Have tried multiple times to close my account. The control doesn't work and the app support for his app is NOT helpful at all.

I wrote you yesterday about updating the app. I have been playing for years and this is the first you took away my money .I was left with particularly nothing .Why ? Update and loose out on what you won .WHY?

Its not worth it their algorithms will keep making you buy coins when you get stuck in the losing algorithms

When you create a game it would be nice if we could make our own best out of two best out of three without wild Joker just want to let players know gin rummy extra is the best online game without a doubt PS people who dislike it they're afraid to lose.

Update 3. This game is nothing but BOTS. STAY FAR AWAY. Update 2: The programmers lie. This app is 99.9% bots. You will lose always. Update. Now if you actually win, the prize is not awarded to you and they make you play again, double the prize and hand it to the bot. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THIS OVERLY FIXED GAME. If you like constantly losing to bots, this is the game for you. The developers of this scam site attempted to convince me there are not bots when the app has nothing but bots.

I've been playing for over 3 years, and it is the best out of 10 that I have tried by far, and the slight malfunctions I've experienced are not that bad . Not being g quick enough before it makes the move for you will sometimes pisses you off, but it keeps you on top next time . Overall, it's a great game.

It's fun but the auto-sort is off. It's supposed to sort so your hand has the least amount of deadwood at the end of a round, but it does the opposite. Plus a few more little mishaps that takes the enjoyment out of the game. Will be uninstalling

Best gin rummy out there, I can play for hours, I can play with players online and with friends and family. The best part is that you don't have to buy coins to play like some other rummy I have tried. It's definitely a must-have game.

This game will tell you they're no bots. There's not a person out there that will continually join a table and not signal they're ready to play. If a player follows you around from table to table or room to room, always refusig to signal they're ready to play, you're playing a bot! Leave the table if you want a fair game. Real people wanting to play won't continually waste 11seconds waiting to play! Pay attention and you'll notice how many bots they're are and even get to know them by name!

Test the game. Fun for a time, sure. Algorithm is not honest. Update: I have continued to test the app. The algorithm is written to keep players playing. And it is obvious if you play enough. Fortunately, I can multitask and laugh at it.

This game freezes was to much and if you play the same player three times it freezes right at the end of the game I won so many rounds this way but can't collect my coins due to it freezing I'd recommend gin rummy stars it's a better app don't waste your time on this one

I have never written a review of a game bc I usually don't think it's that serious. This game though seems very rigged. It's to the point that it's annoying and predictable. I can win several hands in a row then as soon as I start getting a bit of money, I start losing every single hand no matter what I do. Literally, every hand. I'll lose like 10 hands in a row after winning several. That makes no sense.

I've downloaded and played probably 15 or more various gin rummy games, and so far I think that this one is a perfect fit for me. The timer is slightly more forgiving, which comes in handy for those heavy THC days Also, you're not immediately and constantly being bombarded by challenges popping up on your screen. Private tables are available, too, and you don't have to buy them or be at a certain level. Gameplay is intuitive and smooth as well. I'm going to keep this one. Well done

This game is a lot of fun. I do have some issues that I would like an explanation for. First after starting play only a few days ago, I had worked my coins up to 40,000+ without any purchase. Surprisingly, after playing a couple of games I noted my score had plummeted to 1850. Any explanation for that? Second, there seems to be inequity wrt allowable response time for me and my opponents. Without any warning, the game will play for me after 10-15 seconds while my opponents seem to have far more

A game without many frills - good, regular, live people playing a fun game. There's no extreme amount of adds. No unnecessary coin purchase and if you chose to purchase it's at a low cost. For those reasons I recommend this game. But the choice of avatars is pitiful and the best players are ranked not by games won but how much coin they have. You can buy your way to 1st place!?!?

The connection issues is ridiculous and it's not on my end. And it conveniently does it when you have a ton of chips tied up in a hand and could win. Then the opponent will gin out after one to two draws and then trying to reconnect junk it does so you miss turns and when it gets back connected they win right after it's really getting old.

Been playing a couple months now and all of a sudden when I create a table and click done it increases the amount I entered, 4,000 becomes 44,000. Contact with the developer is zero, no way to contact them about this or anything for that matter, even though there is an email listed. It doesn't go through. Also, when in middle of game and opponent quits you don't get the pot, just your coins back so no penalty to the one who forfeits. Not fair.

I have been playing this game for a few years now and it is very good. The issues I have is with all the glitches. When you play and start winning the game glitches and then you do not win any more hands let alone games. Another issue I had 6.998 million coins and played on 10 thousand. Won a game replayed and lost a game it started glitching and it took 200,000 coins on a 10,000 hand.
