The 4.1 Star here represents services from the drivers and not the company. This company hasn't been refunding the passengers upon their cancellation and has never paid the driver. I have worked for these SCAMMERS AND THEY OWE ALMOST £5000 FROM A YEAR AGO. ALL PASSENGER AND DRIVERS ARE WARNED TO STAY AWAY TO PROTECT THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. REPORTS ON PLAY STORE AS SCAM.

Driver no show in Japan, not picking up messages and calls and when this happens there is no live support from the app you are pretty much on your own to sort out the situation yourself. Lets see whether I can (and after how long) get the refund.

Since I have given them 1 star they have stopped replying to my emails. I bet this happens to thousands of people . As for Google Play they don't take any responsibility and still allow a fraudulent businesses. Original Review - Driver didn't arrive. When I sent a message I got a rude message back. I had to arrange a new Taxi. Promised a refund. Almost 2 months later finally respond here claiming already refunded. They have not refunded. Don't use them. They do their best to not refund

**BE CAREFUL...** I had a very disappointing experience with this service at JFK Airport. The driver never showed up as promised and switched off his phone after I waited over 45 minutes. I had to take another taxi, paying triple the original amount. Customer service has been slow, claiming they need time to "investigate" the situation, even with all the evidence I provided. I’m still waiting for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this service. This review will stay up until the issue is resolved.

Utter Garbage - The driver just said "oh no sorry i made a mistake, i cannot take this ride" and the way the app works allows for no refund on ride cancellation, and the payment is taken as soon as you choose a driver. They can scam you as easily as sending one text. DO NOT USE. Approach locals instead if possible.

Booked 4 different rides and both drivers declined on me after making offers to me and the money going through, I only got a refund for one of the rides and it was the cheapest one, I got another refund on Company Credit that I don't plan on using and the other two are just nowhere to be found, I have contacted customer support time and time again but still haven't gotten my three entitled refunds. They want me to change my review but no refunds given for #18754032 #18754648, and #18754610.

Very poor customer support. The driver did not arrive even though the full payment was done in advance. I nearly missed my flight. The app does not have any support mechanism. There is no calling or real call support. Even after 12 hrs there is no acknowledgement of issue or refund. This app needs to be monitored for fraud.

Scam and Alert: I have personal experience on latest date 19 October 2024. I have booked taxi from frankfurt airport in Germany but driver was not came to airport and i have already paid payment 432.90 euro in Advance but company is not payment back my bank account then please Don't trust

Seriously a headache! Has been waiting for 2 months for my refund when they said they will process it and I haven't see anything in!!!! The guy that accepted my offers didn't even show up and had tried to contact them previously and just gone , didnt pick up phone call or send back a text . Terrible

The common issue here is why are you do not pay drivers, I worked in the service industry for 30 years before this company was started. We use our money from pocket to pay for fuel, Toll and parking and then after waiting for payment you tell us something else. Do not use this company, they are exploiting drivers, most of us is finding it hard to pay our debt. You need to put your efforts into paying your Drivers, you should be in Jail, CRIMINALS.

The company is a headache. Honestly save yourself time and money, and seek local. 1. Customer service is poor. If you have a question outside of their script, they just advise cancellation. 2. Drivers can cancel at anytime, and do not even have to inform you. 3. If you don't book with a refundable option (extra charge), you can't get refunded for a cancellation. 4. If you book with a refundable option, and choose to cancel , you get credits instead of your money back.

SCAM ALERT! This was a good idea, but bad management totally drowned it! Please don't use! Now it's just a SCAM. There are still drivers present in the app, but majority of them were not paid, so they will not come for you! They are just using you and your potential bad review as a leverage on GetTransfer to pay them, but I don't think that matters for the shady Gettransfer owner at all...And off course, Gettransfer will not refund your money back also

Don't bother using this company for airport transfer. They are not helpful with flight delays and their drivers do not track flight times when you provide the correct information. The taxi driver does not reply to you or answer phone calls and customer service is slow and useless. My family was left at the airport with no transport thanks to this company. Also when I requested a child seat to be included the driver did not provide this and had to carry my child on my knee...

Before to book a transfer, do to yourself a favor and check the reviews of the drivers on Google Play - get transfer driver. Just to avoid hard to imagine situations, like waiting for the driver forever. They don't pay their drivers and, as a result, will never show up to pick you up. Many drivers are qualifying this app as scam. Just check it! Now, you have been warned!!!

Be aware. The company is good at its pricing but they aren't very reliable. They sent a driver who was late by 20 mins going to the airport so add extra time when booking. In the car, the AC wasn't working in Mexico with 33 C degrees outside. The car broke midway, they had to sent another driver. Overall it would've been okay but the communication was very slow and incomplete.

***Update company did refund me for the no pickup. It took a while, but I did receive a refund. Thank you! Paid for a round trip pick up to the airport in Canada. The driver did not show up for our pickup and blocked my number when I tried calling to see where he was. Had to hire a taxi and pay double due to this. I notified customer support, and it's been a week since they are investigating my complaint. What is there to investigate? I paid for a round trip, and your driver didn't show up.

Haven't booked a trip in the app yet but I'm actually thinking of using it for our Balkans trip next year. However, the reviews that this app is a scam is really worrying. I hope there will be a feature to connect directly to the drivers and an option to pay after the trip is completed. This is for consumers' peace of mind. Response to developer: the reviews that they have not yet received their refunds are not very encouraging.
