A really useful little app. Please consider adding average germination times if the data wrangling isn't too much. I like the option for adding plants!

I bought this app both on Android and iOS the information are poles apart. For example, mustard greens are shown as Plant in garden (Green) for 12 months in Android which isn't true. And, shown as Plant in March, April, May only in iOS. Why is this so contrasting and misleading in Android?

Pretty useful app. Would be better if it would give companion planting suggestions, what to plant or not to plant in the same place after other crops, and also suggest plants compatible with full or part sun, exposed or sheltered positions, pots or garden plots, and worldwide seasonal suggestions.

Ok but could be a lot better. Limited list of plants. I installed paid version of Gardroid which is far more usefull and functional. This app has not been updated in 3 1/2 years which means it has been forgotten about in my book.

Nice app to record my planting. Would be good if there is an option to enter a custom plant since some of the veges/herbs are not showing in there because they are not commonly planted.

I love gardenate, and I quite like the "dated" interface, it's clean and intuitive. I do wish there was information about flowers in it.

Very basic functions and features. UI looks dated. The estimated harvest times were way off. Not sure if that's because it's US based.

Pretty useful for keeping track of everything and keeping notes. My only requests would be a watering reminder and options for unknown start/sowing dates or purchase dates for plants you brought or aquired else where.

This is absolutely perfect!! It's simple , has a great selection of pre-made plant options . Very easy to use! The only thing I wish It had Wasa watering schedule & reminder that would take this app to the next level !

Like clarity & simplicity of interface, range of plants, & ease of interface with calendar reminders! Doesn't currently have garden map feature, alas, or apparently any calendar info re ongoing fertilizing? (big gaps!) Please add Fertilise & Harvest to per-month calendar view? (Only shows planting & transplanting now, not full range of garden workload?) Really hope dev may eventually add more flowers to make all-round garden tool (can add manually, but no cultivating info for most as yet).

Nice app but quite limited. For example if you have two varieties of vegetables such as dwarf and climbing peas, it considers them both the same and says you have two plantings. And harvest dates aren't very accurate and there is no differentiation between sowing and transplanting on the calender for each plant, just a planting date. Would be great to have the extra date option in each listing so you have both sowing and transplanting dates listed. And I've never found the cloud option.

Hmmmm, I see the value. But, I wanted it to do more TBH. I am a gardener, I have literature at my fingertips about each plant. What I don't have is a way to co-ordinate what is in my plots and when. On the calendar page there was a range of vegetables that I wouldn't ever plant. I wanted the calendar to show me what was available in my seeds/plant list. I would also like to be able to sort out my list into the beds that I had allocated them to. An external search function would be great too.

Very basic and limited with what you are able to track. There are no citrus varieties, no herbs, no flower varieties?! I'm pretty sure those things were available and important to gardeners when the app was created, so it's very odd for them not to be in the database. Currently looking for a better gardening app than this one. Unsure who the audience is this app was created for. I am doubtful this will ever get an update.

I really like this app. Great way to keep track. My only request would be that a visual calendar is shown of your activity - like a google calendar of sort, displaying the full month with an option to change your view setting to calendar. All activities and notes can collate into the calendar. Would also be great if the varieties of veg have a drop-down menu. Plus, fertiliser reminders, or an option to input that I fertilised the garden, to form part of your planning. Otherwise, great app!

This is my favourite website for gardening info, I was so happy to see they have an app!! I am a newbie and self taught gardener and have been doing fairly well thanks to great online information like this. Simple useful tools, no nonsense. I love being able to keep track of my garden and automatically put harvest dates in my calendar. And if you can't find a particular crop you can manually add it. Love it, thank you so much!!

Missing plenty of veggies, fruits, and herbs. No flowers or flowering herbs. Hasn't been updated since 2019, and the interface reflects that. Searching to plant requires you to scroll through every plant in the list instead of searching by name, type or variety. Quite limiting and slow to use. Could use some upgrades considering it's a paid app, but seems like it's abandonware at this point.

It has the basic features I'd expect, and isn't overloaded with bells and whistles. Sure, the interface looks a bit dated, but rather that than eleventy code monkeys' wasted time on pixel polishing. The only thing that I feel is missing (or rather... that I can't seem to find), is an option for backups and/or export of data. --thanks for the response!

Like this app, but its missing some things. When you add a new plant it really should give the option to add an image. Also, the pre populated list is a little light... no blueberries, no cantaloupe plus many other things that I would think would be available. It would be cool if the people who use the app can create new plants that could be added to the full list. Otherwise it's a pretty good app that I'm going to keep using. :)

Great tools, suspect info. Tentative optimism, as I'm loving the calendar tools (and the Google calendar events are still valuable even if I change or abandon apps), and the general interface. But potatoes just aren't sown January or February in US 8a, even in the sunniest spot in a heat pocket, and many other suggestions are untimely. If the "prefab" plants were editable by users, we could correct things ourselves! I can hide them & remake from scratch but uck, and your notes would be lost
