The app works great but data price is too expensive. You don't have many options to data prices base on your location. The same kind of data with higher prices are the same once you will always see. I will definitely choose a different hotspots device with flexible and a better data options than Glocalme. I really regretted purchasing since I didn't want to spend $217 on just 12 GB of data base of my location. Very bad to use!!!

Worked really well for a good 4 weeks. Now doesn’t work, it uses up all my data just trying to open a page. I have been in email contact with customer care for over 2.5 weeks and we are going round in circles. It's risking my business, my livelihood as I will soon move on and may not have a hotel opposite me as a fall back. Customer services have asked me to do the same trouble shooting four times, I have requested a replacement device but they are avoiding that conversations completely!

DOES NOT WORK. They promise high speed quality WiFi, but it has beyond weak capabilities. I was messaging their customer support pretty much immediately after purchasing a plan, and they were saying they were trying to resolve, but absolutely nothing happened. WiFi could not handle any video calls, and not even audio. Huge delays and I dropped calls way too frequently. I asked for a refund, since clearly it doesn't work, and they refuse.

Bought the GloCalMe for a short US trip, mainly because of the offer of free 8GB US data. I was there for a week, used it mainly for GPS in the car plus emails and social media posting, and only used about 100MB or so. Set up was simple and I just had to contact customer services through the app to have the 8GB data activated. So far, it's performed flawlessly and I'm pretty impressed with the unit.

Good service. Whatever data that is not used can be converted to points that can be used to purchase more data and the future. I wish the prices were a several dollars cheaper to make it a great value. nonetheless very pleased with the service

Awesome resource to have when traveling abroad. I only wish they had a few more countries that were accessible on this device. The app is SUPER convenient! A must have to ensure you stay connected from all parts of the world.

Great product and good coverage, but lacking in choice of some plans. For instance, if you are looking for a small amount of cover for 30 days, there's nothing available. The smallest is 10G. 2G is available, but only covers for one day...

Love this APP with my little hotspot. Ease of use is tops for me. Select, purchase a data package, and when in the desired country, just fire up and connect. The rest is automatic.

Had an issue and didn't realize the online account and the app account were separate. If you buy from the main web browser account than through the app they tell you step by step on how to transfer it to the account/device to make it work. Very patient support line and kind and efficient too. Thank you!

I bought a U3 for hotspot & it's awesome, doesn't skip/go slow wen watching shows or looking things up! Plus you don't even need a sim card for that device. My only recommendation is for basic services don't waste your money on the 10gb for $36 but get the 50gb for $89-$99 or the 100gb for $149-$159 or the 150gb for $169-$199. Data goes so fast no matter wat u use it on so these are better deals. These are all month passes but u can buy them as needed. U won't regret using Glocal Me!

I have used the system for 2 months now, and it works very well the only problem I have is that the data cost is far too expensive and if you are not careful the cost will more than double with roaming cost from your cell provider, also the system uses data very fast more so than anticipated, more importantly it's impossible to control the way the data is used so you can run out in the middle of a trip. The pricing system is not adequate for every day use.

I have owned the device one year, during which I have deployed, or attempted to deploy, it approximately 16 times. Much the same as others, my success has been sporadic at best when attempting to deploy using a GSM SIM from local carriers. While success is greater using the eSIM GlocalMe network, it is overpriced and consumes abnormally large amounts of data. The device itself demonstrates superior build quality and continues normal operation in the most extreme environments.

Multiple years of use, very pleased. First devices/service & then app as they are necessarily intertwined: Used them for years & recently upgraded device. GlocalMe & wifi both have great connectivity, simple UI on the Numen Air. Data has reasonable costs, customer service is good. The app is very stripped-down, nothing pretty. Doesn't need to be - it is easy to use & works. Simple, useful, gets the job done reliably and quickly - which are what matter. Room for improvement, but great.

Worked great for about three trips. Now the Hotspot itself can't connect to any service towers and the latest update keeps bouncing me out when I try to log in. Don't waste your time with this, just get a prepaid Sim card at the airport. It's about the same price and it actually works (unlike this). Best of all, one less device to carry around.

I've been using this svc for about 4 mths. Works great with no problems. The plans are really good deals and the connection is great. Customer service is positive, helpful and efficient(Thanks Elaine). I can't speak for anyone else, but my experience has been nothing but awesome all around. I use the monthly USA Data packages. They really last and don't run out fast. I also love the Wi-Fi device. If you're having any problems... Check your settings out. That could very likely be the issue.

I gave it Chance after chance, this glocal me company is throttling data, I just caught them again. I bought 10gb of data, no device connected, immediately it starts dropping data but no device connected, I restart and look In the connected devices, nothing. Within 30 seconds of turning it back on 1gb of data was used. Unethical and dishonest business practices, I'll be connecting the device to a software program to track to the throttling and will post it when done. sheer greed
