Finding the right dosage for the right location can sometimes be confusing e.g. depending on how you navigate to the drug on the app, you can see different options for dosage. Other than that this is basically free money and much appreciated!

Messaging doesn't work within the app, prescriptions are not showing up within the app, I have no idea what benefit the app is supposed to bring. I have to do everything through mobile web browser or on a laptop or desktop. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra, either the app is malfunctioning or it has no usefulness built into it. I would suggest just use the web browser, the app doesn't really have a purpose.

I canceled the gold membership weeks ago and about an hour ago they tried to debit my acct for the membership fee. I called customer service and they confirmed that they tried to debit my account but gave no explanation why. They gave me an email address to request my payment information be removed and to delete my whole account. My thing is why do I have to do all this when they shouldn't have been trying to debit my account at all? This is exactly why I keep my cards locked. Smh..

Highly recommended!Hands down, the best discount app out there for prescriptions! The Gold membership is only $10 a month & VERY MUCH WORTH every penny if you pay cash for meds. Just 1 of my meds went from $86.32 to $15.08 with the Gold membership but if you don't want to pay $10 you get 1 month free trial, after that use the card for free with little bit less of a discount. The same medication: $86.32 still went down to $24.97 without paying for the membership! Won Win!

It really works and saves a ton of money. Updated 6/24 I just used their online nurses to get a prescription for what would usually cost a doctor's visit, gas money, time, not to mention if you're not feeling well you don't have the energy to do all that! After answering questions, submitting a photo and id (it was expired) they just need to verify it is you, I paid 39.00 total for my quick visit which is all that was needed. I knew what was wrong & what I needed 😇. This is a legit game changer

UPDDATE. GOLD is back up and running well! Pay $10 for my GdRx GOLD Card & it doesn't work! My pharmacy has repeatedly had this problem with GOLD Rx Cards. GOLD wasn't working at all! The pharmacy recommended customers call your customer service. One man standing in line did. After 45-mins on the phone, you finally fixed it!! So, every time I use my $10 card, I have to call you? Who has the time? I'll not give any more good rec's until it's fixed. I will tell people not to waste their $10!!

Great way to save money on your medication. They have yet to beat my $4 copay. However when I was uninsured this app was magical. The discounts were pretty incredible. If you check in every day and say that you've taken your meds you can earn about $40 a year worth of gift cards. I struggle with the medicine cabinet feature. Not a bad app.

This app offers the best deals on medications without insurance I've seen yet; it even saves more money than the GoodRx discount cards. They likely can't collect much valuable data from card handouts, so I get it. It's worth it when you need to save money. Some medications cost hundreds more without the app. Nice features like price check by store+location too. I also highly recommend the GoodRx Gold membership. It costs ~ $10/month, but it can save even more $, especially with >1 medication.

It's easy to use, has the best savings, and keeps getting better! You can add your meds to your cabinet and even get rewarded for checking in daily. The reminders really help me remember to take my meds on time. I do not like that new medications do not appear in my daily rewards. Also, if you're on Adhd meds, there is no way to claim a refill reward because it's a new script every time unless you use one of the GoodRX Doctors/Physicians at least that's my theory. Give it a whirl and save!

I am so surprised how easy this was. I am convinced our insurance companies are run by big pharma. When my insurance stopped paying for one of meds I've used for years I was so stressed. I am 75 and don't need this. How awesome to find Good RX and I can afford to buy the same med!! I recommend everyone check it out. Sometimes it's cheaper than your insurance co-pay. Not always but it's worth checking.

It takes forever to deliver any medications. I've been waiting for medication for a week, and they still haven't come by. This app sucks. The customer service sucks. Trying to get anyone on the phone sucks. They don't even give you the option to track your order. This app sucks. Edit: I've now been waiting for 2 weeks as of posting this. I was able to find history of my orders and their tracking, and I found out that it took 4 DAYS to deliver more medication than I ordered recently.

Easy to use and understand, quick response, gives alternate drug choices(generic) you can choose dosage, milligrams, quantity and many location choices of where to purchase(i.e. Walgreens, Publix, and many more.) There are times (although) rarely the App has issues but are usually fixed quickly. I think it's a great way to easily same $$$$ on prescriptions.

It does save me money, especially when my insurance doesn't cover the drug, and it's even set up to remind me to take my medication. Plus, customer service is always friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave it three stars is because the rewards program doesn't count every single day that I check in to say I took my medicine. It says to give the system 24-48 hours to update the balance, but that never happens. I have been cheated out of a lot of points.

It's a pretty decent app, I enrolled in the gold membership free trial. I went into the app and put my scripts in, and I was projected to save $47 by using the prices that the app was showing. Well, it wasn't the case when I got to the pharmacy. Some of my scripts would have been more expensive if I had used the coupon, and another one, the coupon price was completely wrong. I'll give it another try for my husbands scripts, but if it doesn't give us any savings, I'll be canceling and deleting.

Great amount of options (e.g., can save coupons for later, have the coupon texted/emailed to you, etc.), it always returns a large amount of locations, and has an extremely simple yet somewhat elegant interface. Only real issue I have is with the inability to change the theme. Don't get me wrong, I love staring at a white screen whose top is filled with neon yellow as much as the next guy, but I think being able to change that might be worth looking in to. Might just be me, though. YMMV

Don't sign up for the free trial Made this mistake, canceled the trial because I just wanted to try the "gold". Unless you want them to continue to try to receive payment, even after canceling, don't do it. I have canceled now 3 different ways and it's been over 3 weeks and they've tried to receive payment at least 4 or 5 times. I just had to completely block the merchant from my bank card. Plus the free app is perfect, no need for the "gold". Especially at that price.

While it does save you money, and it is super easy to use. I've had nothing but issues with using the "reward" portion. The app either doesn't allow daily check-in, doesn't accumulate points, or will not let you spend points. Contacted via email and got no response! Way too glitchy, so I've been using singlecare and getting better results.

The Rewards on the app is a waste of time. App randomly deleted 49,900 points. They were there yesterday, today they're gone. Made no changes to app in that time. Didn't update app or delete data. I saved screenshots to document my points since it happened once before. Contacted support but not expecting anything. EDIT: Received support response below, Thank you. But inactivity is not the cause since I've been doing daily check-ins on the app for more than a year.

Went to website first. Repeatedly tried to create an account. It said it sent a code to my email, but a small error message would pop up telling me to try again. Finally downloaded the app. It would not open. Each time I tried to open it, a message would say there was a server error. Will uninstall this useless app. As their website doesn't work either, I must now look for another prescription discount company. This was an enormous waste of my time.

I emailed them and got a list of irrelevant FAQs. When I open my prescription from the home screen, instead of a list of prices and pharmacies, I get a blurred screen that looks as if it were loading, but it never does, rendering the app useless. I am giving them two stars because I appreciate the service, and I can still access the info from my laptop, but the app has become worthless. I have contacted them about the issue, but have not received a reply.
