This new gallery vault app does have the option to recover old photos. I trusted this app for safety.but due to new version I lost all photos and contacts.. . I never trust this app any more.. . Even 1 rating also waste for this app.. Forget about security of the data, hear I lost whole data.. Stupid app.. I don't know why play recomends these worst app

After entering password, the app is closing automatically. I can't retrieve my documents. After updating the app, this problem is arising. Kindly fix the issue. I have a lot of important photos and videos in this app.

Your application is amazing ... uninstall and reinstall fixed but I lost all my photos datta. So want my datta please tell me how to receive datta. I'll paid Amount for my photos tell me how many amount I have write mail please check uninstall and reinstall fixed but I lost all my photos. I paid for premium and nothing changed. Payment processed just fine but I still have all the ads and its still asking me to go premium. Please fix it or this is just a scam.

Don't trust these app locks. I use to save my private things in this app recently it attacked my phone I have to uninstall it and when I try to find again the same galleryvault disappeared and this app came. I totally lost everything I had in that. I was thinking it was safe but it wasn't. Don't download these apps. They are harmful.

This app works well in hiding and restoring your files, but what Annoying things on this app is too many ads and when it restores your file by deleting the original file created date and replaces the date as if the file was created on the time that you restored, due to this you can't even remember the time because the app already changed the date of the original file created

Though in initial stage, the app is promising as it is getting intant updates with improvements. Be feature is that the icon is very well hidden in a working calculator. Also captures a selfie if a person try to access and enters wrong password. A must have for me even though I have to bear the ads.

This is probably the worst app i have ever used. For of all the are waaaaay too much, there is an ad after every move like literally an ad after anything you press just ads everywhere. Second the app lock is a complete bs, when you type your pass to open the app you locked it takes you back to this app, it's a complete scam, just so you can see the ads and they make more money that's pretty much it, useless. I wonder how much they payed these guys for the 5 stars..

The worst experience ever ! It was working fine in the start . But now I can't even view some of my personal videos, most of my videos it says its 0 minutes and 0 seconds and the screen goes black and doesn't show anything. I can't even transfer my videos and pictures out of the app , it doesn't allow me to . I don't recommend anyone who wants to keep their stuff safe to download this app , you will lose all your personal information that you put on this app . If I could I'd rate it 0 stars .

This update version is worse what happened to the old version of gallery vault that was much easier to use... I want to restore my data.... all the other data has been restored but the photos which was captured through my normal phone camera that is not happening... Even though share option is not showing too worst app please do fix it immedialtey i want by data to be restored as soon as possible

Very very disappointed I have been using this app for 2 3 years previously the old gallery vault app was shown in my icon but new I don't to know that it is been replaced by another gallery vault whenever I want to open this app it becomes another version like I have never used it before (set pin) 😭 I have lots all my personal files want them back . Please guide me when be recovered my file and important data.

Please I need help asap. I got a notification on my phone about this app being harmful to my device and it was automatically deleted. The memory status on my phone shows that I probably still have all the data previously saved on Gallery vault still on my device. Please how do I find or view them?? Had priceless irreplaceable media saved in Galleryvault. Please help!!!!

This is a scam app that imitates another one that is very good. I purchased the premium app thinking I was buying the original one, but the money was gone and the premium service never got upgraded, that's when I realized I was scamed. STAY WAY OF THIS APP. I tried restarting the app and the phone, but did not work. I requested my money back and migrated to a better app.

Warning ⚠️ Be wary of buying this product. I paid over £40 for life premium. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is basically non existent. (Well in my Experience) Have emailed 3 times + over 2 months with a few simple questions & got no reply. In my opinion he'll take your money & run. Look elsewhere unless you can use the App- with no problem, but what if there's a bug will he sort it?????? (( Think Twice ))

To whom this may concern at Media tech studioz, i previously had your Gallery vault app and had saved quite a number of important images to this app. However i opened the hidden folder (where the app was kept) and the app has disappeared and been replaced with another vault app called Photo Vault. My images are all gone, can i be assured that these images were deleted and not stored anywhere else?? They were very very important. Please reply with urgency.

Update - had reply email to say they'd look into it but I've nothing since. (current climate appreciated) Now stuck with an app that I can't get my photos back from. App was working but since last update I can no longer add or restore photos. I can't even see the photos on my phone to add them as they just come up as blank. Any ideas?

It let me move videos and photos over without problem at first when downloaded, but now every time I try to move videos over, it says that gallery vault has closed or stopped working. When I try to open it back up it says the same thing and forces me to force stop it and clear the cache to have it work normally, rinse and repeat. Very frustrating.
