After literally 8 or 9 tries to catch the notification pop-up at the top of my screen , I finally got it working. The setup experience is is frustrating to say the least! Hopefully it's easier to stay connected than to get connected.

It is a fraudulent app. Fraud has gone to such a level that nobody is completely safe. I have downloaded this app and activate a 7 day plan for Singapore through a network called Singtel. Even though the plan has Activated there is no mobile data on my Samsung galaxy S23 ultra. I am very disappointed. It is fake.

It's a very useful and nice app, I first read the reviews before downloading. But I don't know why people are rating bad, because it's an excellent app. It helps you enjoy internet whiles in the air or on flight. You have to buy the credit before you start your flight tho. Great work even though the credit seems expensive but I don't mind. Thanks for the good work

One of the best app for who is in the flight. It helps me a lot when I was in flight. Wificoin app has great features. It’s easy to understand and runs very smoothly in my Android device. I just love this excellent app.

i found a bug. this is phone verification bug, i was about to confirm my phone number. i didnt receive any code or something and i tried after a few moments later again but its still cant get code.i checked my phone several times for this problem. i want you to fix this. Good luck :)

This is my 4th attempt to contact Wificoin. I purchased the service for $30, and my service would repeatedly stop after 1MB. After trying for 30 minutes I gave up, reconnecting about 10 times. No one at wificoin will respond to me, do not give these peopel your money. The service is unusable and they customer service is non existant.

They are HORRIBLE to deal with! They charge your card multiple times and the wifi doesn't even work! There is NO customer service phone number and they do not respond to complaints or emails regarding issues in a timely fashion! Legal action sounds MUCH better than trying to continually reach someone!

I haven't used it yet, so i will update once I have **UPDATE** It does NOT work! I tried with my 2 connecting flights that it says its compatible with, but it DOES NOT work!! Can I please PLEASE get a refund?! UPDATE*** September 29 I TRIED EMAILING MULTIPLE TIMES TO CANCEL AND I WOULD LIKE A REFUND!!! THIS APP DOES NOT WORK!! ITS AUTOMATICALLY TAKING MY MONEY OUT!!!

I will admit that I had issues with the service, but the customer service was able to handle my issues very well, and were very diligent in solving the problem. Thanks to WifiCoin for handling everything! Look forward to using this app when traveling again!

The interface is gorgeously designed and user friendly making it easy to purchase credits even for a first time user. By adding your router to their network you can earn credits easily and redeem them later for connectivity in flight. The credits are a bit pricey but well worth it.

Awful! I paid $40 for 12,000 credits and wasn't even able to watch movies or stream any videos. The wifi keeps booting me and making me sign back in. Literally paying to type this review! I'm now going to pay to rent an Ipad from the airline itself with more internet and movie options for my 5 hour flight! What a waste of money! This app is faulty! Don't waste your time!

This is one of the most useful apps I've ever used. Everything is updated quickly and the numbers are very accurate. Be nice if there was a paid version to get rid of those two banner ads too. Also the "rate our app" pop up is getting a little annoying.

On the one hand the app has worked for me. No really issues there, but the constant popping up is tiresome. I feel like it's been slowing my phone down, which is annoying seeing as though I from home currently. I'm on the fence. Please fix the constant unwanted notifications. Thanks!

Not available in uk. I was even requested to review my feedback. They certainly have promptness to do it. The app does not work in the UK. At least, that is my own experience, and if you do not accept the feedback given, what's the point in you grow and develop it, rather than pushing me to alter a personal experience I had with the app.

This app is new to me. When i first opened it after downloading it kicked me out. I tried again and had no issues signing up. I have not used It on a flight yet but it seems to have good features, good airlines to choose from. Everything looks well set up and I can't wait to try it the next time I fly. I didn't realize that it's a monthly subscription that'll be charged every month. Now I want to cancel and it doesn't come up in Google Play subscriptions, there's no option to cancel in app or on website! Beware! Might have to change my debit card so I don't get charged. Pain in the A**!! UPDATE: I followed the steps they replied with. It says "something went wrong try again later" every time. Their phone number goes nowhere, emails go nowhere. Had to change my debit card number. SCAM!!
