If you had your DNA tested by a DTC genetic testing provider such as 23andMe, AncestryDNA, FamilyTreeDNA (FTDNA), MyHeritage, Genes for Good, Living DNA, or Geno 2.0, you will have access to a file containing your genetic data (raw data file). When you process this file with Genomapp, our app matches the DNA you entered to a categorized list of conditions.

Genomapp offers 3 reports for free and 3 reports will be provided after payment.
* Complex Diseases (Markers associated to multifactorial conditions that are the result of multiple genetic and environmental factors interacting.)
* Inherited Conditions (Markers related to diseases that are caused by mutations in one gene)
* Pharmacological response (Drug-Marker associations)
* Traits (Characteristics or attributes expressed by genes and/or influenced by the environment)
* Observable signs (Markers related to physical problems or signs that a person experiences)
* Blood Groups (Markers related to antigenic diversity of human blood group systems)

Protecting your privacy is Genomapp's primary concern.
At Genomapp we work for the people, we do not share genetic data with third parties and We do not trade on what is unique to each person.
Your data remains in your device and is not stored or uploaded to our servers.

The app has been reviewed by mHealth.cat Office (TIC Salut Social Fundation). This means that the quality of the content and the usefulness of the functions it incorporates have been evaluated and that it meets the quality and reliability requirements.

Genomapp's search engine allows you to search our database of more than 9500 conditions, 12400 genes and 180000 markers. We have the most comprehensive list of diseases from official scientific sources, including breast cancer, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. We also have markers for tumor suppressor genes such as BRCA1/2, PTEN and P53.

*** Your DNA test provider is not on our list?
We are constantly adding support for new DNA test providers. In addition to files from the most popular DTC genetic testing companies such as 23andMe or AncestryDNA, Genomapp supports genetic data files in VCF format and files with a specific scheme. Currently, VCF files from WES/WGS are not compatible with Genomapp.

I would love to be able to use this app, my file is the correct format however it never processes. I'm assuming that it is too large of a file however the file size limit is not noted so I am not sure.

Genomapp imports 23andme data just fine, worked great, gave more info than I knew was in my data. I was hoping to find the data for dents disease, but even though it is carried on the Y chromosome, 23andme doesn't provide genetic data for the 2 genes that I wanted to look at.

When reviewing content the apps touch screen responsiveness is very low which makes it frustrating to use. I purchased the all reports and I can't even look through the findings.

Love this app learning so much. The only thing I wish was different is for me to be able to look through only the risk factor genes, etc, and learn more to take it to my doctor without looking through everything when a lot is Benin

An amazing app which is constantly evolving. The time and rigor necessary to pull this together makes me / boggle at its low cost. Finally, customer service is quick and friendly.

*Edit-* Yes i will, thank you! Can someone help me? Everything was fine then i got a notification that there was some sort of collaboration you guys did with another company? And said i didn't need to worry cause my genes were going to carry over. And now i can't see any of my reports, when i try to reupload it ALWAYS says that the file is not supported when it's the updated old file.

This is a really fantastic app with links to scientific research on tons of conditions, along with an easy to understand probability tool. The purchase lasts a lifetime and updates continue to be made. Well done.

Nice, but not as functional as I'd like. I was very excited to upload my WGZ data from Dante labs only to find out it wouldn't be supported. If this could be added, I'd give it 5 stars. The info I got from uploading from 23&me, Ancestry, and GenesForGood was great.

I am a paid member. Can't login. It says invalid password. When I press reset password it says "problem remembering the password" When I try to signup for a new account it just says "Invalid registration" no matter what I do. Terrible app

While the info is great and pretty cool to learn, being charged monthly for no changes in what's provided is not. I cancelled after I was charged the first time, following their instructions on how to do it, I even deleted the app, but I got charged AGAIN! I replied to the email but haven't heard back. Good info, but beware of the cost!

Not very useful information I have several polymorphisms mthfr, comt and several others that have huge health implications and was hoping to gain more understanding. This app didn't even identify them as an issue! Seriously, save your money and your time!

Having uploaded files for myself, husband, daughter and my father I can say the information is consistent. I've always known I have many many health issues, and this app has backed up my belief and I feel alot more comfortable with trusting my instinct. In context, I have 24 different things listed under complex diseases alone, some I'd already known about. I KNOW it's scary to read all that, but it's information I really really needed to know to get the help I need. Thank you.

Vague descriptions of the genes. Also, some are placed in areas that are confusing...such as medications placed under abnormal response, but show a normal resonse. (?) That doesn't apply to all of them, but it would be nice if it was better laid out.

This would probably be an interesting tool if it ran on a platform that facilitated reading large reports. Looking at the information on a 5½ inch phone screen is somewhat similar to torture. Hopefully, one day they'll code a version that runs on Unix, Linux, or Windows machines. As with most things, it sucks on Android.

Not worth the money... Unless there's more data to come? The info about drugs only scratches the surface and is USA focused. Very little about antibiotics, but lots of opiods. The layout *is* confusing, as someone else says. A note about conflicting signs would be useful to ease people's minds. The frequent alerts re this Not being a diagnostic tool are great, but people are idiots! Add a compulsory learning screen first, maybe? Otherwise, Signs and Traits are v good.

The app is very informative and I enjoy learning more about my DNA and genetic markers. However, I cannot recommend downloading the "multifile" feature as it takes so much of a phone's cpu to run that it caused my phone to get really hot/overheat and my display to go black. I couldn't exit the app or do anything other than a hard reset to shut my phone down so it would cool off.

Best raw data app there is. I bought the upgrade and have never had any regrets. Great app. Easy to upload raw data and a ton of information. You are able to search the web directly from the reports. I don't understand why this app does not get more press. It is, imho, the only raw data analyzer to use. Thank you to the developers!

As a free app, it's great. But I decided to buy the full thing and was very frustrated. The information is very misleading and lack researches. Basing your whole result in a single research will just lead ppl into anxiety. In the end you have to check all the information there again, by yourself. Which completely loses the point of paying for the product.
