The ranking of players are lopsided. Pitting players with over abundance of coins against others with little amount's.The game then gives the advantage to the higher level of coin, player cheat cheat cheat.

Easy to see the algorithm working. It decides who will win, you or the robot opponent. If it's you, every one of the cards will go well together. It's them, they gin in one or two draws. Not random. Not fair.

Significant software issues. 1. If other player knocks or gins while you are rearranging your hand, it will miscount your hand and show duplicate cards! 2. If other player knocks and your hand has varying ways of playing, it chooses which method and it is not always to your advantage. It will invariably pick one that leaves you with the most points. 3. Stupid Medicare insurance ad will pop up with no way out. You have to close the app and restart. This was the straw! Uninstalled.

After using this app for years and amassing a hugh total in points and levels, all of the sudden I log in and it's all gone..... what a waste of time...still no changes made to deal with this..UPDATE....today I got another update and it again it screwed up my statistics. My score is still there but my wins and losses are all gone. They changed some of the look of the game and they added more ads. Some of the changes are ok, others not so much.

Love it so far ! Would love to get rid of the ads. I have to delete it. There are just too many ads. 😖 My apologies. But , I did say there are too many ads ,. Not that they took a long time. Would be great to play the game more than to spend the time skipping the numerous ads. An option to buy the no ad version would be good ,. As the game is enjoyable.

Had over 14 million in points, woke up and only had 250. Grrrr. They need to get rid of the Doordash ad cuz it keeps freezing up the game. Very annoying. I get they have ads throughout, but that particular one jacks up your game. I've updated to 3 stars. You did another update and the screen/graphics are so small. You need to put it back as it was.

I don't know if it's just me, but I rarely ever get to win. The past 5 opponents I got in a row would gin before I even picked up 2 cards from the deck. Not to mention, the game will malfunction and have repeat cards sometimes. A card I remember discarding will pop back up in the deck. I don't mind the ads, it's the malfunctions that keep ruining the app for me.

Love the game...but the computer players get set up hands where they gin on the second or third turn. This happens when playing the gin rummy option. That part gets frustrating as I rarely get all 3 cards that match from a deal and I play everyday almost. Still I cant give it up. 4 stars and 1/2.😀❤ Also I read a few other reviews about ads. For the 30 second ads, just wait for the two arrows in the corner and click on them. Easy peasy.

This game was great, but then the ads got out of control. I woukd rather have a pro version that costs 1.99 than deal with the ads in this now. In response to the response: yes, there are some ads. When I first started playing they were fine. Then they became intrusive and irritating. They are more irritating than the fun of the game. I would recommend people find another app.

This game is fun enough, it definitely feels like playing the card game, but the computer also will just entirely cheat sometimes. There have been almost as many times as not where the computer wins a hand in two or three turns, which in itself is ridiculous, but it was at least tolerable when that was the worst thing you had to deal with, aside from ads every hand. After playing for a few days, the game is now winning hands on its first real turn. One draw, win. Take my discard, win. Ridiculous

The ads with the new update are causing issues with game play, it freezes games or doesn't allow user to x out (ie tik tok ad). Everytime that ad pops up, I have to close, forfeit game and restart. Sucks!!! Original review: Wish the game would have the option to lay down sets or runs as you play and be able to drop cards to opponents sets or runs... that would make this game beyond amazing!!!

your response to the ad issue I previously posted about is completely inaccurate. the ads are long - sometimes lasting 30 seconds and forcing the player to 'demo' the game before the X appears to skip. and the ads are too frequent. they do not just appear after each game, but often between each hand. they are the same ads over and over. there is not a way to bypass them until the timer is up. instead of making excuses, I would fix the issue or offer an ad-free version with a small one-time fee.

Game was long-term enjoyable until Level 70... you won, you lost, things seemed fair. Level 70 and beyond, it was like playing against an algorithm you could barely beat. In order to save coins, I'd go back to play at a lower buy-in and it did not always work... the game randomly selected a buy-in for you, unless you went below a level 40 buy-in. It's rigged like all games.

Too many forced advertisement videos. Game stacked against player to train player to watch more advertising videos just to get a lucky draw and even the odds. Doesn't feel real. Ads keep ruining the experience. User interface is great. It may be $$$ free to play but it will cost you in terms of time on forced ads...and time is worth more than $$$.

Exceptional game play. Best version I've played. Don't trust auto sort because it defaults by like numbers, not always best suit. Also, ads tend to crash games in progress...that sucks. Also, in between rounds, wait before clicking on "continue" because an ad will load, and when you think you've hit continue, you instead are clicking on a loading ad. I'm sure this is generating a ton of fake ad clicks. Otherwise...great game. Fun...well designed game.

It's okay in terms of being easy to play. But, it uses no system for scoring I've ever heard of. Been playing for 50+ years, and looked it up on multiple sources, to make sure I was right. Consistently gives itself far more points for nearly identical hands, and constantly creates winning hands out of my discards. I realize it's a computer, but the cheating on scoring totally ruins the game. It's a shame, because it's more user friendly than others.

I've had this game on my phone for awhile. Its a good time killer. I hadn't played it for awhile so I started playing again. Im not sure what happened but it has changed. There are ads after every single hand and I dont remember that being the case before. The audio is very janky and kinda just decides when it wants to play and a lot of times it is delayed. Sometimes ads won't load and rather than letting me close it, it will just freeze and force me to restart. Gonna find a new version to play.

This used to be one of my favorite times killers, the in game ads ruined it. In between every hand, waiting for the next game to load. I tolerated it when you could kill the ad after 5-6 seconds, now, the ads have no opt out option and you're stuck for 30-45 seconds. This totally ruined what used to be a very enjoyable game. I even tried playing in airplane mode, but, no, the ads are scripted into the game itself. Terrible. In response to the reply they left, I've never used the lucky deck button. I've uninstalled the game. Really, you ruined what was a very fun game.

UNINSTALLING! I loved this game until recently when ads starting coming up that you're unable to close out of afterward. After the ad is done playing, the only way to get rid of the ad is to close out the game completely and restart it. I don't mind ads in games, except the kind you can't close out of after the ad is done playing. Closing the game and restarting it from the beginning after EVERY SINGLE AD has gotten way too annoying, so I'm uninstalling this game after I submit this review.

Once you get up to the more challenging gold level, opponents frequently gin, oft times before 25 cards are dealt. It's clear the dealing is slanted toward opponent. Too many victories before 25 cards dealt. With an 80% win rate, suddenly losing every game seems unlikely. If the game just dealt cards throughout on all levels in the random manner of a real game, it would be better. On play the computer mode, game is simply dealing saved fantastic hands to the computer.
