Almost everything about the game is great except for the way it lags sometimes and the way the quality goes terrible when you walk around and they you have to play for 15 minutes (not enough time to do what you want to do) after your free trial ends and when you are forcibly kicked out of the game after you run out of time 😃

I love the game so much, it never allowed me to play the actual, the graphics are good, I like everything about it except the time thingy. I wish it was unlimited, I don't like how you have to buy time, I hope you take notice off this and remove it or maybe give us a time limit of a few hours at least every day.

I like how it gives a chance to people with lower storage to continue/start playing this game. Though, the 15 minute time limit after the first day of playing is slightly irritating, it doesn't give people a chance to play the game without the time limit getting in the way. I'd appreciate it if they extended the time limit or just get rid of it. That's the only issue I'm facing.

I missed playing genshin then I saw this cloud version. The game is good for low end devices like me. I enjoyed the free trial time when I first logged in. I tried to play it again after weeks of saving some minutes on free trial time just to play it, but the queue really takes so long. I've been waiting 5 hours and gave it up. All the problem here is just the queue, I hope they fix it soon.

I love it, I love genshin. I'm having fun. But I feel like if there is now a way for low-end devices to play it, dont put it behind a paywall. It seems kind of pointless to have a game made available for everyone when people that can't get high end phone and such need to pay for a game that you can only play for 15 minutes a day past the trial.

My experience in this game at first was good and there were no errors at all. But It didn't last long and it kept saying that the queue was full that I couldn't enter the game. Once, I tried to enter the game but the loading was too long and it was so irritating. I hope you figure out how to fix this soon because I've always wanted to play genshin and the cloud was the only app that is compatible in my advice.

It was good at first, no lags, doesn't take 80 years to get into the game, and low storage. But after a couple of days, I've been experiencing issues with the queue.. it's taking way too long just to get into the game, and it doesn't even take 10 minutes, it's probably even more than an hour. Please get this fixed, that's my only problem 🙏🏻 Edit: it always says that it's at its peak time 😑🙄 you guys need to actually fix that

I hate and love it at the same time, Istg the original genshin isnt compatible with most of Android phones. So its hard to download it, but then I found this. At first sight it was pretty good, quality is perfect and others. Then you log off, after a while you log in again and realizes you need to wait for 10 mins to play again, You waited patiently. After that you played. Then ur suddenly kicked out of the game because your free trial is done, It's really unfair. Like srsly?? Its so annoying…

On paper this is an amazing way to save space on budget phones. The only challenge is getting to wake up and queue on the midnight hours to make sure you can actually go in. Because if you only have free trial coins to use and you queue in the DAYLIGHT, its a pure BS experience when it says"20/1000 with less than 10 MINUTES REMAINING" and yet it drags on for almost 4 MORE HOURS making me quit hoping for a Cloud play in daylight.

The graphics are really good that it's lowkey better than the original genshin. It's good for those who want to play genshin with low storage but the problem is the Queqe. It takes way too long to load, it says 10 minutes but I've been waiting for more than an hour. Also the 15 minutes time is way to short, it's not enough to do commissions. But to be honest it is kinda good. The queqe and time are just the only problem.

REALLY good alternative for those who wants to play genshin impact but doesn't have enough storage, good graphics just like in PC and way much smoother. But my only concern is the waiting time that takes an hour or so and not actually "10mins" it clickbaits us into thinking it is actually 10minutes, plus the game time is only 15mins which isn't enough mostly when there's new events or so on.

Hello there Hoyoverse! it was such an great game for an low storage phone like mine and i really enjoyed it, like enjoyed it a lot since the graphic was similar to the original version of Genshin Impact. In now version, it was also signal friendly and didn't force us to have such an fast internet like the old version! Sadly, due to the limit of the server and long time of waiting in the Queue is really saddening how it took a lot of times, it even felt like an hour or more than 10 minutes!

I had a wonderful experience with this app. Yes, the queue is slow. Like snail-turtle slow. That's almost everyone's problem. I really hope the lobby just doesn't kick us out when we leave our devices unattended when our time in the queue does come. It's frustrating when I leave my phone open when I go to sleep and find out I have to restart just because I wasn't there when I'm up in the queue. But still, I appreciate that I can play Genshin without the need for a high end phone. I hope ZZZ same

This is an AMAZING game, and I love the original as much as this! There's no storage issues and I love it so much, it's also smoother and nicer. But... The only thing keeping me from making this a 10/10 review is because of its time limit thing. Personally; a time limit is BS and theres no way in getting back time to play besides using irl money or something. I'm unknown to the reasons for it, but it's kinda bothersome

I so far LOVE it. I am so glad I get to play Genshin again. I've only got a little tiny issue though, when playing for a while, out of the blue, the game kinda makes this lag and makes ur character walk without you moving it and when turning it, it moves slowly but in a laggy way. Other than that, everything works stupendously fine. That's the only issue though. Still 5 ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ though, I'm so happy I get to play this game again! 😭

As any other game, it has issues. Trust me, I LOVE genshin impact. The biggest issue is the time limit. I suggest giving us at least 30 mins to play daily, if not more. 15 minutes isn't enough. And even when you're saving up the time, when you play it'll pass by quickly if you really enjoy and play the game. That is my only problem with this app though. I didn't wanna download the app that takes up way too much storage so this is good if you don't want that. Overall, its good, just not the time.

It's really good for you if you don't have a lot of storage. The time limit is bad because it barely gives enough time for long dialogue and daily commissions. After one piece of dialogue and all 4 commissions, you have like no time left. You REALLY need a good internet connection, or the quality looks bad, and the game is slow.

It's good, I've always wanted to play Genshin myself but was unable because of my phone capabilities, but now I could, after playing for awhile I got kicked out, turns out there's a playing timer, dictated by how many coins you have, which, to get coins faster you have to pay, honestly I might as well save up money for a PC or another phone that's able to run Normal Genshin. It's fine for the time being while I save.

Its a good low stotage version overall and feels the same as if I was playing on pc. However I dislike the 15 minute time limit that appears after the first day. It becomes an annoying problem to deal with. Since I try to catch up with the content that I've missed, and I'm unable to fully explore because of said time limit. Hopefully in the future, this will be taken into account and the time limit will either get extented or exterminated complety.

It works, really well. But like, I don't want to have to buy the cloud pass to play. I understand having it and all, but its so overpriced and I just want to play genshin. I don't have a lot of money to spend, being a college student and it's just not worth it for me. I only ever pay for the pass, because really, that's all I can afford at the moment. but you could get rid of the timing it, or like at least increasing it to an hour, that way I can do some quests
