Literally can't even list anything as the done button is grey and won't let me post. When I back out and go back in drafts I try pressing on the category... It's not even clickable. I have e done everything possible on my account and verified everything. Very very poor app design even on PC it doesn't work. 0 stars if I could as literally can't do what advertised.

You're screwed if you put in your phone number before and uninstalled the app. Can't search anything and it wants to verify my phone number then wants to say this number is already in use by another user.

Amazing until you have a scammer steal your money. I tried to get a hold of a human in the 24/7 help chat, and there is only the option to email gameflip support. I've been waiting for a reply for 2 days. Meanwhile, the scamer is telling me I'm faking all of the proof I send in while gameflip is unresponsive. Never buy anything from people with bad reviews.

good prices but they make you go through the same tedious verification process 10 times over although i have bought several items and was previously verified. LE: @gameflip. that would be ok if the user had like 1 or 2 purchases and then changed their card and then again after another purchase etc. but when i have 20 purchases in the past year and i have to go through verification for EVERY SINGLE NEW ITEM regardless of whether i changed my payment method or not, it's not ok.

Its much easier to use than trying to navigate the mobile site. Few recommendations, 1. When messaging between buyer and seller maybe implement a notification system. 2. Add a favorites type system to go back and quickly find the item. Now the reason for 3 stars. The always having to longin after phone goes into a rest type mode gets annoying, second I have close to 10 texts from having to enter a verification code. Is one not enough?

The app is very useful for creators looking to sell items online. The security persistence is very admirable, but also extremely annoying and at this point I'm just going to move to eBay for everything else I want. It took me a few hours to purchase a singular item only for the app to tell me a purchase I made is under review which means I'll have to way a day or so to make a purchase. Very inconvenient and sad because I like the concept of the app. Their security is good but suffocating.

It's alright, most of the deals are heavily eaten through the processing fees. They offer coupons, but they gp too quick and if you have to verify via pin you lose the coupon. The amount of "almost" sales they have had from me from their coupons bait and switch practices is kind of laughable. Fix your promos, or decrease your fees and you would get 5 stars. Also the app is a little glitchy and search function basically doesn't exist.

Great place to sell and buy different types of digital merchandising. However the communication between buyer and seller is very poor. It is very hard to get in contact with customer support and you have to wait a super long time to speak to someone. I do not like email being the only communication option. And I think instant messaging should be an option between buyer and seller.

Good app to buy digital stuff, but it charges too high percentage fee. Also, it doesn't have a cart so it's imposible to buy many cheap items at the same time to avoid higher fees, take advantage of promo codes, and all the separate transactions. A cart would improve the app a lot. And if they could lower the fees a little bit would be nice.

I really wanted to give more starts and a better review but I couldn't.. The app is great, everything is great about this except one huge issue.. You go through a process of proving who you are. I sold a Xbox gift card. It was instantly redeemed by the buyer. We both gave great feedback, no issues no bumps... Nothing.. I gave to wait 6 whole days to get paid. I would understand on a console or something like that for a first time seller, where it might malfunction but 6 days for gift card!?

Excellent place to buy and sell digital items! Many items are set to automatic delivery, which eliminates the need to wait for sellers to manually send you your item. Gameflip often sends coupon codes / free credits to use on your next purchase! Customer support is top of the line. You don't have to worry about talking to a robot if you ever need to contact them. Also, something that is sort of new is the ability to contact sellers directly on their profile page if you ever have any questions.

I've had to verify my identity several times, I applaud the security however, I have taken a total of 30 photos, clear enough that you can see literally everything on screen, and I end up waiting a whole day just to do it all over again, I bought a game with the same card several months ago and only verified once, now I'm in a loop of hoping they verify. That and needing phone bill confirmation is strange, especially since not everyone goes for payments.

I'd love to give a higher review, app seems to work well according to my friends, but I keep getting orders canceled by the seller (item_gone). It'd also be great if you could send an email or push notification when an order gets canceled because a user wasn't aware they need to check their bank statement and report back to the app with a code from the invoice. This happened to me and I didn't find out until 4 days after the cancel, so now it'll be over a week to get the item due to the holiday.

They were great for the 1st year when I used them sporadically, but I can no longer recommend them. I made 3 purchases within an hour of each other for a combined less than $90 with Google Pay and they froze my account on the 3rd payment unless I submitted a document verification which requires either a copy of my driver's license, credit card or phone bill. No way in hell that's happening. Will no longer be doing business with this sketchy company. Was fun while it lasted. ✌

The crashes are getting to the point where you can't explore the app for more than 2 or 3 minutes at a time before crashing. Sometimes the app will crash 2 to 3 times simultaneously. I send feedback reports every time in hope that it will improve. I hope you guys can correct this. I do enjoy the app when it does work.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The identity, payment, and phone number verification process is absurd. I'll gladly go somewhere else and purchase the $10 Google Play card, because providing pictures of my id and credit cards for verification could end up costing me a lot more than $10 with identity theft on the rise. I thought the concept of the app was nice but I'm not willing to provide all that information it's not necessary. Order canceled and app deleted!

pretty great app to save a few bucks on gift cards. I use it mainly for the PlayStation Store. Save me $5 to $10 bucks on game purchases. Also a good way to gift money for games to friends since PlayStation still doesn't have a game gifting feature. Smh Knocked off a star for a few UI issues. Advanced search is flawed and 'Following' searches are useless. Get constant notifications that just take me to a basic search with none of my saved criteria.

I use GameFlip via my laptop a lot and love it. This app, however, I am not very keen about. The search/filtering system is extremely basic and doesn't help me at all when trying to search for items. The navigation is clunky, and not extremely user-friendly. Do yourself a favor and just use the computer for this service, it's a heck of a lot easier and faster.

Really useful app, but there's one problem. I have not been receiving notifications, even though they are on. This is a really big issue for me when I buy/sell something that requires further messaging. Besides that,, I have received amazing deals on current games. For example, I got Smash Bros Ultimate with the fighter pass (normally ~$85) for $60 and got Rocket League (normally ~$20) for $6. It's also a really good app for buying in-game items from others, or sometimes even trading.

Gameflip is a great place to find that thing you need. I've used it in the past just for discounted gift cards to save a few dollars, and now with borderlands 3 being out I got everything I was missing for my build just by (in the most respectful way-) tossing a few dollars at some strangers who had what I needed. On a side note, I see a lot of people are saying they got scammed but I've purchased 15+ items and never had a problem. Theres a seller and buyer rating system to help avoid that.
