Not able to make payment thorough the app. Without going to the bank confirmation page it says payment done and the payment is pending for confirmation. But the glitch is that the payment never gets confirmed. Same thing if done from website then there payment is through immediately as it goes to bank confirmation and OTP page. Some bug in app. Kindly update.

Takes for ever! Ads been in review for about 2 weeks and there's no way to ask anyone what's going on and it seems just like a waste of time Update: 2 weeks later, still doesn't work Update: 3 1/2 weeks, still in review and cant talk to a person. Also made another ad and that's also stuck in limbo

what happened to the ads navigation on android? after the last update it's impossible to run campaigns smoothly. going back from editing a campaign to the list of all campaigns takes multiple clicks in different places on the screen. it was as easy as pushing the back button in the android app, and now managing multiple campaigns in the app seems inconvenient and time consuming.

Google just steals money! Daily limit set to 25 dollars a day. Yesterday spent 44 dollars for 2 conversions today I spend 88 for 2 conversions.

Banned after using its ai-powered ad tools, I appealed the algo-made decision, and six months later got an email from support, telling me they have no idea why I was banned. I gave up and started a now viral TikTok. I see why they're taking your search business, and advertising revenue. I've been a Google fan since the beginning. I didn't expect to be treated this way. Be careful when using its ai-powered ad tools. Thankfully legacy search is less relevant now, you lost a lot of money Google.

Questioning Google's Business Practices: I recently logged in to review the performance of my ad, only to find an unsettling discovery. Google charged me double my set budget, which is concerning on its own. However, what truly raises eyebrows is the fact that despite targeting New Zealand exclusively with the ad settings and a 'co.nz' domain, all ad clicks on a particular day originated from Nigeria. When I install the app, it remembers an user name I no longer use and it doesn't allow me switch to my current user. Because of this I cannot use the app. I uninstalled / reinstalled it a few times and it didn't work. I got no response after I reported my problem either.

Verification process sucks big time and is restricting honest business from trading. I signed up in 2015 and was using this service happily until they introduced their verification thing. I have two accounts with both being google verified why do i need to submit more docs? Yet, your system is failing to tead the actuals docs required. Please bring back the old Google afs.

They take your money then it magical vannishes, only way to get it back is to talk to the bank. If you put $20 in it comes up that you owe $20 not that you've put it in. Then they say the ad can't be played because of billing issues... So far I've wasted $620 and never had a single ad play hopefully the bank can get my mo ey back from this fraudulent app

Very unclear interface, complicated to use... Rules of application are also unreliable: for example I put the languages for my ads to be english and serbian, but I am constantly getting a report showing that my adds were shown to people who searched in Hindi (India). Why are you showing my adds to those who do google search in other languages? And then I added these words as negative keywords... And they are still showing my adds to those searches never the less..

The worst thing I have ever done!! Each week the reports say that I received 3 phone calls from my ads but I Never did! I received zero work from the ads over the past two months and was charged several hundred dollars a month! It took me two weeks to find out how to cancel even though it says "you can cancel anytime" there were several different instructions on how to cancel but non were correct. My girlfriend finally found it and she wasn't even sure how she found it but it is well hidden!

I just created an ad campaign and minutes later received an email from Google telling me there are two policy issues with the ad. So, I click the "View and fix policy issues" button in the email, which takes me to the policy manager page on the Google Ad site, which tells me "You don't have any policy issues." Hmm. No idea what to make of this.

This app is good if you want a quick glance at the overview chart and to check demographics, but it does not pull up the ads. I have at least 8 or 9 different ads over the past several weeks and yet it reads that there are none for display (filter settings are set to all). That combined with the fact that Google Disapproves my ads forviolation ticket sales and shocking content policies, yet I don't sell tickets with the ads (video-discovery ad), and there isn't any shocking content.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! They took money out of my account without ever having an ad up. $150 is a lot to go missing! My account history on this app also confirms I have never made an ad. To stop these payments I wanted to delete my account but their account canceling leads to a 404 error site not found. You can't take your card off the app because it needs to have payment method at all times or access to your bank account! Never got through to the help line. I'm trying out Facebook ads.

Not intuitive at all. Redirects to desktop website which can't effectively be viewed on mobile (even in desktop mode). Expected my ad to be running but it was not approved. No way to effectively find out why and can't fix it until I'm home after work. Disappointing. No reason for this not to be in the app. p.s. it's frustratimg being held up and then redirected to a help page instead of a page that shows you what AD your even referring to, what the problem is and how to fix it. Test 1st!

Unfortunately the $500 add credit offer is very misleading and deceptive. The functionality of the app and the ads are just fine, but I was very disappointed when I thought I was using ad credit, but then realized that I was going to be charged $78 for basically nothing. I never would have let my bill run up that high if I had known about this scammy ad credit offer. Not to mention all that came of it was I got some "impressions". Not even a single click to my website or a phone call.

App is not dependable and does not refresh your balance properly. I literally pulled down to refresh and it said $30 but if I open the site on my desktop it said $84 with double the clicks and impressions. It's not just a fluke. I checked it every morning for the past week and it is always way lower than the actual amount displayed on the desktop website. Don't use this app unless you just want the ability to start and pause your ad campaign without know how much you are actually spending.
