I had to use my android phone for a glitch free experience as it kept crashing on my iPhone whenever I tried to create a shipment even after multiple install and uninstall. On the android however it's not also as smooth as if you leave the app to copy something it will log out and you have to start again. It's also very irritating that you have to approximate values for overseas shipping because the app won't allow you use decimal places so if you have an item that gosh 13.95 you can't enter it

The most useless logistics service on the planet. The app is just as useless. Horrible customer service, nothing positive to say really. I sent a package to Warri over 8 days ago, till now the package has yet to arrive. When I call customer service, they either don't pick up or give me the run around. The online tracking is a complete mess. Really sad!

This is the worse app you can download for delivery, I created a shipment on the 5th to be picked up on the 6th and till now not a single dispatcher has been allocated to me this is a scam company, RUN FOR YOUR OWN GOOD !!!!!

I Placed an order and funded my wallet. I hadn't even had my package picked and my wallet was already debited. It's been over an hour and thirty minutes and I haven't gotten a rider. Customer service is difficult, almost impossible to reach and when you do reach them, they aren't helpful in any way. Update: Got my order sorted. I'll recommend they make their customer service more accessible and work on the tracking system so customers can know where rider and package is in real time.

This experience using the app isn't worthwhile, the customer service is ZERO!!! I ordered a driver and for over an hour he didn't show up after accepting the offer, tracking his location he never moved from where he was and I couldn't cancel the order. Calling customer service was another stress after the call dropped the first two times it didn't go through again and once it gets to the point where they ask for the waybill number the call "mysteriouly" drops. No refund, no cancelation

Until December, when it took almost two months for me to get my shipment, it was seemless mostly. But yesterday, after placing an order, l found out while creating shipment request that Go Standard is unavailable. I was given option to use Go Faster which costs 3x as much. So not fair. Since you had time to update your App to indicate Go Standard is not available, you should have sent out mails to your clients to inform us too. Hope you can return package to sender, can't afford $100.

Update: I have not had any other issues with using the app after this. It was very convenient to create a shipment and I could actually track the process up to a point. After a while though, I kept getting the error message "something went wrong" when I tried to track my shipment. I also didn't get any feedback on whether my package was delivered or not.

A step in the right direction. Please look into the feature of directly inputting addresses vs linking locations using Google maps.. that was the primary challenge I had. Secondary issue was that it took me a while to figure out the reason I was progressing past the update item list was because it is mandatory to put in pictures of the item being shipped. This should be fixed easily with a note clearly indicating which sections are hindering progress past this stage. Overall it's a good app.

App keeps crashing when I wanted to create shipment. Was told to uninstall and reinstall. I did that, same thing. Had to use the web. Which worked fine. And now I'm having issues trying to update my shipment because I've been asked to input tracking number. Most of my items have already been delivered to their address but I can't update shipment with tracking number. Keeps giving me an error message. No where I can do this on the web page either. I have uninstalled again and reinstalling.

My first time using the app, not bad, it took approximately 3 to 4 days to get my goods delivered from Lagos to Abuja, just got a message this afternoon that my goods has arrived, gigl is not bad though but they're expensive, also if you're in a hurry you might want to reconsider before using them so you don't get pissed up.

Great e-commerce delivery. After my last review, Gig customer support team made a surgical remedy and show why they are the e-commerce vendor best partner. I am happy with the resolution. The delivery is great as usual but now e-commerce is better, looking forward to working with giggo for many years to come.

Had terrible experience, I've been unable to create COD wallet successful for some days now due to error respond that I'm getting from the app on Bvn verification. I tried to validate my Bvn on GIG website too it's showing that my Bvn has already been used, I tried my wife Bvn too it was displaying already used as well. It's technical error and no support to talk to for help

Nothing impressive so far.....A friend told me I could ship products direct from China with giggo .....I happily installed and I was directed on how to use the shop for me feature......I created an order so as to get used to how it works.......no invoice generated nothing everything blank for past one week now....I reached out to Kim on Whatsapp as directed she requested screenshots of my orders which I dropped.......no response till now.....very awful customer support not picking calls🤧🤧

Their Services are terrible. I regretted using it. They took my money and held it in their wallet but didn't deliver on the delivery services I paid for. They said I can't withdraw my money to my bank, I must use it for airtime or utilities. And even the utility prepaid token I bought wasn't sent to me. They just deducted the money from the app wallet and didn't give me any token. This is criminal. Using their business to extort people of their money.

this is one of the worst experience I ever had, Gig Will deliver package, collect money on your behalf then locked up their network so you can't withdraw it. I want withdraw money from the app , I was debited but not credited to my account up till now. I have send several Mails but yet they didn't reverse it . they will force you to use Stella bank which is another frustration entirely. please stay away from this people. over 100k is stuck with them and they didn't reverse it.

I had a very terrible experience with them. I have a business so I ordered a ride to deliver to my customer but they didn't get back to me for three days. I tried calling their customer service but it wasn't of use, since I couldn't delay my customer anymore, I had to use another logistics company and paid another delivery fee. Meanwhile these people didn't even refund my money back into my wallet. They have very poor service and I don't advice you to use them if you need urgent delivery service

my experience so far with this application has been the worst. this is my first time using this app but the service was terrible. for weeks it's almost up to a month. this application has been holding money and has refused to refund it. they claim that my money cannot be refunded and when I want to use it to subscribe I end up getting no subscribe the money is removed even after telling me the transaction was unsuccessful. j have messaged them on several occasions, yet nothing has been done.

it's a great and efficient app to use, though I can't seem to stop auto renewal of subscription , I've been trying to do that for months, it's not working! I am not suppose to walk to your office in order to do such simple task, you kept deducting monthly payment for 12 months without notification or any signal, despite I didn't do any delivery through the app all year long, just dashing money to gig for no service rendered! 👎🏾

So far this is the worst shipping experience I've ever had. I paid to ship an item with GIGL and this is the 7th week and I do not know the current status of my item. None of this tracking systems is working, you can't check to know where your item is currently located. Customer service is zero as well, after reaching out to them via multiple channels they all seem to say the same thing "we'll look into it and revert to you" and then leave all messages on read. This is a service I paid fully for

Parcel delivery & tracking 👍🏾. Payment is fine when you add funds to the mobile wallet. The bike icon stays on perpetually so you will need to close the app (very annoying, I wasn't sure my delivery setup was complete). It is difficult to correct your contact number. Caution when using wallet for utility payments, you may not get a receipt when making a utility payment if the App freezes. I lost 1,500 but Emailing support resolved this issue, Thank you! 🙂
