The app has so many bugs. Whenever I sell a pair if shoes getting a shipping label rarely works. The app has trouble loading so many pages. I submitted a question about the amount made on a pair of a shoes because it was wrong. I submitted a request. The contact us outside won't load ago I can see what the reply was. The order will be canceled today. My seller rating because I couldn't print labels or had orders canceled because of discrepancies in compensation.

I like the platform and the selection of products. Selling and verification is easy. Here is the problem. Fees on both expensive on buyer and seller side. Shipping should be discounted. Example buying a shoe for 110 will cost 132+. Selling a shoe for 210 will net the seller 176 after fees. The more expensive the cost the more either party loses. Also pricing is misleading on the app. The price reflected is the buyers request not the sellers price. They show $150 but the seller amount is $300.

I bought my first pair of shoes and I am yet to recieve them (I will update) , but so far the experience in using the app has been infuriating. The app constantly crashes and sends the following message below the moment I click something: "Service Temporarily Unavailable, please try again later" Overall it kills the experience as it constantly crashes the moment I click something or go to the search bar. This should be seriously fixed as it really does hinder one's shopping experience.

New layout sucks. On the old layout all of the sizes were on one page and you didn't have to scroll them individually. To see offers you have to click on every single size instead of just using one page and scrolling down. ALSO I don't get app notifications for when I sell a item. I have to look in my email or open the app. That's a inconvenience if you want to confirm a order fast. The only notification I get are when you want to sell me something or when a shoe comes out.

This app is awesome! Always has what I'm looking for and has very flexible filters so you can find exactly what you need just with the click of a few buttons. I've had great experiences every single time I order and GOAT does a great job of making sure you get the right shoe on time(or earlier)in perfect condition. Would highly recommend to any sneaker heads or collectors looking for a more affordable way to get sick shoes.

Good app for buying HORRIBLE for selling. I'm not getting notifications for when a shoe is sold ( I don't sale often) despite this being a ongoing notified issue. The penalties to rewards ratio for missing a sale are so steep it's impossible to get back in good standings. The worse your score, the higher your fees. I went from a 108 to a 79! I missed 3 sales in 2 years I wasn't notified of, wouldn't recommend for selling, try other platforms for that.

Not very forgiving if you make any mistakes. There's a chance of losing money on your purchases if your address is wrong in any way. Simple functionality like trying to change your address after making a purchase or even messaging a seller to fix an address is not supported by the system. That just seems like critical functionality that needs to be supported before I'm willing to use this. Fortunately the customer service is fast and so they were able to fix my issues.

I really want to like this app. However, the process for a user to create a listing for used sneakers (a major point of using GOAT) via the app is just not good. Firstly, one needs to take all pictures using the app itself, meaning you cannot use pre taken photos. The photo utility on the app is bad. Focusing is impossible, and occasionally, it just doesn't work at all. Editing the price after taking pictures can potentially clear all the photos you took.

I've spent thousands of dollars on GOAT. But I've had enough of their terrible service, and I'm moving on. The app is alright. But GOAT doesn't have any customer service to speak of, just FAQs and a bot that could have been written by a sophisticated high school freshman; keep your fingers crossed that everything goes the way you hope it will. I've found that sellers list their inventory on numerous platforms. If the inventory is the same elsewhere, why put up with a terrible experience?

The absolute worst sneaker purchasing experience I have ever had. The app would never allow me to purchase a shoe. I checked my bank card, my account, and everything was fine except for this glitchy app. They have great deals but when you can't purchase anything this app becomes a annoying catalog. Also customer sevice never got back with me. Just buy a shoe in stock on a different website. Not worth your time.

Honestly I never write reviews. This review is strictly about the app (though I have other issues with the company). #1 the app crashes, pulls up error messages I believe were meant for the coders to debug all the time. Its glitchy, when you scroll through listings or orders sometimes it just makes an infinite loop of the same items you've already seen. #2 with all the fees you guys take from us sellers, I've seen literal home businesses with better apps. That function fully.

Worst company and website/app I have encountered in a long time. Ordered shoes as a gift 1.5 weeks before Christmas, and 2 days before, they emailed saying, sorry those aren't available. No accountability or discount for the inconvenience, or easy way to get a refund. Just a suggestion to use their expensive quick ship option on another item. I also couldn't login to their app for 2 days, but finally it worked and I requested a refund. Customer service was not helpful.

I definitely prefer ordering from here over StockX, but man does the app itself get worse with every update, specifically in regards to the on-feet pictures. Now when you click on an image, it's zoomed in to fill the screen & you can't zoom out. Also, when you upload an on-foot image yourself for a shoe that had no pictures uploaded previously, it doesn't even show up unless a second image gets added. The ability to delete an image also seems to have gone missing. This app definitely needs work.

Update- after the 3/25 update, an issue was created where if you are looking at items in the app, if you minimize or otherwise leave the app, when you go back to it, it says "temporarily unavailable, try again later." This is VERY annoying. And the size conversion between men and women is still incorrect. -Great app, but the size conversion between men and women is not right. Please fix.

Ordered twice, both time paid for "NEW" with the box and both times got clearly used sneakers. First time it was the new unc 4s that just came out. Had a small stain in the front and a crease. Whatever I let it slide. 2nd time, the "NEW" kicks I ordered where scoffed up, creases like crazy, discoloration, beat up box and had animal hairs in the inside. I requested a return but for what, to be told that I'm only getting $190 from something I paid $290 for? Never again. I dont recommend this.

I'd like to see better search results. When I look up "heavy coat", I'd like to see all of them, not only the ones with those words in the name. +for example: "Blue Jordan 4 mens" won't show me the Jordan 4 Motorsport, which I was looking for. Allow users to tag styles that they like and add them to albums. Add a dressable mannequin. An AI tool that allows me to find items by image would also help. The UI is overall one of my favorites though. It's very clean and easy to use overall.

SELLERS BEWARE !!! The app doesn't notify you when you've made a sale ! Due to this issue, I've received several cancelations and penalties. However, the app DOES send notifications for new releases and promotions....just not when it's time for you to make money. This issue has been going on for a few years and has yet to be addressed. Bad business practice on GOAT's end.

Goat has gone way downhill. The app is just still clunky like it's always been. I hate the interface of it when it comes to adding things to your "want list" it just doesn't work at all for me most of the time. When you have an offer and people change the asking price it doesn't notify me. There's just so many small problems with the app that make it kinda suck. I wish it was more like stock x. Stock X has always had the best interface and notifications it just sucks they pass fakes.

This app has 2 very frustrating flaws. While scrolling through the "want list", the list will restart and scoll back to the beginning and there is no way to ever get to the bottom of the list unless you are in a computer. Secondly, the option to "buy new with defects" has no real description or pictures of what the defect is. Why cant we have pictures of the defects instead of some 360p pictures taken in the dark from 40 feet away? I would like to see the extent of the defects. Thank you.

Zero stars if I could. They "verify" the item, but don't ship for days and days. No way to contact to cancel. Basically a scam to hold your money. Needs a way to filter the location of where the item comes from. I don't like getting overseas items which takes multiple times longer to arrive due to needing to clear customs. Zero customer service. Absolutely useless customer service bot that does nothing.
