It is very disappointing and frustrating to use this app. Come on Bank Islam. This is 2024. It is embarassing to see why a big bank like this cant provide a stable working app like all the other conventional banks around. Slow loading time. Keep on crashing. Very much inconsitency thus making this app so so soooo unreliable. It is embarassing to use this app to make payments as it is very slow to load up. I now chose to move my money to maybank instead to make payments. Please wake up/ buck up

I was excited when Bank Islam first launch it banking app as per you know, Bank Islam and some of bank was the last batch of launching the banking app, during the early period of time, the app was fine. After years, the app starting to have problem loading too long, maintenance almost everyday. Please fix it ASAP.

Kinda frustrated to use online banking here. If you wanna do maintenance, fine. Tell us earlier instead of silent treatment. Plus I noticed when I wanna do transaction, it told us high volume of traffic. What is it? Never happen before. At social medias, you told it already fix and can function as usual but what now?

The app was very very veryyyyyy slowwwwww!!!!!! Couldn't make any transactions with this app. I am beyond disappointed. Edit: after the recent update, there's no more slow loading so i think they deseve more star. edit: now it's the server problem. What can I expect from bank islam app? Sigh..

The worst bank apps ever. 98% of times I cannot use the apps. Loading all the time. This issue never ends. When I need to check my account, I need to use Bank Islam via Chrome. So what's the point of the apps?? Non user friendly. I hope Bank Islam improve their apps system. This happened many years.

September Updates also same problem. After the login screen only blank white screen shown and nothing else, if press back button will exit the app. This is all I get from day 1 of using (unable to use) this app. Can't use the App = can't use the Web = Useless!!

As of 3/9/2024, the new update break the app. Error in loading the software. Prior to the update, login is a breeze Do you run and stress test the application beforehand? And come on, don't ask us to email you guys. Just read the comments and test it through consumer channel. Not through your local environment

This is the first app that I rated with 1 star. I've already contacted the customer service email, but no response. I called customer service, they asked me to fill in ic number, but when I did they said my ic does not exist (filled twice). I'm so disappointed, annoyed, and frustrated by the inability of the app managers to solve this issue. Until now, I can't login this app. 0lease do something useful, Bank Islam. Still the worst app, update for what? I can't even do basic transactions, what?

Very bad. I have been trying to log in but often popping up saying heavy traffic. Even after logged in, it's only showing transfer accepted instead of successful. Please fix this. It is very hard to use this app, zero user friendly.

Its just getting worst. You say sorry but, nothing improved. I need to wait for almost 30 minutes to open the app. That's not it, sometime i can't pay via barcode and it's suck when it doesn't work, especially when i didn't bring any cash with me. Make another app that's better than this.

This system is so bad.. very2 lag and slow.. why is there no action from BIMB eventhough get a bad rating?? NO IMPROVEMENT! Update: The system stays the same.. slow n getting worse.. not getting better. Its performance depends on the area or what? My area Pauh, Perlis always got a problem. CIMB octo click is the best.

please fix your system. everyone is having the same problem with opening the app. update: ive changed to a later phone model so that i can use the app but you still havent fix it. when people complain about the same problem, you "appologize" to us. one of the most useless piece of app. SLOW NAK MAMPUS!

Seriously, I would say this app is becoming more bad in these few months like why every single time I want to login it will loading for quite a long time like WHY? And I need it urgently but because of that LOADING I need to wait for a long freaking time *sigh*. Seriously, u guys don't really this problem before but WHYYY NOW this problem have to show up. LIKE the apps should be improve but it just goes backwards smh.

Hi the app works for me perfectly fine but can you make the section for every transaction happens not just for mobile transactions only because its so hard to keep track of my transaction.... i have to go check at the browser every time...so renyah tau.... for the mobile transactions history i think not to functional....please consider this things

Sometimes the apps always had the problem with high volume traffic. It's seems ridiculous knowing you can create multiple server to avoid this kind of problems. Improvement needed now you know.

NEED TO UPDATE QR PAYMENT SURFACE The successful payment screen needs improvement to make both the display and the price stand out more. Personally, I think the Maybank QR payment success screen is quite impressive, so it might be worth considering redesigning the payment screen based on that style.

This banking app is getting worse day by day. Always having the same issue which is either high traffic and maintenance at the wrong time. It's always loading longer than usual everytime i try to do cashless payment urgently. This makes me sick and irritated at the same time because this issue has never been resolved even though it has been going on for years. What's the point of updating this app if it doesn't make any good for the users ?!! You should name it Bank KAPIAQ instead of Islam.

The app is stuck on loading the page. It has been MONTHS!! Yet still didn't fix the lagging and bug when trying to open the apps. I've restart, re-installed, clear cache yet nothing helps. Can't even load the apps just to check balance, much less if I want to transfer or use QR Pay. Fix it!

Very bad. Everytime open the apps, the system will loading and buffering. In one day this happens quite all the time. Problem is transaction above RM200 needs secure confirmation from the apps but the apps cannot be openned. WORST WORST WORST internet banking apps. Please improve otherwise people will not put money in your saving account. Tak yah buat apps la. Tidur je.

Really bad. The experience of using this app has gone downhill, really fast. Tried to login many times, but failed successfully every single time. Whereas login through the website, there's no issue, even though it's still taking some time. I'm not even trying to login to the app, I'm just trying to use the QR scan feature and the loading time is unbelievably insane. Please, fix this. Please. You're hurting people.
