This app kept on worsening! Everytime I need to subscribe to its service, it always asks me to update. The worst part, it still the same when you update it. Nothing's change!

I like the new feature where you can now transfer gbs. Problem is my Sim expired without notice😐. I tried reporting it but all i got is a bot. Fix it. Will buy smart rocket instead. "Unli data" should be change to 1 yr expiration

Please include a permanent option for unli data, not just a promo that would come and go. Also, i hope you add an unli feature with no data cap or something greater than 5 mbps. 5 mbps is too slow.

Worst service experience ever. When everytime I tried to open the app, it attempts to do log in. But when I log in, then it needs an OTP verification code when it took a day for me waiting for the code but until now I haven't received any verification code which cause a lot of inconvience. Your service is too slow, worst and purchasing the data promo is too much but there's too much lag, and loading on the system. I hope you could fix your system and service better or sooner.

I cannot believe they put ads. It's wasting too much time waiting for ads to end and then login. What a terrible User experience is this. I'm might switch to DITO after this update they become much affordable and have alot to offer.

Dont buy gomo sim card. I tried registering my sim card. i entered all my details and my stuff. then once i was about to click submit it didnt work. it just said "error, trouble sending your files to the servers". I kept trying to submit but nothing worked. and nothing was wrong with my wifi. if you are considering to buy a gomo sim card. please just dont. just buy a different one because the app is very buggy and wont let you register easily.

No longer that good. I have been using GOMO since 2019. In fact, I did purchase GOMO sims, not less than 10sims. During it's earlier phase, it provided better services. Then suddenly getting worst. It's 5G ready as advertised 6 yrs ago. However, even up to now no 5G yet in the Philippines yet. It just keeps on advertising 5G ready sim but wasn't materialized.

Worst customer service! I used this fraking app to buy their promo load, it was already deducted on my Gcash account but I didn't receive the load. It's been 4 days already but I still don't have my load. It's also too difficult to reach your live agent from your customer service, it takes days for them to reply until now I still don't have the resolution. Such a waste of money and time! I'll switch to Dito if you won't refund my purchase that will be the last time I'll be using your simcard!

Data is really slow... At first, it was normal, but now the service is really slow, laggy and trash. Random disconnections, varying speeds, all of the things that I hate most is compressed on this "service" What happened??? I am missing something? I'm paying for this and this is absolutely not worth it at this point! Sorry for this but I am really frustrated on this as I am using this at my work as backup and when I need it, its not working. Is the internet in the Philippines really bad?

AVOID using this SIM/network at all costs! SIM replacement for stolen phones is a long, tedious and convoluted process! The messenger bot and messenger chat experience is so horrendous, so just spare yourself from the terrible frustration and heartache. This is what happens when you don't have a physical store. No amount of having an affidavit of loss, and Valid IDs will make it any faster. It basically just wants you to buy a new number! NEVER AGAIN to Gomo! NOT WORTH IT!

Low rating for now till my problem is resolved. Really liked the data offers thats why i decided to port my globe to gomo using easy switch sim. But the process is so frusrsting, after the porting process i dont receive any otp code to complete my registration!

I was supposed to give a full 5⭐️ rating until my recent experience. I was trying to send text messages to Meralco last night none went through and yet all my text credits are gone Seems like unsuccessful texts are getting deducted from my text credits? Before i send sent the text, i still have more than 50 credits. I have about 10-15 attempts and none went through. Chatted with cs support, didn't provide with an appropriate answer. I was liking gomo before this happened, and now i don't anymore

I tried to purchase a sim for my sister through the app but when I reached the payment method page, I always get an error message, "Oops! There's something wrong. Please try again later." We attempted multiple times but still unsuccessful. We even waited overnight and tried again, uninstall-and-install the app but received the same error message. I was able to purchase the sim on the website. Please fix the error on the app!

It's not worth using their unli data all of a sudden, the connection suddenly disappears and you can't use it even though the signal is strong and when you open the app, you always have to log in, so it's difficult especially if you haven't memorized the number

Your internet connection has been so slow for the past weeks. I couldn't even watch videos properly. This is not worth 699. I'm not gonna buy your service anymore coz the past month, this has been happening too and you haven't even solved the problem. You new app, or updates you made is not enjoyable, rather it's frustrating, I said that for 2 reasons, first when you put in your payment information, it's being covered by line, so you don't see if you are typing the right information, second when it asks for the otp, if you minimize the app to get the otp the otp window closes out, so I had to get another phone and insert the sim card so I can get the otp without the need to minimize the window. can you imagine how hassle it is for customer.

Cool concept providing non-expiry load, however, I do feel like the items are too overpriced, especially when there's only one option to get calls and text (499). I would've liked it if instead of buying that overpriced offer, we could trade data to get (x) texts or (x) mins of calls. Not to mention how data speed seems to be capped for UnliData offers. Needs improvement and listen to what the community wants will definitely help grow this network better rather than a network driven with greed.
