I initially installed the app because I couldn't find the gif button, then I realized this is SO much better than the default creator! Finer control over frames and speed (though notably lacking "seek" functions, it DOES have a manual frame breakdown for fine-tuning which is better, but steeper learning curve). Ads are unintrusive and do not harm the user experience. I will likely be paying for premium next time I use it.

The app works fine. Created a GIF from a video at 15fps.. It saved to my phone and displays in the DCIM folder on Android(Samsung Galaxy S10+). After selecting the FPS rate and proceeding to the next screen, it displays the remaining options for adding text etc. Export is the disk symbol, upper right(add text screen). So I am guessing that the others who claim the app doesn't function are either doing something wrong, not looking at and understanding the app or their phone isn't up to it.

Ok, for a free app. Not at $13 a week. Maybe $3 a year, but not $676 a year for something I use 2 or 3 times a year. That's just ridiculous.

This app made me leave a review. It's good. And it's free. Check this one out before paying for the competiton. I was right about to buy another that pay-locks HD and other features . You won't be disappointed. Hats off to the company.

This version of GIF Maker is the best in my opinion, It's interface is easy to navigate and it has all the custom options for GIF, Video and Images. Conversion times are way faster than most and it always runs with no errors, problems or freezing, This is a decent proper thought out app that actually works very good, Definitely ups to the developers who made this fantastic app good work

Doesn't work for most videos when I try to convert to gif. It just fades out to a black screen and remains that way.

Used to be great for making higher quality gifs than your stock apps can- now they've bogged it down with so many ads it's become borderline unusable. Very disappointing

I think it's really scummy to lock features that were readily available to all users behind a pay wall after a random update. I used to recommend this app to my friends, and I will not be doing it anymore.

Wow. I was using you guys a lot. But I must say that you just utterly destroyed all usability of your app with the ads. To make me watch an ad after every single sticker that I add to a gif is simply unacceptable. Also, $15 a week for pro is ridiculous. You act like we're making money off this stuff.

You need to pay for the pro features but the free version with ads has been great. Turns video clips into gifs, exactly what I was looking for *EDIT: from 4 stars to 5 for developer response, have never gotten one on this app; nice to know they pay attention!

I've never been forced to watch so many ads in my life. absolute insufferable, they want FIFTY BUCKS A MONTH for the pro version???? obscene. extremely disappointed by my experience and I will not be using this app again.

Too many ads, you enter the damn application and it tells you to change to pro before entering the options a damn ad appears and before you finish with the photos for the Next option comes another damn ad that pops up too many ads just makes you hate the app so for me that Too annoying

Works as advertised, very well. But be prepared for a TSUNAMI of unforgivably intrusive ads!!! And to make them go away they want $12.98/week subscription fee? PER WEEK? Are they kidding??? There is no app ever written worth a subscription fee of $675/year! PERIOD! THE END! They are insane! This app is a use once and delete. Which I am about to do the instant I make this post.

Captioning is TERRIBLE. Please fix it! It's almost impossible to touch a caption without either: twisting it, changing the size, deleting it. It's never fully straight once it's been moved. If you need to add new captions good luck all the captions you just worked on have now been enlarged and moved. Please remove the delete button from the line of caption. It's unnecessary when there's a delete button at the bottom. This causes accidental deletes WAY TOO OFTEN. And fix the sensitivity issue.

I downloaded but then quickly uninstalled a half-dozen GIF apps before installing this one. The other apps either claimed to be free but then required a credit card up front and only offered a "free trial", or they actually were free but there was no way to adjust speed, or they failed to load. This is the first app that actually is free, functional, and user-friendly. Thank you!
