I have to offer profuse apologies. When I looked I searched for gigahash miner this is what came up, repeatedly, so I thought I was confused. Your app frustrates me only that it turns itself off. I have not attempted to actually get my money, so I can't speak to that. But, as far as customer service, I have no experience. I am deeply sorry if you were negatively affected. I'm not sure how to fix that.

New update, bugs fixed. ads is removed on free miner, once clicked on to activate the free miner 1TH/s the miner machine is automatically running and generating bitcoin for you. But I have not withdraw bitcoin yet. dev should also add multiple payment methods like crypto wallet USDT for buying their products on all contract price.

scam, after a certain amount, they wipe your account and take everything and then lock access to it where you have to watch ads but can't do anything and you no longer gain anything. most likely is stealing information from your phone

in this application theres a minimum withdrawal option of 0.1 btc, and it takes more than a year to hit that amount. and after that we dont know if the app is legit. but withdrawals ain't guaranteed. thats why 1 star. mining speed needs a boost too. and the app's buggy always glitchin team ain't doin a good job 🔔

overall very well app in fact I have many different crypto cloud mining apps and this is so close to being my #1 mining app except when q person purchases extra mining rig via cloud mining but the withdrawal minimum is set at greater then .1 BTC just to withdrawal any money that i mined paying through my paid rigs and I can't even withdrawal anything cause I didn't pay thousands of dollars in mining rig and only bought a miner worth $50. app creaters please change min withdrawal plz

Seems to have stopped working. Sometimes the start button is just dead and doesn't do anything at all, sometimes it starts an add, but the balance is stuck back at zero and mining doesn't start anymore. Edit:- much more reliable and responsive lately - now able to start miner daily.

To be honest, I'm just trying this app for few days overlooking all the negative reviews, because i think this app has the potential & needed a go, Looks good to me, I'm definitely in it, Customer support is good, I talked to them multiple times, Nobody knows what the future looks like, but as of now, Giga Miner looks legit & worth a try..

min withdrawal is .1 BTC.....That's over 10,000$. there's dozens of other platforms that do the same thing that allow withdraw of 5-100 Satoshi. That's 5 cents to 1 dollar. you'd have to spend a few thousand dollars here and wait a few months to hit the withdrawal min. So this is obviously a scam. Either that, or the owners are out of their damn minds. Deleting immediately. not eve gonna waste my time to see what the first free 24 hours gives, as obviously it won't be enough to withdraw. stupid.

So far so good but looks can be deceiving. I've used another app in the past by the same name and when it was time to withdraw my balance (after paying for equipment) I never received anything. They contacted me and it and said I would receive my BTC shortly but it never happened. I'll change my evaluation when I'm able to actually withdraw. I'm not spending any money until then. Ok I'm back, doing the math, if I'm correct would take years to reach minimal to withdraw. im done

so far so good great UI and it runs smoothly one thing is customer support service they respond with clear information and I also bought a plan which has been going on good plan they offer to buy boosters at an affordable price I'm very close to withdrawal... so don't try it download it and earn.

Update: THIS IS A SCAM! It's been over a week, and still no payout after 4 months of mining to reach their minimum amount. Although they were re quick to respond to reviews and emails previously, they've stopped responding to me now.

in this application there is a minimum withdrawal option which is 0.1 btc, to reach out that digit it takes more than a year. and after that we come to know the genuity of this app. but there is no guarantee of withdrawal. that's why 1 star. and mining speed should be increased. and this application is not working properly it's always glitch.. this application software developer team is not good.

I have been using for three months . the app keeps stopping for some inexplicable reason start button becomes unresponsive . keep having to exit and enter . I don't know if it pays out or not ? but at this rate it will take 2 years to get to 0.001 for minimum . they also say total balance is estimate and your earnings are under that on display . a bit confusing . but the app does run good when it works . so not all doom and gloom .l

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! I downloaded the app, and I tapped the button that said "start computing", and it made me watch an ad. after the ad ended, it never started mining. I retired 5 times, and every time it made me watch an ad but never started. Total waste of time! when it did finally start, I went back in a little while later, and it had not only stopped, but was showing all 0's again. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!

Based on results from other mining apps, and thanks to GoMining's tutorials about how this all works, Giga appears to be running a much smaller network. That being said, it's very easy to use and runs well. Con: The free and paid packages are GH/s, but listed as TH/s which is why the numbers look way off. Keeping for now because it helps my other miners.
