I can't upload my any ID proof as it's doesn't include file permissions on my samsung s22 that's the major issue I'm facing, even can't upload through direct camera for profile verification. Also add support for samsung pay wallet NFC

App is so buggy when onboarding, can't even complete the profile because it keeps on throwing different errors and can't even link a card so bad user experience

Paid fees for abroad University for my brother's education with WSFx Global Pay app The whole process is very smooth, UI is user friendly, easy to understand and complete the order. Other products such as Forex card, Insurance, Currency Notes are very helpful and easy to order.

Horrible app and website, random data comes up, suddenly says no card attached, multiple errors. Had to ask their support team to order a card because app and website were throwing some random errors.

Worst experience with the WSFx. I had initiated a wire transfer of INR to USD with the help of WSFx employee but the transaction is not successful due to some technical issues with the team. They have deducted 3% of my money. They don't respond and it's totally scam. Don't do any transactions with this agency.

Worst app where I can't download statements.The moment i click 'Download statement' i get message saying 'Statement downloaded successfully,yoi can view it from downloads'.But in downloads folder I dont see any statements. Checked multiple times and still same issue. Contacted support team over whatsapp in Feb and they shared my statement in whatsapp.I asked to fix it in app but nothing has changed.

App is getting crashed when I click on app icon it closes automatically even it does not open at all., this is been happening for me from past 2 weeks. Worst experience been faced , not able to look for transactions , statement and balance.

Very bad experience, app doesn't work properly even with WiFi. Was in need of urgent money and I am unable to login to the app to manage the card limit. Stuck at the same page displaying logo. Moreover, the card is not well secure as no PIN is asked during transaction and also there's no option in app to have it configured. Hope you guys look into this and work out on these ASAP.

WSFX Global Pay is a joke. Card delivered, but activation? Impossible. The app is full of bugs — totally useless. Support team, especially Pradeep and Sana, are experts in ignoring calls and messages. If you're looking for stress, silence, and zero support, this is the company for you. Avoid at all costs

Cannot enable finger print at higher fonts, the toggle button is hidden as goes off the screen. Overall app is trying to do a lot more than a traveler needs. Get a UX reasercher to keep it simple. Too much security - Password for App, Pin for App - Pin for transaction. that's an overload of security.

charges are more than everyone. and some time they deducted extra amount and saying pound rate has changed. after accepting the quote still they charge extra . hidden charges fake people are working this no one proper response
