It can go weeks or months without a survey, but you at least get something when you get one. Edit: Really wish the thing would update on apps without me having to add another form of payment. I have more than 99 cents on it, but it's saying I have like 1 cent when I try to use it. I shouldn't have to have an entirely separate payment methods just to use the one in intending to use.

It worked well for a year, but as with Amazon Shopper Panel, the surveys dried up after a few months, and now the receipt requests have declined dramatically as well. It's nice to have the pocket money for apps, ebooks, etc., and I don't feel entitled to it, but at some point my privacy is worth more than the pennies I'm receiving and I end up disabling location services for all of the creators' apps and uninstalling the rewards app too. That's what I'm about to do right after posting this.

They used to send way more surveys about internet searches, places I've been, etc. Now it's hardly ever, and on top of that they lowered the payment from 3 cents to 1 cent if you don't have the receipt for wherever you went. Google makes more than ever and you're really lowering the pay... So annoying for me I've had this app for 3 years and it's not as useful as it used to be

it's an easy way to earn a little bit of money to use on the Google play store on apps or anything like that. it cannot be exchanged for money or gift cards or anything like that, the surveys are usually only 2 to 8 questions long and only take an average time of 20 to 60 seconds to complete. no extra bloat no ads no frills just quick short surveys in an app that's small and non invasive.

Surveys are quick and easy. Rewards can only be used as Google Play credit, and I hardly ever buy apps and prefer to buy my books and other media elsewhere, so my rewards often end up expiring before I have anything to use them for. If you decline to turn on your location to get location-based surveys, expect to be asked about it again a few weeks later... and again... and again.

The credits expire after one year. I don't share receipt information. I'm able to "earn" about $22 before watching my earnings start to vanish. There's pressure to spend those credits. At that point, the word "earned" no longer seems appropriate. Otherwise, the app itself is great. Surveys are short. Filling them out is easy. The reward history makes it easy to see when your earnings will vanish.

How irritating is this program? Let me count the ways. #1 & worse, absolutely NO customer support. Contact them at email provided & you get an automated response. "Check FAQ's, you might find your answer there". Obviously I didn't find the answer or I wouldn't be contacting. #2, Receipt task just stopped. No reason, it just quit. #3, I have $3, $4 or $5 in credit & try to use it online, pop-up shows I have $1. No way to sync amount of credit available & amount of credit they show when needed.

Edited 3/24: The app still works but the number of surveys has significantly decreased. Google mentions that giving untrue replies will result in a decrease of surveys, but that's definitely not the case here. I always make sure to give thorough & true replies, no matter what. Such a shame because I always enjoy using the money earned in the Play Store. Hope things pick up as I really like this app. Original review: The more I go, the more surveys I receive. I really don't have any complaints.

This app was fine for a while. Now recently, I have not been able to get a survey. The last one I got was on September 3rd. I've signed out and signed back in, uninstalled then reinstalled the app, cleared cache, and nothing. So I am not sure why I am not getting anymore surveys as I've been to a lot of places since then. Update on 4/17: Still have not received a survey since Sept 3rd. Lowering rating down until it is fixed.

I love this and love using this for apps. BUT despite it saying that the soonest it will expire is the year 2025, and I have not used any, the balance decides to just dissappear. I went from having almost 2$ [not a lot I know but still mine] to now less than .50$. I know the rewards expire, which is why I watched the date closely. As it didn't expire until 2025 I wasn't worried about it until towards the end of the year. And there is no help, and no way to contact them or have this rectified.

I do really enjoy this app and the credit it gives us! I do wish, however, that there was an option to fill out times you are more likely to do the surveys. For example, I consistently get surveys on Sunday, but I refrain from doing them in Sunday due to religious reasons. I would gladly do them any other day, and having a way to communicate that would be great. Again, great app!

It's nice to get free Google Play credit! It's not a fun experience though because all it does is ask me what day I went somewhere and if I paid for something while there. It's hard to answer that question because I'm a delivery driver and I'm always going places multiple days, multiple times, sometimes buying stuff, sometimes not. I don't commit dates and actions to memory in the way the app is expecting me to.

The app is great. Except that the rewards are somehow linked to my gaming email address and they can't be used for ANY purchases on any game I have because my phone is linked to my main Google account. It can't be changed. I can't start over with my main account. It's just another example of how far Google has fallen in keeping up with technology.

I signed up a couple of years ago and have received $294 in Google Play credit just for answering a question every so often, which usually take less than 30 seconds to finish. Not as many surveys since the pandemic, but still get some. I can't believe anyone complains about any part of app or rewards. It's free money, even if it's slow to accumulate.

Used to love this app. I still get a lot or receipt surveys but now they are only worth a couple cents. When I skip the task, It only gives you .1 while Completing it gives you ten to twelve cents. That's cool. But before the update that's what you got for skipping the task. When Completing the task you used to get close to one dollar or more. Now it takes forever to add up. It's not worth it anymore. Too much information being shared for nothing in return.

Easy money, albeit over a long period of time. HOWEVER... I am now slightly more concerned than I was before about what is being collected, from where and when (e.g. from the microphone). This stems from a survey question asking if I've recently shopped online for an item that not only have I NOT searched, but that has only come up once - in a conversation - in the last 48 hours - and not mentioned by me. I'm not even sure I had my phone unlocked when the item was mentioned. 🤔

It says the credits expire after a year, Microsoft rewards says the same thing, but this app has a countdown. I think I have just over $2, months go by and nothing except once questionnaire about a place I drove past. at least when there is a survey it's duplicated on all my android devices, well all 2 of them. Bing rewards had given me hundreds in Amazon gift certificates, I even got $100 that I spent at Target for a Chromecast Ultra. Why so stingy Google?

It's cool to get free credits (if you're OK sharing your info), but it goes weeks without any surveys, always sends them about the same places, and is poor at guessing where I've been, even with location permissions turned on and precise location allowed all the time. For example, it often thinks I've been to Taco Bell because there's one down the road from my church, even if I haven't driven by (it's not like it's next door, it's at least a few hundred yards away and I don't usually pass it).

Edit: I haven't received a survey in 4 months. I'm not on the go as much as I used to be, but I have taken 2 rather lengthy trips in the 4 months. Seems like a survey wou have popped. My Tasks & Survey Eligibility both say I need to complete my profile, which was done eons ago. The only thing that looks like it needs updating is my birthday. But every time I try to reset it, nothing changes. What's up with that? Orig: Love this app! I've earned and spent over $400 on books & apps. Thank you!

This app was a wonderful way to earn Google Play credits without having to buy the gift cards. For the past 2 months, I've only encountered a few issues. One of them being the notifications for surveys. I don't get the notification when there is a survey, but I do get one when the survey is about to expire, but only sometimes I would get these "expiration" notifications. Also, the amount of surveys I get is ridiculous. I barely get any, even when I online shop or actually go to a store.
