worst internet service in the kingdom, its total waste of money, poor customer service, no benefit if you complain them. actually their infrastructure is not upto date, they are not able to run the service. very disappointed not recommended at all

very bad Customer support and I am buying online and not connecting and registration failed error. I am not satisfied please all my friends don't buy . it is a trap 24 months please understand.

Well I've been a dedicated user of Go Telecom Platinum package for quite a number of years now. The internet service and speed.... No complaints, it's good. Occasional hiccups acceptable. Second the response team for any complaints or issues is also excellent. I've used the complaint interface via the app and within 14 hrs they've contacted and helped in resolving the issue. Initially the app wasn't working but now for good numbwr of months no issues. Excellent in terms of service and package.

Worse internet speed i have renewed for 14 months unfortunately after many calls to customer service issue has not been fixed. So, for me I will not recommend anyone to use this GO internet service. It was good speed when I was using in Rabigh City, but after transferring to Jeddah I face lot of issue, sometimes I can't even send what's up text or imo call. GO team has to look into this seriously otherwise GO market will collapse no one will by this network internet service.

Very bad service! Customer care service is there, but they are of no help. I have an LTE connection with GO Telecom, though I never got the speed as stated. But now, the problem got worse with the internet speed (the internet speed is in bps or very low kpbs). I called customer care and they opened a ticket. The next day, the ticket was closed without any resolution.
