules is a planned feature that is pretty important. Also needs a dramatically improved trip planner. Currently it seems to break down if you require more than a couple of transfers on a long distance (15+ miles) trip.

My go to for the past few years. Aside the lag times depending on the location, it works well. My only complaint is that the trip planner feature doesn't load at all have to resort to using Google maps to help plan my trips. Aside from the change in transit schedule due to COVID, the app is useful if you have pre bought your ticket and will have your smartphone on you.

Not bad, but they just took away a nice, succint diagram of the train routes, and replaced it with a map with too much stuff on it to be useful. The stops are hard to see, and why do I need to see the highways the buses don't even take? Plus, I can only zoom in so far before it prevents more zooming. If the train and bus routes need to be on one map, fine, but put the diagram somewhere else, don't take it away. There's plenty of people that use the trains but not the bus.

They got rid of the interactive aspect of the trip planner which was a great tool. But now, it's just so vague and watered down. If you take an underground route you'll lose signal and the map freaks out. My Dallas Red Line turned into Blue and I had no way of knowing because half the signs are obstructed. Getting back was a complete nightmare because the app is so limited and the map is so poorly designed. It shouldn't freak out when users lose signal for a few seconds. So sad.

This app is so unpredictable, the functions of the app rarely works properly such as tracking a specific bus. If the bus is running late it will show you the next bus schedule instead of showing you where your bus is. Most of the time the feature that is supposed to show you the location of all the buses within your specific area rarely works. I can appreciate it's convenience however these bugs need to be fixed asap.

the app is good only if you have network connection. otherwise you won't be able to open it. This is frustrating because when you are under the tunnel and the DART personnel wants to see your ticket, it doesn't open!! It leads to awkward moments. Why don't you keep the View Ticket section available for offline showing and sync it occasionally instead of tying it to the whole app?

The e-ticketing functionality is great, but the trip planner doesn't seem to offer actual real-time trip planning. Instead, it seems to show trains and buses where they would be were they running on schedule, not where they actually are, which makes waiting for a late ride even more confusing and frustrating. On top of that, the interface is not as pleasing or easy to use as much more capable trip planning apps such as Transit, CityMapper, and Google Maps. Use one of them (esp. Transit) instead.

This new app has way too many bugs, it's supposed to track buses along the route in what seems real time but the buses are either too early or too late, according to the maps the bus will be a couple of stops along the way but when it gets to your stop it never shows, the app refreshes itself and then you're stuck waiting for the next one. I have to guess when they're coming and in this extreme heat I can't afford to do that. The bus tracker is SO unreliable!

I would rate it higher since it does technically serve it's purpose, but it's so glitchy it's almost like a college student wrote the program: 1.) The walking instructions sometimes say to walk for an hour and a half even when the busses are running 2.) The walking instructions think we are flying cause it literally just draws a straight line to where you're going (through buildings and lakes) 3.) You can't set the departure time to a previous time or date.
