Please fix the app, it no longer functions properly. It is extremely unresponsive and google keeps asking to close it whenever it is open due to the unresponsiveness.

Having issues with getting real time account information. Pending transactions are not even showing up. VERY frustrating as I have used this app for years. I was going to uninstall and then reinstall but from reviews, it looks like that makes it worse.

I have not been able to login through the app since I switched phones back in November. It keeps prompting me for my fingerprint despite having just accepted it. When I enter my user and password manually it's says I've "entered an invalid user ID or Personal Access Code, or have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts" yet I have no issues when I login through a browser. I can't even tell you what features are available because I'm not able to login.

This app is not very user friendly. Unfortunately my overall experience with AKUSA has not been that great. I have already closed my credit card account and plan on closing my entire account once my credit line has been settled. The branch staff is GREAT. The call center and online staff not so much.

Have been trying to login for 3 months. It says error. Called the service center and they can log me in just fine. Cannot log in with my phone or computer, in wifi or data! Cannot log in using Google or my secure browser either! Tried changing password and that didn't work either! App will not download either!

I spent so many months and hours working with this app and my phone finally getting it to work, only to find out that Alaska CU charges business account holders $35 per month to capture or scan checks via your phone or scanning device for deposit. Off to another bank we go, this is not acceptable because all the while they have been telling us the problem was on our end but never mentioning the $35 fee, I had to find this out searching thru their FAQ and it was buried deep. TCF bank was so much better. Kinda knew something was up when nothing worked right from the jump when Alaska purchased TCF. If you need simple personal account info on your phone then the app might be okay, we had problems getting the screen on the phone to increase our view.

Mostly no issues with this app EXCEPT I haven't been able to do remote deposit in months. every time I trying get a network error, even with full bars or sitting right next to my router and on the wifi.

I've always used this app before it became the business app..now I cannot remote deposit checks as it says there is a network error. I can use the other global app just fine but I despise the way that one looks and works. (also, it almost didn't let me deposit a check when I tried the first time...). I miss the old app. please fix this one

Been trying to log into the app all week and keep on getting an error message. Not one problem logging in on a laptop or mobile browser, just the app. Talked to customer service 2 nights ago and all she could say was that they haven't had any reports of invalid login attempts. Pretty ridiculous with today's technology

Removed 1 star - still no access to account notifications as of 07/30/22. The app is still missing some basics - being able to view and to deal with account alerts. I was assured a few years ago this was being added, but you still have to use a browser if you want to know what triggered the notice. Otherwise, no problems.

Error on App each time I go to log in saying "were sorry you're having trouble logging in, click OK to try again". Nothing happens. I have flawlessly used this app for years. However, this will be the second time I have had issues in the last few months with login in errors trying to blame the customer. Well today I went directly to their website and logged in just fine. YOUR APP IS FAULTY AND NOT ALLOWING LOG INS. Customer for over 20 years... Not happy!!

Update 10/22/18: This app has worked well for me for years, with the one exception of never being able to get a straight answer from customer sevice or tech support regarding what time of day the system resets so you can deposit another batch of checks. (Same as in 2014 -- no one can answer rhe question of what constitutes a "business day".) Then on Oct. 12 it ceased to function altogether, saying "Network Error, last updated 12/31/1969". Wow. Multiple calls and one branch visit totalling over 3 hours last week, and still no one in any department was able to help, the final answer on each occasion was "we'll look into it." Finally today's call (with a mere 25 minutes spent on hold) yielded the information that the recent update had caused the app be usable on Android phones. They are hoping to have that bug fixed in a day or two. From 2014: It worked pretty well on my Galaxy S4. Way faster & more user friendly than the previous version. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons--a stupid definition of what constitutes a business day, and the app announced it was shutting down halfway through my transaction. But all in all it's a great improvement over the first one, and I'll be using it on a regular basis.

I've been using the remote deposit for well over a month and it keeps telling me to retake a photo of the front of the check. I had to un-install and then re-install to get it to work. Incredibly frustrating. Keeps failing to read my fingerprint as well so I have to confirm a code with my email everytime I log in.

This app was great when it finally got the fingerprint enabling ability. However now the prompt to use fingerprint just repops up and doesnt actually log me in. When I log in manually in the profile, the app just freezes up and does not allow me to enable it anymore and I have to force quit the app. This bug needs to be addressed before I can give a better rating. it works occasionally when I delete the app and reinstall it but then it does it again :(

Edit: apparently I was supposed to change over to the actual global app which works fine. Weird that I didn't get a notice. My first deposit took approximately 20 minutes because it kept crashing. Today I can't make a deposit! As soon as the cameras focuses the app crashes! It's so frustrating that I don't even want to bank with this company.

If you change bank payment methods over the phone it won't change on the app. Even after 3 months. The operator will keep transferring you to another line with long wait times. So the only way to pay your car payment is by phone without fees. If you try to pay online on their website with debit they charge you $5 fee. Heck with that. Deleted the app because it's now useless.

I use this app exclusively to deposit checks so I can't comment on the other features. The check recognition software is terrible and will instantly snap a photo of any check-shaped object set in front of your camera. The problem is that it does this automatically and you have no control of whether the camera is in focus or properly positioned first, so you have to retake the picture over and over to ensure it is clear.

This app is very frustrating. It seems like every time I need to log in it uploads someone's profile picture and won't let me log in. It tells me I have the wrong username and password. Im trying to log in now and it says error can't load page. Please fix your app this is very frustrating especially when you only use it once a month to pay a bill. Thank you

The mobile deposit function of the app is super glitchy, it freezes every time on the check image capture and closes, sometimes have to try 20 times with the front or back image. Very frustrating and makes it nearly impossible to deposit checks. Separately, tried to open a new account but after months of no response and following up by email/phone, I gave up.

I like that banks have apps. This one is pretty rough. 90% of my business here is reviewing transactions and making mobile deposits. It does the first okay but the second is glitchy as all hell. It keeps leaving the camera feature before capturing an image, so it takes way longer than it should and also makes me feel like I'm going crazy. Bummer!
