Horrible experience. I booked trains two times and both the time it was a nightmare. I had to travel with a RAC ticket with two other other people. When I raised the issue and for 2x refund they promised, they very cleverly took out a rule book and screw me over. Never booking them again. Mmt is way better and accountable towards their customers.

If you are providing web check in you should provide option to skip slection of seats. Seat selection is scam of airways companies. I am going to file a court case in this regards. If i have booked tickets. I have the right to select seat. You can not say I will have to extra if I have to select seat in flight. Understand.... So now one star for not providing option to skip for seat selection. Shame on you guys. You people want to encash on every steps.....

Pathetic site. Will never book a ticket again by this site. Difficult to get in contact with customer care. Finding it so hard to get a refund for my cancelled flight which should have been done automatically. Shame Go IBIBO

Very very worst ,I booked ticket but operator cancelled the ticket then money not refunded yet then who can I go with another ticket . Customer contact is impossible .People are facing issues to travel . when cancellion is occuring from your end then why refund time is too late . I realy disappoint. A man arranged money to go if you cancelled it then refund his money immediately, he can to another way to go . In my emergency time I suffered by you. And customer no is only for a information.

I booked a flight using their application. The amount got deducted but the booking failed. There is no update about the refund from their end. The customer support for this app is non existent. The customer support number is useless as it will only entertain if you have a valid booking number. Edit: My issue was finally resolved thanks to their customer support. However, it is better to have a customer support interface where booking Id is not required. Hence, 4 and not 5 stars.

This is the most worst app ever to book a ticket. Ticket got cancelled last minute but the refund will not work on the next booking. On the refund has a validity. Every time when I change my phone, all my GoCash gets expired and my points go back to zero and I start from bronze level. What the hell is wrong with the app and there are no support email either. All they have is a stupid bot which couldn't understand any query.

So bad application when journey is booked as 2X refunding they don't provide neither amount or compasate the said amount during booking of new journey. Totally fraud application so you all requested please uninstall the application and do not book through through this app. There is no any costumer support is provided by the application and you cannot contact to the service provider to get any support.

Very bad experience with this application. Very bad experience with hotel booking. Hotel cost and with hotel experience very bad. Hotel is not supportive. Which ever room book. I didn't get the same room. Room cleaning is bad no towels provided by hotel. Electricity issue in hotel. After so many compliments GOIBIBO team has not supported. I suggested don't book the hotel from GOIBIBO otherwise everyone will suffer the same.

Even if you call customer care it will never go to a person the recording keeps on saying same things and afterwards the call gets hanged up what is the point of having customer service support where we cannot speak to any executive worst part is when we are in emergency only way to connect to the customer team is through email no use of calling only recording will keep on talking.They don't have option to change boarding station it you book rail ticket with them worst experience

flight booking is the biggest scammers 19th July 2024 new worst experience now I need to travel tomorrow and I book ticket with credit card on the last moment booking got canceled and I have to wait 5 to 12 days for my money. I was running short of money now for a new ticket need to arrange money again. Worst experience when the I need that ticket very urgently. Will never use your app for booking flights. This is second time happening. Hopeless then why the he'll you guys deducted the money!!!!

UI design is awful. The room selection options are not at all user friendly when booking hotel. Not using this service again. Discount is ok but using app is a nightmare

Booking/payment in one third amount service his quite supper. But when we are in crisis there is no instant immediate support from customer service.One phone number in app ,always busy or sometime not reachable.I cancelled the ticket on 25.07 and during cancellation apps shows with instant amount Go cash and bank credit 5-7 days I select Go cash the immediately transfer but we don't to use the repayment for further train ticket booking.It can be used only for Flight ticket and hotel ticket .

Refund of Rs1450.5 stuck. Worst Customer care. Bus Operator cancelled at last moment, no alternate provided. Had to book alternate bus with own money. And the cancelled bus refund has not credited in my account. No option to contact customer care. The IVR plays pre-Recorded message and disconnect call. Had to connect them on instagram. I was asked to wait 24 hours. But, i got response after 42hours saying 'they need 48hours more'.Still not received my refund amount. Edit:Reply doesnt make sense.

The worst app I ever used.No customer support. I have booked rooms through this app and I tried to change the dates when my travel plan changed but they say technical issues every time .Also I tried to cancel also the same pblm. My cash lost. I tried to contact the customer service through every way such as email call and app but they didn't respond .

Our trip was abruptly stopped by the bus operators. And it didn't reach the destination. We were all left on the highway and asked to leave. And after such worst experience, Goibibo couldn't even have a track of its bus and considered it a complete trip. And there no refund yet. They don't even have a proper customer mail id. Never booking it again from this. Please don't use this app for bus bookings especially.

This app is total waste. My flight got delayed by more than 4 hours. I just got the information from them. I have been trying to reach the goibibo customer thigh my registered number and it is by default always getting connected to wrong department. And the best part is that department cannot transfer the calls to the right department. I have already tried like 6 times. But no one is picking up. I am never going to book a ticket from this app and advise you all the same.

After booking goconfirm ticket. when my ticket is not confirmed after chart preparation. Still i didn't receive my extra amount that i paid for goconfirm. Even when i trying to connect with customer care always after ivr call disconnected. This is really frustrating and a kind of fraud to take extra amount on booking and and dont pay back.

I had a terrible experience with Goibibo. I booked a hotel room but missed my flight. Although there was an option available to change the stay date, I kept getting an error saying I couldn't change it. When I contacted customer service, they refused to change the date and only offered a 50% refund. This is unacceptable, especially when other services are more accommodating. I am deeply disappointed and will not be using Goibibo again. Their lack of flexibility and poor customer service.

Very bad experience with the customer support! Was denied a check-in one of the properties enlisted as they were expecting cash bookings and not in-app payments! Got in touch with customer support with great difficulties, the guy promised his concerned team will get back to me in 45 minutes! Has been more than 30 hours now and no update! No option to even raise another query through app!

Do not book cab service from airport to residence on this app. They are outright cheats. And if we have to reach out to GoIbibo yto register a complaint, you will never find a number where you can reach them. Their IVr line doesn't allow you to leave feedback or register complaints. So beware. This is the first and last time I am using this service. If any one from the company is actually reading this I would request you to send me a number where I can speak with human else provide email id
