Same experience as every other reviewer: frequent crashes during matches and especially events. Opponents losing connection constantly. Reward screens taking forever to load. The game screen is so cluttered with offers and features. Maybe strip it down some and focus more on straight play. Give the game less junk to load all the time. Either way, I'm done for a while. Hope it improves.

Straightforward and fun game, however, I'm not sure if people are hacking or it's a bug in the software..it's been several times where I can't summon any units and my energy points are frozen while my opponent is still continuing,also some people seem to be able to summon high cost units a little too quickly... This just makes the game frustrating. Not sure if this is legit or people hack. I'll drop the game if I see more of this.

Okay when it works. However, there's numerous glitches. When I cancel a ranked battle it counts as a win for the opponent, but when they cancel it doesn't count as a win for me. Also it takes me to the title instead of the home page. Sometimes I lose ranked battles I haven't even played? Player inquiry interface isn't user friendly either. Poor customer service support as well. The game feels incomplete.

Update: Still crashes constantly. Finally heard back from the app company after filing a complaint. They are aware of the issues but won't explain why they haven't issued an update in almost two months. This is obviously just a money grab app. Piece of garbage app!! The app crashes constantly! This used to be a great game. But lately, you can't do anything without it always crashing. Almost every battle causes the game to freeze and crash. Which then causes you to lose items.

There are definitely some issues when battling, I notice in some cases that my opponents' battle pieces seem to be moving twice or three times the speed compared to my battle pieces. There are other issues as well, such as it seems my opponents generating double the speed in battle pieces than I am without the energy refueling base, and my generating bar moves very, very slow. Levels are not equal. More cons than pros.

I can't give this game a full five stars in good conscience on account of how it feels like I'm getting gatekept out of events, and the game just keeps crashing at inopportune times. These problems have got to be fixed before I can confidently recommend this game. Newer players are also too often dropped against opponents way out of their league in ranked, and some players seem to prefer winning at all costs as opposed to being fair to others. Feels like a fantastic game, otherwise.

The games amazing, strategy is abundant, especially with the selection, I'd say a few additions would be nice, like for events that some people (me) don't understand, a team generator so if there is any confusing events, you can click a button that'll make a team for you to use to play in the event, and my not so important opinion, a new character, I was thinking of thermonuclear Godzilla, mostly because I think it would be an awesome unit as a leader and normal battle unit, I hope you see this.

I enjoy the game when I am able to play only problem is it seems to crash whenever players drop some units or use some of the leader moves, or when I use expedition tickets, or whenever it seems like it doesn't like me. Makes playing any rank battle a toss up if it will crash or not. Not shur if there is problems with the s24 ultra but that's what I'm on. Don't know if there's a fix but would like to know!

Good game real fun I'm doing really good tbf but the events are kinda only for high lvl players I was doing it and am stuck at 60 because my pieces just don't hold up against the enemies and while you throw everything at one piece another 7 show up and you get overwhelmed by the enemy rather quick and there's not much you can do but just loose over and over I even leveld up all my pieces but they still don't hold up. The daily gap is unnecessary im trying to lvl up and grind to get some pieces

This game has the potential to really be a classic Godzilla game. The core gameplay is ridiculously fun, especially if you're a big Kaiju fan. It's very reminiscent of games like Clash Royale. The leader function and evolutions are a blast. The kaiju representation is amazing, and studio mode is fun as well. The problems are its unfortunately plauged with bugs, and everything takes ages to load. Frequent crashing and the worst part is it is VERY pay to win. Disappointing.

Ok, so I tried their way of reaching out in-app, and lo and behold, the app crashed while I was MAKING THE REPORT. and when I did manage to reach them, they took about a week to get back after some "investigation" just to tell me I bought the wrong phone. Now, I have a common phone for T-Mobile users, so I doubt that's the issue, but if it is, it seems like a pretty glaring one. At this point I'm spending more event point on tickets to recoup the losses from the game crashing.

Crashes alot after fights and black screens. It takes forever to load screens. I don't think there's enough players because all matches are totally unbalanced. You will never play against someone equally matched so they threw bots in there you can easily beat but only after you lose multiple times. Also there are units you can never get even with real money because they were one shot units during special events that are done and over. Again totally unbalanced you can't get all the units. SKIP

This is my first time playing this game. And it's not a good experience. Took forever to get into playing it. It tells me to upgrade my deck because I got a MechaGodzilla. And it just spins and spins, freezing. Comes back saying error in communication. So I retry 3 times, same thing. Not impressed at all. Very boring and frustrating to only play 3 mins before it fails or freezes. I was expecting alot more since the Movies are so good with monsters and action. I was wrong.

I really enjoy playing this game, but I can't Everytime I start the event it crashes on me. Ok cool I open the game up again and go to do a online match and once I drop a unit it crashes again. I can't play the game longer then 30 seconds without it crashing on me. This is total trash!!! After doing all your troubleshooting clearing cache updating the game and it still crashes in battles, I'm tired of loosing more battles due to the game crashing, then me loosing in battles itself. Fix your game

I'm a minimal spender (as in I only usually buy smaller passes which this game has a $5 one for a season pass). But even without that the game provides so many freebies and the units you can pick are really good (they gave out 2 free unit choices last season). I just play it on the side but you can definitely rank up fairly easily. I'd recommend when playing look at units that are in the showcase top 4 (as they will give you increase levels as you rank up without needing copies).

On my phone I can't load into the app. On my tablet I can happily load in but on my phone I can't. Please fix this problem. Also, the matchmaking feature can get ridiculous sometimes. Once, I was playing a game and who I was playing against was in the King of the Monsters Rank. I was in the champion rank. This happened 2 years ago, at least what I think, and after that I was pretty frustrated. Please fix up the matchmaking. Thank you Toho.

I really enjoy this game however it needs work. It can be buggy and load times take too long for today's games. Honestly, I've never had a game load everytime I open the app from a closed state. It also takes awhile to find another player when doing Vs which needs improved speeds. I'd say if we could get improved speeds, less lag, and improved graphics I'd give it 5 stars. Otherwise the gameplay is fun and I been a Godzilla fan since I was a kid.

Update: Apparently, the only issue was actually a device issue. So, I have switched to a new phone (for other reasons as well) ,and the game runs extremely smoothly. But I feel bad for others because of how their game crashes frequently. Bad thing is that whenever I try to play with a friend it usually says that the room is full when the code was clearly put correctly, it'd be really helpful if this was fixed.

I would put it at 4 or 5 stars, however after reaching rank 19, every other battle freezes, and I end up losing because of it, all units on the field freeze and I don't know if the inputs I try go through or not. I hope this gets fixed so I can change my review, because I really do like this game. Edit: the issue seems to have resolved itself, maybe just something to do with my phone.

Good game, really fun, but balanced and Op monsters continue to be an issue, bit a work in progress. If you want to really get ahead though, you have to pay. Otherwise it's really hard to get the best pieces. Also recently dealing with cheaters has become an issue. Not sure how they do it, but they'll generate twice the energy without the energy base and drops very expensive pieces very quickly.
