Our company has been using this app since E-logs have become mandatory. Never had any issues with it, excellent app. I do wish they they reported total onduty and driving time from the start of a trip to the end of a trip. It would make it a lot easier to figure out my meal allowances for tax purposes here in Canada.

This app is terrible. Functionally, it is fine, but it is so unbelievably slow. It would be three times faster to use a paper form. Verifying your logs takes 5 minutes each. Updating logs is slow. If it worked faster I would recommend. Seems like their server is a retired pentium 2 in a closet somewhere.

Absolutely garbage app. Laggy and slow. Painfully slow. This app acts like dial up internet from 1998. Absolutely junk.

I understand that this app.works differently depending on how it has been set up by the company. However even our very basic version is rubbish. It keep losing contact with the device even when sat in the car stationary trying to change from private to company usage. And why does a telematics app need access to my contacts and my microphone? A hackers field day I've been told. I'm surprised it made an average of 2.8 as a rating.

This app is a horrid experience. It should not take me an hour to log into an app before I can connect to the truck. Assuming I can even get into the app, the crashes and freezes that happen during a simple asset protection are infuriating. Logging out is a whole other issue, since it still kicks me out when I'm just trying to enter the application, and it constantly runs your HOS hours even when the vehicle is not moving. I give you one star only because Google does not let me give you a zero.

It's an okay app, i am using this app since a year. I think it would be good if the app doesn't change the duty status automatically while using the Personal move. When it does that it waste alot of the precious time. Thought the automatic changes in duty status feature is very useful but not while using personal move, emotionally it's terrible and devastating.

The app quit working. Said there was no connection to internet, and that I was 3 hours away from where I actually was. Yet it said I was in 2 different places at same time. I could not get it to change anything. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Its even worse now. I cannot e-mail my logs as it says that the add-on can't be loaded and I have to talk to administrator. It now constantly flashes across my screen, that request was denied for security...

This app is horrible the developer needs to improve it. no where in the app you can edit you drive time sheet or drive logs or add in a breaks

Horrible, goes into onduty status as you're driving down the hiway. Constantly disconnecting from the vehicle. Then as your sitting in the vehicle, off duty, it will say vehicle is out of range. And the only solution they come up with...disconnect the transponder box and delete the app. Re-connect after an hour or so, and download the app again. I was using geotab, I bought something not requiring elogs for the past 3 years, now back using geotab. Same problems, they haven't fixed a thing.

We installed geotab into 30 units so far. Very user unfriendly. Logs you in and out randomly, constantly have HOS violations even if we aren't working because of it. Constantly editing in the office. Why can't you edit in the app? The DOT can see all the changes anyway. We need to be able to turn off the automatic status changes. Really annoying! Thinking of switching back to keep trucking if this isn't resolved. Like the app other than the auto status changing from off duty to on duty.

Just remember the reviews of this app are all from truckers, they drive trucks... So if you know how to use your phone you're gonna be fine. I've never experienced any issues with this app and I've been using it for 3 years now. This doesn't work on old flip phones, so that also might be a reason why some people are struggling xD

I am currently using this app through the company I work for and so far I have noticed issues it doesn't switch to drive from on and it gives wrong off duty and on duty locations and times

This app model 1911 ,,,,, i finished inspecting the truck, and I am lost the time. The working time changes to driving, without the truck moving. During the inspection, the truck must move at a speed of 3 km to inspect the brakes. The situation changes to driving, and then the inspection begins again. Baaaad

Pretrips not being sent to server. This tesults in the app recording it, but our safety and management folk ate thinking I'm skipping my mandatory pre-trips. Annoying as tbe app can be, it mostly works, and my job requires it. It's generally good enough. Randomly signs our drivers to ON at midnight, so we have to manually edit to get HOS back to zero.

Missing the key regulatory feature of deferral which is day one/ day two (instead shows a drop-down timer selection not related to the regulation). Requires annotations that are not part of the regulation. Mommy/daddy screen (don't use while driving) stays on for up to a minute after stop and also comes on randomly while you're doing pretrip or comes off (bathing the cab in bright light) while driving. Conclusion: makers of the app are not drivers, regulators or coders.

I have alot of likes for this app. It makes ifta reporting a breeze. However, if you run Canadian trucks & American trucks, you cant separate them into miles and kilometers. It gives you the option but even after changing all the settings it doesn't change them You abe to run all trucks in either or. Called support and no results

This is a data mining app. It wants permission into your most personal information. It even wants permission to listen in on you through your microphone!!! Not only does it listen to you but it wants to operate your camera so it can see you. it wants permission to your photos, contacts ,account info, No honest logging app needs or requires this information. It tracks your location 24/7/365 and can listen in on any conversation you have on the phone and read ALL your text messages. BEWARE!!!!!
