I tried to accept a booking on this app but after multiple attempts it kept telling me that my credit card information was wrong. I called support and they told me that my security code was wrong but my Google autofill told me it was correct. After that I went to the website, Google autofilled everything again and it worked. Seems to be a problem with the app. I love the idea but the app needs more work. I used the Android app.

Difficult to use, filters are badly designed and you can't sort. Jesus I hope I'll find something better. An excel would work better as long as I can actually look for the boats. Why are so many motor boats marked as sailing.

Captian Sam was right on time and greeted by an eager excited family. The boat was clean and had all of the necessities for snorkeling and complimentary bottles of water and soda. Captain Sam took us on a lovely ride around the island to show us the beauty of the island and took us to a calm area near a reef to allow us to snorkel. We saw lots of fish and had an amazing time !! We would 110% recommend him !! -Lisa

Great app to find all sorts of boats, some cheaper than a regular rental, but surprisingly most of them are more expensive.

Horrible place to book a boat. Very unreliable,very expensive. And MOST IMPORTANTLY as per authorities and COAST GUARD every boat on this platform is being illegally chartered without insurance. But they don't care and just want to make $$.

Samer rocks! He treats you like royalty, is accommodating and friendly, and super honest and transparent. I am a boat owner too so it was cool to talk shop for a bit. A very splendid experience. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I had to change to a 2 star from a 5. After being on this site for 3 years, I moved over to boat setter. It's set up better for boat owners and they offer insurance, this site is hard to navigate, you have to make changes to your listings from the website, not the app, then they have cancelled bookings for no reason before, then putting them back on an hour before they start with a lame apology. The app glitches and will let you book multiple bookings for the same time, there's so much more..
