It is very easy to navigate, message with teachers or administrators, and is nice to get updates and pictures throughout the day for your child.

This app is really helpful in keeping up with my daughter's daily activities. I enjoy being able to see what she's done throughout the day and the different activities she participated in.

This method of communication and data sharing has been amazing for our child. As parents looking into activities and daily ongoings of our child, I'm not familiar with a better app.

no way to adjust notifications and way too many per day. multiple"daily sheet" notifications per day. no way to prioritize important notifications like low supplies or an incident. cannot sign kids in from app.

Push notifications on a Pixel 6 Pro refuses to enable in the app. I can tell the app to enable push notification, and click "OK" button on the pop-up prompting me to enable them, but after I do the radio button stays set to "None".

Push notifications are working! Unable to download images from the Daily sheet. SMS notifications are still broken. Attendance notes should be included in the daily sheet. Don't see an easy way to access or save media.

Nonintuitive design, no way to add attachments to a message, seems like it prompts teachers to add copy/ paste prefilled notes rather than actual qualitative information, which rather sterilizes the whole experience. Much more relevant information is shared in impromptu conversation with teachers, and we are reliant on the extremely helpful director email notes to get any school specific news.

What on earth use is it to only get updates at the the of the day? All other apps are able to provide real time info on food, diapers, naps, etc. and I'm amazed Goddard would choose an app that cannot. This app is garbage and I hate that all Goddard schools must use it because I don't have a good way to petition our local one to use *literally* anything else. Please re-think this monumentally terrible choice.

I think it could use a few more features/changes. Drop off notes should be editable after you submit. The time between some of the subject can take time and if you dont submit you have a chance of the app putting you back at the home screen and starting over. There should be an area for parents in the same class to talk. Maybe set up a play date or ask if anyone has been through situations your going through. I would also allow comments to be seen by parents of other kids in the picture

No way to select what notifications you get. I need to get messages from the teachers/staff because my child's health could be in question. I need to NOT get all the other notifications because I need the above to not get lost in the sea of announcements or pictures. Unfortunately, it's all or nothing (literally only one notification channel for the whole app), so right now there's no way to filter appropriately 🫠

Goddard replaced the Tadpoles app with this Kaymbu app and it's bad. So many critical, missing features. First of all, a web app. I am forced to communicate with our teachers only on the mobile device (no keyboard) and that sucks and I hate it. Also, there's no option to download photos of the students in bulk, you have to download them one at a time. Incredibly frustrating. No weekly/monthly summary views at all. The UI is slow and sloppy. Needs lots of work.

Reports don't post until my kids have checked out for the day, which pretty much defeats the purpose of the a App, IMO. I have no comfort in knowing how my kids are doing throughout the day (happy in photos, using bathroom , eating, etc) App is far more stressful than it is useful & was a complete downgrade for our school. Can we view reports through the browser? would upgrade to 2 stars since we can now download photos, but now I don't see reports until end of day, which is pointless. 1 star

The app has all the features to stay connected to your child while at school. From photos, videos and notes tracking meal time, potty time and nap time. I love that I can drop a note directly to the teachers or admin.

- App constantly pulls wrong child's day end summary upon clicking. - It fails to load the pictures constantly. - The app icon is blank when using system wide theme with material you. No way to bulk download images. Sometimes images only appear in day end reports and nowhere else in the app. Bring Back Tadpoles!!!

The Goddard Family Hub app has made staying connected with my child’s school so much easier. I love how simple it is to check updates, view photos, and communicate with teachers. It keeps me in the loop without feeling overwhelming. A must-have for any busy parent!

Generally works well, but struggles with media content shared by teachers. We've not encountered issues with communicating with the school. Our issues stem from the photos and videos shared by the school, which lead to the app crashing when attempting to view. Overall it works well and provides a dependable means of communication between our family and the faculty.

This app is 2 decades behind in design and features. Have to wait till end of the day to get updates on current day activities instead of getting pics and updates as and when they were taken during play, sleep or meal times. No point in seeing those EOD when we could get that update from the staff during pickup. Download pics option isn't saving the pic and what is displayed in the app is poor quality.

App is so basic and clunky. Had daily connect with previous daycare. That app is better organized. More user-friendly. You can specify what to be notified about. There are also graphs to see how many bottles were drank daily and the number of ounces, how many diaper changes daily, also total sleep each day. It was so helpful for identifying new stages. We should have a better app for what we pay for this school.

App freezes constantly. When typing message to school, takes so long for what I've typed to appear, I'm already onto next sentence. Push Notifications is option but when I select, nothing happens. Get pop-up asking if I want to enable & when I say yes, pop-up goes away & notification settings remains unchanged. When try to download a picture, a pop-up appears asking to grant permission to phone's camera roll. Click on it & it says "No Permissions Requested." App still has MANY bugs to be worked

Overall the app works well. I am able to receive alerts from both admin and teachers with information to stay connected. My favorite feature is getting the pictures from the teachers which I can save and download easily to my phone. I would like there to be a feature that allows me as a parent to upload a photo to the app for the admin or teaching staff, but maybe I can and just can't figure it out? Altogether, I am pleased with the ease of how this app works
