Highly addictive match 3 from the makers of Puzzle Quest. I played the original PQ and LOVED it. This is a much more intricate, but very fun re-imagining of it. Unfortunately, to get the best troops, you'll eventually have to spend money. I tried sticking to Free to Play, but that didn't last long. Money well spent though, because I'm still playing three years later!

came back after leaving for a while. They fixed a lot of the crashes, more quality of life stuff added back in. I like it, although i still miss the old style for somethings, they've really added a lot of content. Edit: Up dated to 5 stars, came back again, and even more game modes, no power creep, an autoplay for certain modes, and more. I like how they keep working on it.

The only feedback I would provide is the treasure maps. It would be great if you earned as many extra turns as As you were able to complete in the same turn. If you gain an extra turn in one move and you create 2 or 3 other sequences of extra moves you don't get credit for it. I would greatly appreciate it if that could be fixed or else what is the point of thinking 2 or 3 moves ahead to continuously play the treasure map function.

Bejeweled with strategy. Cool combat puzzle game, you collect fighters, level them and assemble good teams to fight. Cool to see how the skills can work with each other. Glossy graphics, frequent events, minigames, honestly just way better than I thought it'd be. No stamina system! Play all day! Plus you can link with Steam. Love it.

Smh you would think that setup for the games would be identical but no. Some options are better on the phone then xbox and vice versa. If your screen on your cell phone times out too long and the game has to reload in the middle of the game you will have to start over. Wish I could play my xbox account on my phone that would be a great way to Lvl my game up when I'm bored on my phone

This game is not your normal match-3 game. There are so many different mini games. In fact, the treasure mini game, could be its very own game...so much fun! I love creating teams; trying to figure out which troops work well with others; matching colors and/or traits to give certain bonuses for teams. Oh, can't forget about all of the holiday content this game has. The different skulls and new unique gems , such as werewolf gem, that give you other options for battles. Such a great game!

Really enjoy this game! The battles are quickly paced, and very fun. Simple to play, but still a decent challenge. You need to be a bit more strategic than your average match-3 RPGs require. Only careful choices lead to success, in GoW... Speaking of choices. How you power up characters, teams, and yourself, is fairly in-depth; and there's a plethora of tasks and quests to complete. Plus, several game modes. Also... !!F2P doesn't feel like a handicap!! Rewards are plentiful, regardless. Love it.

A decent game. I think i continue to play just because of the time and money I've already put into it. It has become way too focused on generator units, where you turn gem colors into others and perpetually match them over and over and over. It kind of ruins the strategy, and just becomes who can get this one unit to full mana first, because once that unit can cast their spell, their turn will never end. Just unending combos cheapens the experience.

I like the game, it's decent and runs really well. The only issue I've encountered was when I switched my avatar to female it froze up in battle so I had to restart the app. So far I dig it : ) easy to navigate, tutorial is decent and not overbearing which is nice. Story is interesting and isn't drawn out to where you lose interest. The only consistent issue I've encountered is the watch ad for reward. Everytime I try to watch an add for a reward I get kicked off the app.

The server issue I had before has long since been fixed and the game runs great. Fun campaign, tons of stuff to do even once it's "completed" I could easily rack up more playtime in this than I did Skyrim. I wish you didn't have to pay money to get the best features and troops but that's the way the world works. I haven't made any in game purchases and I'm still at level 50 with multiple fantastic teams so you don't have to buy anything to still enjoy it. overall a fantastic game!

Worked great at first. Built a good team, upgraded them, joined a guild, then all of a sudden it kept crashing/ force stopping. I uninstalled then reinstalled it, worked for a day, then right back to the same stop loop. I'll wait for the bugs to get fixed. EDIT: The bugs were on Google's end with a buggy update. Fixed. Game works fine. Back to burning up free time.

Dervish causes crashing when enemy team is re-ordered. Would subscribe, but gold is $20 a month, souls and gems are $10 more each. Doesn't seem like a match 3 should cost more than twice AAA MMOs. I'd consider $10 a month for extra xp and resources. Would prefer % more earned rather than flat daily gifts. Still, enjoyable for free and thank the powers that be they don't limit how much you can play with an energy system. Won't play those games anymore. Edit: no crashes, cheaper. Great game!

The game is a fun match-3 that runs smoothly on a Galaxy S9+. Team building is a great feature. It's frustrating that mobile and console versions are on unique servers so I can't play with my friends who recommend the game to me in the first place. Monetization is definitely there but not as aggressive as most modern games, so that is a plus for those of us who struggle with microtransactions.

I been playing this game for a year and it's been a blast. Good tutorial, fun tactics, lots of ways to earn resources. After recent changes to the Campaign mechanics, I was disappointed in that part but it's a small part of the game. After the new character design, the unit visuals themselves, I'm trying not to Uninstal and find something else to do with my time.

I absolutely adore this game; seriously my favorite game on my phone! More than a 5-star game, & extremely forgiving, & so much fun (&, challenging) to play...so, why 2 stars!? The new update is atrociously horrible. Game consistently crashes, multiple times daily; & lots of times this happens during a battle! Even more frustrating when spending gems on battles on the holiday event. To lose 50-100 gems on additianal (3) battles...!!! Pvp is also a mess, no longer playable (as to how it was b4).

So much fun! I've been playing for over a year. It's not a costly game either. You can make it through without spending a penny and it's still enjoyable, just moves a bit slower. Addictive match 3 that is fair the way it drops and the game people always add new fun things to do so you never feel bored with the game. Highly recommend to those that like strategy match 3 games

I decided to give this game a try after playing Empires and Puzzles for 4+ years. I am not the least bit disappointed. Yes, there are aspects of a cash grab but not nearly to the extent of other games out there. Even though I am obviously a newbie here, I love the format and find it much more strategic and challenging than similar games. It also helps that I lucked my way into pulling a 6* hero on day #2 :)
