Nothing but aggravation. I used this app years ago and it was great. I don't know what happened but it sucks now. Customer service (if you're able to get any) is anything but helpful. I can only upload one picture, can't set up bank withdraws because the link to verify my email address isn't working. I can't edit updates unless I delete them and repost. It would be easier to go door to door.

ita a wonderful concept & helpful in many ways however some functions freeze up ; ap runs very slow, sometimes forgetting changes or edits made after they've been saved. Sometimes it doesn't save edits made at all. But overall, the benefits far exceed its user issue annoyances so its definitely worth its weight in gold, especially since digital concepts on internet can't possibly weigh much at all!

I have a few issues: -Fot the app AND website: the type of the photos are landscape photos only! Why???? -App cant access Google photos, which made it literally impossible to post the photos I wanted to share. I gave up on the app and went back to the website. -I typed out nearly 4,000 characters for an update, then tried to add a photo to it. ALL my text disappeared... So if you choose to use the app, pick your photo FIRST, THEN type your post. Or you'll be at risk of losing your WHOLE update.

Wow, how disappointed I am. I downloaded the app, try to sign in and it keeps telling me "unable to connect to GoFundMe. Try again later" I tried several times. I even downloaded Facebook, still didn't work. I can't even make a freaking account, just great. What if someone didn't wanna download Facebook and set up a account on there? Can you add a feature so you can actually sign in, without facebook. I've tried to press "skip" but the same thing about it can't connect, fix this, just do it.

Great when it works. Logging in is often impossible. I often spend several days trying to get logged in. It just constantly refreshes the screen, rather than sending the confirmation code. The same thing happens when you are trying to thank someone who has donated. Please recognize, that many people are dependent on these funds. Delays in updating status and giving out gratitude to donors, is not just frustrating, it may impact the actual donations. No improvement.

The app needs a lot of work. It's always having trouble to connect to it. I can't update anything. And I can't share it from the app because it says unable to connect please try again later. If they are going to charge to use the app at least make sure it works. They sure are making enough from people to make sure it's running perfect. I have had nothing but trouble since I opened a go fund me 8days ago.

EDIT: Now it's trying to tell me my email address is invalid!! I am extremely frustrated. Also, no response from anyone as of yet either about the issues. Absolutely awful!! I cannot even get into the app to manage my campaign. Will not load then says it can't access or load the app and to try again later. I have the app on both my devices and it does and says the same on both. There have been no updates for the app either. Will change my rating once these issues are fixed.

July Update: The website is now as problematic as the app. The latest update (in June) is terrible. I can no longer do anything in the app because when I try to thank a sponsor or make an update (for example), I am instantly signed out. I've tried deleting and re-installing the app and it hasn't helped. So, now I have to try to navigate and manage my campaign from the browser on my phone and it is a huge headache. Certainly not accessible for those of us with accessibility issues to begin with.

It's surprisingly the worst app I've seen in a long time. Most pages never appeared to complete the intended process, although it did look like it did after finally closing out the app and restarting it. I mean, I guess it technically did what it was supposed to, it was always a guessing game with the constant loops that made it seem like it couldn't connect to something.

Poorly designed app. Can't delete notifications or get back to the campaigns they're coming from. Hard to figure out how to do nearly everything. Easy to accidentally delete a post you're writing. Trouble writing a post, I use a different app because of it. I can't get it to import photos or videos, they have to be recorded through the app. All around hard to use. Update: It was email notifications, that I didn't ask for and didn't want. Hopefully it's fixed now.

The current software is surprisingly easy to use and setting up a campaign is relatively easy with any temporary confusion occurring due to various necessary steps and options. A word of advice: some functions are easier to setup on a laptop while others a better to be utilized on a hand held device. Be sure to be familiar with the app on both devices.

Good interface and design. Everything is a breeze from creating, updating, and withdrawal. The only issue I have right now is a big bug in the system... I can't get the share page to open and load and that's a pretty big part of it. If it weren't for the fact I copied it to my clipboard and shared the actual link so I can copy and share that, but I can't do it what so ever from the app. I can't even access a share link in the app. I will update when this issue is resolved. Developers did well.

As it currently stands, the app is unusable. Some of the core functions, like managing fundraisers and checking notifications, throw up an error message saying it couldn't connect and nothing shows. The UI looks good, so good on your designers. A good UI doesn't help much if the app won't work as intended even after a reinstall. I'll gladly chance my review once a fix is released!

Poorly organized. Poorly optimized. If you sign in, you get verified for 30 days until you have to sign in again. Only after a week or 2 the app forgets and asks you to sign in again. You have to type out every letter of your email address with no memory or auto fill (even bank apps have these qol features). Then you can't sign in due to technical difficulties. Now, I must be a gofundme engineer because when I delete the app and reinstall it, this magically fixes these "technical difficulties."

Makes you change your password constantly. It crosses the line from being a good cybersecurity practice to a bad one, users will likely have a hard time remembering/coming up with new passwords so often. The service itself is okay enough, although they took down one of my fundraisers even though it had been active. Won't use this app or service again, but I know others find success with it. Try at your own risk I suppose.

Constantly disconnects / logs out, uploads photos in wrong orientation, says email / password is invalid, needs update despite being on the latest version, random error codes, and the list goes on. I am so annoyed by this because the website itself is more stable than this hunk of the trash app!!! It's still a problem with photos uploading wrong! Still, more problems persist, and support doesn't help.

the app seems to constantly have issues, to log in, even after you install or uninstall it, saying we encounter an error. contact customer service. I have to go in my web browser to log in. It's not user-friendly at times to navigate this process. but their customers' services representatives are very professional. they're pretty good and helpful when there's an issue through email responses after you go through the chat box prompt service.
