I used the application 3 times losing money and never answer solving tge problem..my membrrship is prime..but i tried to ask for the boarding pass, they redirected me to rayanair, rayanair refused to solve or help...i need a ticket or my money back..if any one knows how to file a case against the application..i lost both, money and appointments..my life been destroyed. Can any body help me???

Scamers stay away from them. They never refund never. If you don't believe me try them please. Two years ago they took my money never refunded after request. This time too I called what happened two years ago happened again they say the refund is being reviewed but the review never wver finishes they take it they keep the money for them. You are warned govoyage scamed me twice I said twice and I have all proves stored here. The account is fake they don't take call the agents say different things

AVOID AT ALL COST. I got a subscription on my credit card from this and never heard about this before! Thankfully I was able to cancel the subscription and get part of my money back. Be very careful about it.

Impossible to contact the customer services, I need to change my departure day and I just can't do it on the app because the customer service is in "maintenances" for 2 weeks 🤨 and the e mail and the phone line are both useless since there's nobody to respond

bad customer service, they stole 54.99 euros for prime subscription without my permission, and they used my bank card information that i used for buying my last ticket without my consent. I tried to call and sent them several emails but i got no response. I want a refund for my money as soon as possible beacuse this action is unjustifiable and i know several people who have had the same problem with this application and company

Don't book flights through this app, they are taking your card details and then deduct there subscription charge anonymously from your account anonymously after booked a ticket, when we try to contact them all contact details are not working. This is the worst app ever I used

This is a scam. Go Voyages charged an annual subscription fee on my credit card, for non-existing services and without explicit approval (so I have actually no idea how and why they did it?!). Don't share any financial information with this app/platform.

Impossible to buy anything. Error. Too late. Try again. This app sucks so much. And I almost missed my plane but I had the good idea to install edreams very quick. If you are in a rush don't gamble with that app !

Runaway from them! They deliver wrong ticket and force you to cancel. Once you cancel they take a margin for NOTHING, 120€ given to them as they lied and told me twice they will not retained any amount. Prime client or not they don't care! So if you considered booking with them, don't..

Hey, Go Voyages, please GO and Fxxck yourself!! You guys cheating on customers. When I select to buy air tickets it was one price, then during checkout the price of tickets get much more expensive. This is not good at all!!!! You replied with the proposition. To contact your support! So how is your support helps me to buy a ticket using your application without any tricks , which your application doing. This. Applications behavior price increasing is just built in purpose by your company!🔥

A bunch of scammer with bad service ! I bought a round plane ticket this morning and I made a mistake with the destination and now they don't want to modify or give me my money back ! I call tuifly and they say they can't access because the go voyage is blocking my ticket and then I call Ryanair and they say the same thing and go voyage says it is the airline companies that have access ! Don't use this website or this app unless you want to try being robbed / scammed !

My experience with Go voyages was horrible. I am a prime member of go voyages, and i missed my flight , so automaticaly my flight back got canceled , my ticket was refundable , not fully but it was , but they refused to refund me although the airline itself told me it is possible. They did not provide with any help whatsoever and left me without any solution! You guys are a fraud, and everyone will know about it. If you want to be disapointed, well Go voyages will so much!

I am in Colombia, it's 10 AM here and the app didn't let me book a flight for today, Monday August 26th. I could only do it by Chrome on Android. Note that Firefox had an issue on Android as well: as a prime member I could not select a payment method that was already registered. Go voyages is great but the android app has a major issue, and on firefox for android as well. That's why I put 1 star.

I called the customer service of GoPrime to edit my booking dates 18 days beforethe departure, he wanted to charge me 250€ for postponing, lying to me by saying "it's the flight compagny penalty!"... I got the reservation number from him and postponed without any fees when I called the flight company! Another detail, I never wanted having GoPrime, they literally steal your credit card details and pay the subscription without any consent!

Every time I open this app it freezes on the Configure cookies screen. I have to uninstall then reinstall the app to get around this. First time user of the app. Could be the last time! Imagine being somewhere without data to reinstall the app and having no access to boarding passes.

Terrible service, my flight has been canceled and it is a nightmare to get my refund. It will take up to 3 months. One week after the cancellation of my trip, I still didn't get any written confirmation concerning the refund and they charge extra money for their line call... COMPANY TO AVOID 1 and half year later, the company still didn't reimburse the flight they canceled, i lost over 10h and dozen of calls and mails for nothing already. Next steps will be going tto trial

Your application sucks. Information not updated in real time, you cannot change the reservation. I have a voyage on the 2nd of July, on the website is telling me that the flight was cancelled. I tried to call the free number from France, even the Payable number. Nobody answers as they deal with next 7 days voyages. I cannot change my reservation. Go Voyages you are the biggest scam!

The price of the flight on it's own website is same as shown in the app but this app shows that it saved you 40-50 bucks on that flight which is not the case. It's charging me exactly the same while also taking a fees of 90 euros annually
