I've played this for about 15 minutes and within those 15 minutes, I've gotten a ton of ads that you're forced to watch. I don't mind one that you're asked if you want to watch to double or triple the reward, but it's literally after every 3 casts that you're forced to watch an advertisement for at least 5 seconds before you can skip it. Each cast lasts about 3 - 5 seconds if you don't start leveling the amount of fish you can catch per cast, so you can imagine the amount of ads I've seen in the 15 minutes I played this game. Maybe it would be more tolerable if it was after every 10 casts or so but every 3 casts with each cast lasting a few seconds is too much.

The amount of ads is INSANE! I can only play 1 game before being forces to watch a full ad... So I just close the app. However, if I have to close the app right after opening it, I might as well just Uninstall it. Everything knows that ads help you guys out, but you have more ads than any game I have ever seen... EVER! Since the dawn of mobile game ads. 1 star, Uninstalled!

So, I give it 1* because it is honestly a very dumb game. A game that I felt compelled to finish (which is easy. Put all your money into the offline option, watch the single ad to double, fish, turn off for a couple hours. Downloaded on Monday, maxed everything with all fish by Thursday. Oh and the ads are super annoying. You click "no ads" and it shows one anyway.

I have rated this, my rating was DELETED! I paid $5 to remove ads. I upgraded my phone and redownloaded the game and to my surprise there is NOT a restore purchase option! Contacted support Sept. 23. Today is October 13. Still nothing to resolve the issue, just a "we are looking into it" response. Are they serious? $5 to remove ads, no restore purchase option and no way to log into anything to even save progress. Without ADS there isnt much game play as they are all about the money. The further you get in the game the more the ads populate, literally after each cast. Some ads you cannot exit out of and are forced to watch 15 - 30 seconds. Developer, I have sent screenshots proving this is NOT an option. Way to go on keeping up with information. However, Google has been notified and they are investigating since this has been an issue I tried resolving via email MULTIPLE times and providing screenshots. Yes. The app is up to date. The "settings" is an email to developer and music on/off.

There's nothing to brag about in this game. I've only played 30 seconds.. fished twice.. had two ads pop up.. and was asked to review. So in 30 secs I learned the graphics are super choppy, the controls lag bad, and Im going to watch more ads than playing. Run away fast its not even worth the insignificant amount of data it takes to download. Uninstalling faster than any app has been uninstalled before.

It's far too laggy, and if removing ads would help it doesn't matter because this is NOT a ten dollar game. However, the graphics are beautiful, and when you can play it's rather fun...But it's impossible to play without lag or being bombarded with the ads. If removing ads was $2 I could justify it, but not $10.

Too many ads! I might as well just watch the videos on purpose just to double the coin amount because I'm gonna be forced to watch one anyway after EVERY. SINGLE. FISHING. ATTEMPT. Simply ridiculous. Not going to pay $5 just to remove something so you're better off staying away from this game or suffering through more ads than actual play time.

I really do enjoy the game itself. But with the constant popping up of ads the game tends to get very irritating. After about two or three throws (which are very fast) you have an ad pop up on your screen. The ads tend to last about ten to twenty five seconds which in most cases you can't skip them and most of the community finds this to be very irritating. I played for about ten minutes until I lost interest in the game and with the ads I stopped playing it in general. There is really nothing to do in the game besides fish. Maybe add a multiplayer mode where whomever had the most cash wins? Or maybe there can be a mode you have to catch a certain fish in a limited time? Well anyways the game is okay but is very boring after a couple of minutes. It's very easy to discover all the fish in an less than an hour, but who'd want to play for that long?

It's actually pretty fun, but unless you spend money to buy such a simple game, you get an ad after every time you reel fish in. It got super old and super annoying way to fast. If it weren't for the ads after every time you cast the line, I'd actually enjoy it. But because of them, and how often and disruptive they are, I have no choice but to give this the lowest rating I can.

This game could be very fun if it wasn't stuffed to the brim with ads and the only way to get rid of them to pay $6. At most I'd pay $3 to get rid of ads. The gameplay is enjoyable, and it would greatly benefit from being able to quickly get back into the game. However after almost every time fishing (which lasts for a few seconds) you're shown a 15+ second ad. It's quicker to close and reopen the app. I'd love to play this app, but the fact it so desperately wants me to pay $6 to get rid of the ads to actually enjoy the app is ridiculous.

I quite like this game. The art style and variety of fish are very charming. This game is simple and easy, making it a go-to time killer for me. On the other hand, there is one thing about it that almost ruins my experience. And that would be the unholy amount of ads. You run into an ad almost every time you fish. It seems I would be better off just doubling the profits of my catch every time so that I could make use of such an inconvenience.

It's a well made and fun game. I've added a 5th star from my original 4 star. I've noticed I make a lot more money offline than online, makes the game unbalanced and it too easy to get through 3/4 of the game in 1 week. Also if there was a buyable feature to double net size I'd probably buy it just to make the game feel more worth playing online and also when I've upgraded depth too much at once it's made it hard to collect special fish closer to the surface because of the net capacity.

There are long ads after each turn that last longer than the gameplay. It would be a fun game, but it's unplayable due to the sheer quantity of ads. I want to like this game and recommend it to friends, but I would be embarrassed for them to know how much time I've wasted watching the same 5 ads on this game, and I wouldn't want to waste their time too. Someone should scale the advertising waaaay back and salvage this otherwise good game.

This game is just a money maker for the creators. Ad after every single cast. Either you watch an ad to double your catch earnings or watch an ad anyways... Went with it for awhile and it was alright but the adds are annoying and now there's a bar ad as well at the bottom while you're reeling in which glitches the game so when you're moving back and forth to catch fish it doesn't react quickly and you miss stuff. All because they are so money hungry they had to add in more ads! And the graphics aren't even good either!

Its addicting to collect all the fish and their rare shiny ones. I did spend money to get rid of ads, but I stuck this out to the last fish. The downside is your offline earnings get you way more money than just fishing manually, plus the option to watch an ad to double it. The only thing to do now is wait for more fish to be added to the game so i can go deeper.

To sum it up... It's like... Every three times you play, equals an ad. Every play lasts less than an ad does, while you have to wait 10 seconds to just skip an ad. Unlike other games, if you don't want ads, you'll have to cough up around $10. A dollar would be fine, but this is asking for an amount that isn't worth the gameplay by any means. I'm definitely uninstalling this.

The game premise is cool. But the game overall is poorly executed. WAYYY too many ads. The price on upgrades is massively exponential and the game is simply just too easy. I caught every fish available in a matter of 2 days of play. The more ads you watched the easier it was to catch the fish. I waited for an update to see if they would add more fish but they have not. All in all it was a massive waste of time and effort. There are much better versions of this game from other companies. This is a cheap rip off used to line the devs pockets in silk.

Honestly, it makes me sad to leave this review. This game used to be 4-5 stars, easy. When I originally downloaded this game about a year ago, I really enjoyed this time killer, collecting different fish & seeing what I'd end up with the deeper I'd fish. Didn't mind the ads, as I'd cast a few times at least before an ad pops up. But coming back to the game (having to restart since my old game didn't transfer over), there is now an ad after every..single..cast. And it just killed the game for me.

Definitely fun and the characters you can play as are adorable (also thank you for the viking). I wish the characters had matching boats, but that's not a big deal. My problem is with the ads. There does not need to be an ad after every time you fish. The upgrade prices are way too high and basically forces you to watch ads to upgrade. The controls also stutter sometimes, freezing and jumping around while I'm collecting fish.

The game is very fun, until you try to upgrade something, yes you get the upgrade, yes it works as intended. But the amount of ads is i.nsane. I can't cast once without having to sit through a 15 second ad that has 3 fake skip buttons, can't be exited until you've "played through" the preview of the game its advertising, and on top of that, randomly throughout the playthrough of said preview, the entire screen will turn into a button to send you to the app store. Not. Worth. Your. Time.
