The worst app. All its registered suppliers are frauds, theifs, and fake. Since I have been looking for my product, I haven't got one legitimate supplier. Users beware of your money. This App is totally fake and untrustworthy.

The app is not even built. Hard to save or follow a supplier or item then when try to find it is nowhere in the app... supplier dont answer in chat. Message and chat are not the same. Just make the app what it should be. 0 stars

Awesome app totally love it! The providers are Super Great and the response is faster,with lots of information about the products ,great communication.

Limited. Not a simple app compared to others, and due to the massive supply market, I do not have time to waste trying to search things that are just not available in the app. Try harder.

Just updated the app and I shouldn't have. The filter option no longer works. When you click filter and then highlight the category you want and click submit, nothing happens.

So I order a item 2 month prior to leaving for a trip and I told the supplier at the beginning and they kept delay my package until 2 week before I left and it arrive late and it was not deliver and global source refuse to help me and told me that it my fault for the delivery. So buyer beware they don't support customer at all...

I used this app and meet scammers and liars after payment of goods. They don't have any refund system for such things. Be aware when using this app. Am never going to use this again. I'll change my rate once I get a refund for such misdeals on your suppliers part.

Every time, I received a response from any manufacturer companies using webmail globalsources website, I can't open the application . It keeps sending me back to download again. On May 18; I sent an email to globalsources, which I have never received any help, or response from globalsources technical department.

It was working well up until today. When I tried to open my inbox, I was asked to login again. Even after entering the id and password it doesn't log me in and keeps asking me to verify my email id. The problem is I don't even get a verification email for that. I'm stuck!

Too many fraudsters on there. Ever since putting my new number on the app. I've been receiving fraudulent whatsapp messages. I'm also being bombarded with emails by fake suppliers. No safety when making purchases as you can't purchase through the app, so no payment protection. Buyer beware.

App is not working for me at all. Pictures are not popping up and it keeps saying "your session has been timed out". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still is not working for me. Bummer! really wanted to check this app out. If can get it fixed I'll change my review. Thank you

Navigation issue. After clicking an any item when back key is press, it simply EXITS the app without going to last menu or does it shows Press again to exit. Same happens even if back arrow is pressed on top left in app. Don't expect such navigation issue. Get it corrected asap

Just updated app. Then my vip ebadge is gone...and even I register again (twice) when you click my ebadge...it still shows none and ask me to register again! There is a bug in your new update

This app is misleadingly listed as a dropshipping resource, but so far all the suppliers will not do dropshipping. They all want you to buy products in bulk as if you have a warehouse to store large quantities in. So far I am very disappointed in this app as it is not a good resource for dropshipping.
