They are thieves! I would attach screenshots but I can't. It happened to me not once that the minimum order for a restaurant in the app is 9 - 10€ but once I finalize my order and pay suddenly it's 15-30€ and glovo is charging me small order fee between 1-5€. I'm so pissed! I don't live in the city so most restaurants are working with Glovo. Such a shame tricking your customers like that!

Used to be a great service. In the past couple of weeks the quality of the service has dropped, especially with the delivery of groceries, most of the time products are missing and the supermarket didn't bother to amend the order. Until today that meant a quick, pleasant conversation with a support agent and either a refund for the missing products or a second order to deliver those missing products. As of today apparently, you need to wait 2-3 days for a support agent to reply. Will stop using.

App kinda got ruined recently, insanely hard to get a hold of support, happened on multiple occasions where i signaled that something was wrong with the order, got a lousy coupon of like 10% of the item that was ruined, then if you find something else ruined about a different item on the same order there is literally no way to contact the support again because "a refund has been made". And on top of that now suddenly get ads even though i pay a subscription.

They are thieves, they will recommend a restaurant that can't deliver to your location and after paying the food won't be delivered and they won't refund you back, it's a scam! Please beware, they will frustrate you if you ask for a refund and they will eventually not refund you, it's a scam masquerading as a delivery app, DO NOT trust them, DO NOT order with them else you'll lose your money!

They let you cancel order when they can't deliver it and yet you don't get a refund. I'm paying delivery fee, they added" service fee" to maintain the service, now Imyseeing ads. It's just stupid. You lost me for good

Some stores write fake prices or modify the prices, and it doesn't reflect on the app (looking at you Carrefour), so you end up paying soo much extra than you thought you would spend. Spent 2 days of being run around by glovo support because I was charged almost ksh1000 extra! In this economy!!! I had to change my rating. Glovo need to check with the stores on the app to ensure the pricing is accurate. Carrefour is a repeat offender looking through my past receipts. Come on, do better.

Unoptimized and seldom working. Most often than not I get:"Cannot order now, please tey again later". The login process is so slow. You need to reconfirm through sms and the email and password. Awful performance on multiple phones. Bad experience, just wanted to quicky order something to eat.

Don't use this app! It scammed me. I ordered a meal via it. They pretended to be delivering it, but didn't do anything for an hour. I was still patiently waiting. In the meantime, all other restaurants in the city got closed, including the one i ordered from. So it was obvious there is technically no way to finish the order. Anyway, the app pretended they're looking for any courier who would deliver it, but surprisingly didn't find anybody. So i recommend you to avoid this service.

I used to like the app, but I have discovered that their overall service is poor. Don't register your credit cards with them. I've ordered meals, and After waiting for 2hrs, the cancel the delivery and lie that your money will be refunded in a few days. It never happens. And when you complain to them, they tell you to go resolve it with your bank!! It's fraudulent.

Very disappointed! I placed an order and made the payment through transfer (the account number you provided), but the order is not added on my profile. You even confirmed reception of my transfer. I tried to find your contact number to speak with you but all in vain. There's no way to communicate with you, no email, no phone number. What kind of business is this? ☹️

It was great while it worked. Now you get insane order amount requirements for even the prime subscription ordering. Almost always in the oast few months whenever I ordered I had missing products or sometimes even entirely different products. Usually the missing products are refunded but it really sucks to see all those transfes from your credit card from the company. Also it kind of looses the point of the app if you always have to check what was delivered and what was paid for.

Used to be good, but now they charge extra money for a lot of stuff, there is delivery fee, store fee, weather fee, etc. The last drop then they charged extra for bad weather then there was no bad weather at all and refused to make a refund or even apologies for that. The store selection also had become really slim compared to the competitors. Just really terrible, avoid

Recently Glovo employs this trick where they duplicate their exclusive restaurants in the app. The restaurant the food comes from is the same, but there's multiple entries for the same restaurant in the app, all with slightly different prices and product pictures. How can this be legal?? Additionally, these fail to keep their unavailable products updated, and don't immediately cancel the order when that happens. That's a hassle for their staff, the courier, and the person waiting for the food...

I had the Glovo Prime free trial for one month. Initially, billing was supposed to start on July 17th. When I tried to cancel the free trial the first time, the date suddenly changed to July 13th, which is yesterday. I tried to cancel the free trial again, and now there is an error, and I can't unsubscribe from it at all. I no longer want Prime, but the app won't let me cancel it. This is ridiculous and predatory!

I rate this app 0 stars. Try NOT to have issues with your order when using this app. There is no customer service support. On two different occasions, the same vendor sent me the wrong items. The first time, only 1 item in my order was wrong. I reported it, and all I got was a lame apology. The second time, all the items were wrong, and after reporting on the app, I got an email the next day asking for pictures without which they could not help me with my issue.

Do not order using this unless you are OK with not getting a big part of your order. I ordered a few days ago from Kaufland and 6!!!! of the items were missing and there was no receipt either. I emailed 4 times, it's been 5 days now and I never got any answers or a refund. The interface has also tons of problems, they don't store any info about the emails and complaints, you can't really add any coupons at checkout and the list goes on.

Scam company, they stole my money. The prime subscription renews automatically without warning. I reached out to customer service in less than a min to unsubscribe and refund, but was told no refunds. Orders are often quite slow. Several minutes after you place an order, the app timer will reset to zero and show as if you just placed the order. Also, now you cannot track the driver when they are picking up the order.

The service is useful, timely and courteous. The issue I have is with payment. I was double charged for €30, and upon looking I found that their change to USD was DOUBLE instead of 118-125% of USD as normal because they decide to overcharge instead of charging in € (70% more). Meaning, I was charged an extra €50 for an order. Customer service decided to give me an €8 credit instead of actually fixing the issue. Ubereats and justeat don't do that. Recommend other application use.

Very slow delivery, the application doesn't allow for as flexible orders, and the ads sent to my phone number are near constant and don't ever advertise anything new, or anything remotely interesting. On top of all THAT, the location/GPS feature to actually put in your location is not correctly and your own actual address will be off. Props for having certain restaurants Uber Eats doesn't have, and the delivery fee is slightly cheaper, but it really isn't worth it. Just stick with Uber Eats.

Complete and utter garbage. The buggy app made me think it hadn't processed my payment, then it duplicated the order. When I contacted the customer service chat to ask for a refund, I go through 4 people and they finally tell me that's not possible to go through the refund, even though I had never asked for one before and was a frequent client for years. In my country there isn't even a call center contact them, just e-mail or chat. NOT RECOMMENDED. Gladly there are other options.
