Great app! Great Customer service, easy to use and understand user interface as well. I use Gate.io mostly for the dual investment feature. I do also take full advantage of their "bots" as well. Quick and easy with withdraws/deposits, and transparent with fees etc. I highly recommend this app to anyone involved in crypto, whether you're a short term trader or a long term investor!

it's good for features but it's terrible from mobile interface perspective.it should have a cleaner and easier interface not all the web features crowded in there.now is a cluttered interface you cannot see nor find anything there and it tires the eyes.

I don't know why I'm seeing a couple of bad ratings from people here.... to my own understanding that app is great and legit and the transactions are as fast as you could ever get else where...if not even faster. great app guys.

The interface is easy to navigate even for first time users. This is true for both the desktop and mobile versions. Another attractive feature of gate.io is the rewards available for new users such as the limited-time zero fee claim. Likewise, the initial deposit to participate in some airdrop events is only $10. The quick buy feature on its Meme trading platform is a huge plus!

Very bad exchanger, it take more fee than other exchangeer . Such as, if i withdraw usdt$ from Gate.oi take 0.5 $ fee in all network, but if i withdraw from Binance or bitget it totally free of cost. So this app not suitable for real treader. very disgusting exchanger. 😡👎👎

I have been trying to update my security features for more than 2hrs, not working.I would fill the required info but it won't tick the box. Now it's saying too many attempts & i just downloaded it. So frustrating

Every country has the right to access perpetual futures features. Why are you restricting them selectively? Besides, your website isn't accessible from Indonesia, yet I can still access it using Cloudflare VPN. Take other apps like Bybit or Binance for example — even though they are banned in my country, they remain accessible through VPN and don't remove the perpetual or futures features, bring back gateio like before!

Stay away from this platform guys, they're super suspicious about the rewards, especially the trading volume. I was joining some events, they ask me to complete spot trading volumes but it only count sometimes very randomly. They force users to trade over and over to complete the tasks so they can collect the fees as many as possible.

There's a problem with the app because everytime I'm trying to create a wallet it's throwing me out the app over an over again. something needs to be done here 😪 the bugs need to be fixed.... because I can't even get the chance to do what I want to do.... it's irritating me

This trading app is absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough good things about it. The interface is super intuitive, even for beginners like me. Plus, it's got a ton of features that make trading so much easier. I especially love the simplicity of the spot trading and earn rewards section found in the app.. I used to dread trading, but this app makes it fun! This has to be the among my Top 5.

extremely unprofessional. I bought assets on the sol ecosystem without any issue. when I tried to withdraw also on sol I keep getting an error that due to maintenance the sol ecosystem withdrawals are temporarily unavailable. I wrote to support and I got an answer that Solana is having maintenance and that is the reason for the issue. after checking on the Solana status page i saw that there hasn't been any issues in the past 30 days. in the future, I'm going to stay away from this platform.

I would've rated this app -1 star if there was an option. You see, when I deposited Pi coins to the exchange, they let me do it, but when I try to withdraw what little fund I've left, which I need for emergency purpose, they need additional KYC verification like residential address, source of fund, bank statements, etc I have attached all the proofs and documents at my disposal but still their support don't respond or even try to solve the problem. Worst experience ever! DONT USE THIS APP

Hi, previously we were able to see the percentage change of a future price from current price. it was very helpful for us to set limit orders because we could see the percentage change needed in current price to reach the future price we have set in limit. but after the current update of App we are not able to see that any more... can you look into that? thanks.

One of the worst platforms ever; the login credentials resetting process is absolutely unnecessarily unprofessional and annoying, asking people to send in multiple photos with gestures, expecting you to use both hands to hold documents and expect you to take a photo of yourself with (dick perhaps?), and sending further requests later on to take more photos and expect you to remember your UID when you cannot even log in. Do not use this platform if you are afraid you might lose your phone.

The app lets me copy and paste my username but not my password. My password is a 20 character random string. I need to look at my password on a separate device to type into this app because if I try to view it on the same device as the app, whenever I switch screens to read a couple more characters, the password field clears itself. Please fix this nonsense. Very inconvenient.

removing the app because we can't stop push notifications unless we sign in (!?) that's messed up. i will never use my phone to sign into any exchange. i wanted to just look at the stats once in a while and ended up getting at least 20-30 push notifications per day. as far as the exchange, has a great wide selection but i have to pull out a calculator & do my own math EVERY time i buy something, to see what it equals in dollars. seriously? u guys can't do an automatic $ assessment?
