I downloaded the mobile app while in line at the global entry line that was about 75 passengers long. Took a selfie and in about a minute, was authorized entry and walked right out of the line and presented it. It can't get anymore frictionless than this. I was able to update my profile later. Really streamlined.

Used at SEA. Best passport control experience ever! I set up the account and took the photo while still on the plane and it only took 2 minutes (I had global entry beforehand). No line, no questions, no waiting. Got to skip a miserably long buildup in the other queues.

I've only used it once coming back to the States from Aruba. seems to work well I'm not a frequent international traveler.

repeated error code opening then finally opened. Then wouldn't verify although all location devices on and selecting port of entry manually. Then repeated error code at picture submission, could not get past it. finally just forget it, uninstall and used kiosk which was quick and easy.

I absolutely love this app. It's even faster to get through customs than people who have Global Entry but not using the app.

Used it as soon as I entered the airport after landing at Houston International. There was nobody in line. Took less than 30 seconds for two people. The best immigration experience ever.

I used it for the first time in DFW, fill the information, take a selfie, you get your "pass" is valid for 1hr, used on my flight back through MIA , same deal, fastest custom's process ever! love it!👍🏻

Excellent app! Login, verify you've landed, where, and your flight information; take a selfie and submit. Show your confirmation to the Immigration Officer and you're done. Very efficient and easy

a little wonky - mostly with using their lingo that perhaps many of us do not totally understand...taking the biometric pictures requires patience.

my first attempt to use it: YVR. FAIL. Port of entry was physically in Canada. The app could not understand that and/or did not use GPS to facilitate a proper response. why use this app when GE kiosk is nearly effortless?

Very smooth trip through customs. I can do everything while the plane is taxing to the gate and baggage pickup takes far longer than going through customs with the app!!!

Pretty easy to use overall. But the app suddenly stopped responding and was spontaneously closing after log in. I had to delete and reinstall the app (which requires all information to be re-entered).

The app was easy to use, just put the airport you are arriving in, take a photo of yourself and show customs agent the receipt on your phone. It was really simple. Of course you need an active Global Entry card.

The app is easy to use. In the past this app has worked amazingly well for our family. At IAH Terminal E there was a long line of global entry users that could not get the app to work. Error code: invalid submission. The app would not allow one to start over, unless one removed app and started process over. I believe most users were concerned because it was actually slower thru global entry than the normal process. However, this was a first from our experiences.
