Paid for 1 year subscription for the app. Barley 6 months in and it does not work any more. Opened a ticket with support and they were not very helpful. No way I would use this app ever again.

2017 Jeep Renegade will not do a service reset. I get this message. (Uh-oh. The Service Reset Manual for this vehicle doesn't exist in our data base yet. We are working to add new vehicles.) That's the reason I subscribed to get this option

this does not support special features for subaru outback 2016, even though when you look T feature set of application, it says it does. please revise your application to what it does and doesn't support

Horrible app, couldn't get one scan to complete, app keeps hanging. Can not get any tech support. Asked for a refund, but that's a long shot. Not a phone issue, I have a Samsung S23 Ultra.

Cannot do anything without paying. Spams relentlessly with payment notifications, even when not using the app. Stupid pricing. Just get Torque Pro instead.

Rubbish app. You pay and it freeze when scanning. Then tells you you have a tremendous amount of fault when the car just been fully serviced, how come? I already cancelled and request a full refund. An absolute disgrace, you know farewell to your app is rubbish, and you don't even refund when something is wrong coming from you. You deserve to be reported to trade union .

I bought subscription for two cars in personal use. But it only unlocked some basic functions. Not usefull at all. These basis functions are provided by other apps free of cost. Totally a waste app.

3 weeks ago I paid for the subscription and 3 weeks later I still haven't been able to login so that I can use the app and 20 emails later no further forward. The assistance that I have had has been limited to say the least. m Keane 1 star

Won't let me clear codes, even after paying for the subscription. It will let me view codes, but I can't clear them until I "save my vehicle" but I can't select/save my vehicle because the app glitches out when trying to automatically find the make/model and gets stuck in an endless loop of "searching for vehicle models"

BACK TO LOWER SCORE DUE TO IT BEING SO DAM HARD TO CANCEL OR EVEN FIND WHERE TO CANCEL THEIR AUTO RENEWAL YEARLY CHARGE VIA GOOGLE PAY... BIG MISTAKE. Bluetooth connections are often more problem than convenience... this subscription 1st level is basic. I did not like that I had to turn off NOTIFICATIONs for this apt as they kept trying to UPsale me every week. I also dont like that they AUTO=RENEW your subscription and that is why I wandered here to stop that BS.

I paid for the lifetime subscription version. I am very disappointed. Anytime I attempt to operate the app it has to "check validity" and it takes FOREVER and fails nearly every single time. After hitting the retry button bunch of times (forever to check validity each time) it will maybe work and scan. The really bad part is I've used this on 3 different vehicles and it told me the there are no codes. Each car has warning lights on, I used a hand scanner and pulls codes. Do not waste your money

First and foremost I haven't gotten past the free version. The app does what it says it does and scanned my cars system much deeper than obdfusion. As a matter of fact it retrieved codes that were previously only obtainable with my laptop and BMW INPA. So it seems that it's an app that is worth purchasing. That's where I have a problem. Since installing this just yesterday, i have re6 several in app notifications and emails urging me to buy a subscription. No subscription fits pkg my needs.

$10 isn't too much if it worked - IT DOESN'T WORK :-( Paid for subscription because functionality is very limited if you don't and the app appeared promising. Ran FULL SCAN as recommend. Scan found 1 issue at 2% but scan got stuck at 4% even after multiple attempts no further. The one issue it found is a check engine light problem but my CEL isn't on. :-| Clearly doesn't perform as claimed and by no means worth paying any amount for.

As many others have said, they've tried the app, seemed to work fine. I even paid for the upgraded subscription to garage pro lite. Now I'm getting a network connection error. Says my internet connection is poor. I'm on bluetooth. No internet connection needed. Wasn't allowing me to select my vehicle when trying to add my gmc. Keeps telling me to add a vehicle name. Red f I've uninstalled, unpaired and rebooted my phone. Redetected the bluetooth obdll scanner, downloaded the garage pro app.

Me myself have had no issues with the app I really like it actually the ability to scan all models has been great especially running my own shop. But the vehicle lists are a little confusing and dont always have the vehicle I'm working on so I'll pick the next closest one and the live data stream I can not make heads or tails of it or figure out how to use it probably just operator error... aside from those i wouldn't be able to do anything.

App doesnt do the one thing I was hoping it would which is to display individual wheel speed to diagnose abs sensor issues. It does scan for abs codes though which is useful, will tell you which wheel speed sensor is bad if there is a code for it, ect. Special features doesnt unlock even with lifetime subscription, so buy the year if you want to test it out.

Paid for yearly subscription excited to have an app able to scan all modules. Engine, trans, abs, this etc... to my disappointment this app doesn't even do a basic check engine light scan properly. Says no faults when my check engine light is on. Doesn't clear the code to turn the check engine light either. Goes through the motions but no result. Not able to grab any live data either. Total waste of my money. Guessing it is a scam app. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

ABS light is on will not turn it off. When I scanned the module it says everything's fine. ABS light on. When I scanned the module says everything's fine. I could write a program that says everything's fine when it's not. After paying for the full subscription I'm not impressed. Waste of $200. Still don't know what's wrong with the truck. Going to have to pay someone with a good scan tool to tell me the problems. Hopefully the lights turn off when it's fixed because this app is it going to do

If you're looking for an app to simply figure out why your engine light is on this is NOT your best option. Instead try CarScanner. You get full feature access for 2 weeks free. (& you're not automatically pushed into the paid version after that either). This is the only app Ive seen with a throttle reset option for Honda. Awhile back I gave 2 stars due to the subscriptions being way overpriced. Changing my review after seeing random sale offers, occasionally with reasonably priced options.

I connected a 2006 SLK55 AMG and it scanned just fine. Other apps can do the same thing for free, I'm not sure why this app has an annual subscription. When you click on Special Features it just goes to the ad of their Bluetooth dongle. It doesn't explain if I need to buy one to use the special features or if they are just pushing another thing to buy. Would be helpful to see what these "Special Features" actually do. I emailed the company, but there has been no response in over a month.
