I had been looking for 2 concert tickets but when I went to purchase them they were so expensive! I then remembered about the GAMETIME app. I had never used it before but decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised when I wound up getting 2 seats in a better location for a much cheaper price. The show was amazing and the seats were great!!! I'd recommend that anyone looking for tickets to any event check the GAMETIME APP FIRST! You'll be glad you did!!!

Intuitive in the search, easy to use and not too many screens to navigate through. Had to use the customer service feature first time using the app and they were extremely helpful. *Edit* However, they are a vendor for other paries trying to sell tickets. Only the primary ticket holders can get a refund, poor pathway forward if you have to cancel, you have the option to resell on their app or the event be totally cancelled inorder to get a refund. Will be using other services for tickets.

The app works fine. Gametime not. The listing of "prices" and not including or referencing the per ticket surcharge/taxes/fees until after inputting payment info is criminal. Bought what I THOUGHT was a cheap tix for $16 just to get in but then a $10 surcharge of taxes and fees (almost 70%?!). I could have bought tix on tickpick which shows ALL cost for same price in far superior location. Transparency wins for me

I saw constant ads for this but was never 100% sold on it being genuine, but someone I follow on TikTok, who's been in the live entertainment field for over a decade recommended this so I gave it a try and it's ridiculously easy to get super cheap tickets. The only reason I gave it 4/5 was because the fees are nearly half of the ticket price, but I know you can't always control that from a developer side.

Romeo Santos concenrt was my first experience, I ended up having issues with not knowing where my ticket was but thankfully the customer service message was really response and tried to resolve my issue. I was truly shocked because I thought I was going to have a bad experience. Very surprised in a good way and it ended up being my email that was the problem. Not them, I was glad I was not left in the dark. Now, I check weekly what I can do. Booking my Banda MS concert next. Yayyy!!! :)

Ar first I was thrilled. It had better deals than anyone. Now, it's the opposite. Mostly, I only need ONE ticket. Well, the price per ticket for ONE is almost ALWAYS significantly more expensive since they'd rather collect the fees off two than sell just one. They "guarantee" prices, but there's too much involved to get any money back from it to make it worth it. They accidentally charged me today. Wouldn't give ANYTHING back. Nice. huh?!

Liked it overall. Used to be better. It used to alert me to events in my area, and only my area. Now it continues to alert me to events in different areas, despite reselecting my city every time it changes it. I now have to disable alerts, they are useless. I made zero changes in how I have the app setup. It worked fine in the past, but this year it changed. I'll still use it, but no more alerts.

The app does what it's supposed to, which is to get you tickets, and I enjoy many aspects of it. However, the inability to save tickets on a temporary list or the fact that everytime you back out of viewing a ticket it takes you back to the top of the list is frustrating and makes it difficult to plan things through the app or make veiwing easier

Misleading pricing. Most of the time the fees are almost as much as the tickets themselves. So while they are advertised as a great deal, and it looks like a great deal, when you go to the checkout page it's not. Which I guess is fine... but is sort of a waste time because the pricing winds up being similar to everyone else's (Seat Geek, Stub Hub etc). Despite marketing this as something thst gives you access to incredible deals, it's nothing special and pricing is comparable to others.

Honestly one of the best apps to find cheap last minute tickets to pretty much any game around your city. The fees, however, can be ridiculous! They make it seem as if you were getting a great deal unless, you have certain filters turned on to allow you to see the full price of the ticket with taxes and all other fees already included. All-in-all it is a great app to score some deals on last minute tickets.

I found this app through their Tiktok advertising and was excited to start looking at what was available. I found a show I was interested in but then see that ticket price shown in search does not reflect price+fees. This normally wouldn't be a problem but for the fees totaling to more than the tickets themselves. This comes across as money-grubbing and dishonest. I'd be willing to try this app again if this fee structure changed for the better.

This app seems designed to separate you from your money as quickly as possible. My first purchase was two tickets that ended up being wildly overpriced compared to the venue website. After an unreasonable amount of back and forth with customer support, I received the difference -- in app credit, of course. Customer service was quick to charge my card and then literally mocked me when I told them I wasn't getting the service I expected. There's more, but I'm out of space. Beware.

I would say that this is the easiest way to get good prices for seats that you want to get. Once you get on the app, it's showing you relavant places in your area for events. You choose a showing or concert, and they pick the best ticket results for what you need, and you can choose from many options from all around the map with visuals of where you'd be looking, kinda a POV before the experience. It's great, I've used it since the first concert I went so I recommend 👌🏼

Good overall, but on Android there are a couple of UI issues that need to be worked out. When tapping the Map view, it can lock in on a specific seat that is behind the map button. User has no idea what's happening. When sending RSVP to a phone number, it's not clear anything happens and it adds another RSVP. You have to click Send, then click Close. User expects that clicking Send will send useful feedback.

BEWARE! DON"T DO IT! I previously downloaded the app and registered to create a profile. I never bought anything and uninstalled the app. After reinstalling the app, it automatically logged me in. However, it didn't show my profile information. There was no name, no phone number, no email address. As you browse the app and click on a ticket option, it simply shows you the price and 2 buttons: "Add Payment Info" and "GPay" for Google Pay. I clicked on "GPay" thinking that it would take me to the checkout page to see the pricing information and if there are any extra fees associated to the ticket cost. It immediately charged me for the tickets, yet it had no name, phone, or email address to send the tickets. After contacting them, they asked me to enter my name, phone, and email address in order for them to see my order. After doing so, they said they can't offer a refund because the seller had already issued the barcodes for the tickets. What a SHADY way of doing business. It automatically logs you into your Google Pay if you previously registered. It doesn't have a checkout page. It doesn't even need your name, phone, or email to charge you. NEVER AGAIN.

Excellent customer service. I bought tickets less than 40 minutes before an event, and they didn't transfer. i contacted them via the chat feature, and got several prompt, effective responses. They contacted the seller, determined the tickets weren't available, and provided me with new tickets at no charge. I made it in with 10 minutes spare. That is impossible with any other app.

It is a fraud. They charge almost 50% transaction fee with no notification. I am filing a customer complaint. You can't see these extra fees unless you provide your credit card info and start the purchase process. I have a very good vision and I did not see the total. It suddenly shows a message that says the tickets are on the email. I called back right away. I could not get my money back. They told me it is non refundable. They told me I should dispute my credit card compony. SCAM!!!

It is a total SCAM! They charged twice as much as as it was supposed to cost with no notification. You can't see the extra fees until you completethe purchase process, which occurs without a page to confirm the total price. It suddenly shows a message that says the tickets are on there way. Several attempts by text and email and they weren't attentive and in no way helpful. Keep reading to read their bogus reply about they always show the price or whatever they're going to lie about.

This is an update to my last review. I made it 5 stars again. Found exactly what I was looking for. Now only one thing bothered me and that's the payment step. The camera option doesn't work and when I was typing my card information manually, it kept skipping the last 4 digits of my card and dropped down to the exp. Date entry. Was annoying but I entered the exp. Date info then went back up to the card number and had no more problems. Other than that, the prices were great! I saved $30 in fees!

The app is slow on my Android and some features are limited when comparing to the desktop version. However I like how it does populate the location of where I am buying the seat with a snapshot of what my view will look when purchasing. This is helpful for anyone who does not attending many large events and do not know the lay of the land to the arena/stadium.
